Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a blood test apparatus provided with a puncture needle, and more specifically, a blood test that can collect blood from the skin pierced by a puncture needle and directly test the blood by contacting it with a test drug. Concerning ingredients.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a lancet is frequently used as a tool for collecting a small amount of blood for blood tests such as blood glucose level tests. This is provided with a cutting edge at the tip, and blood collection is performed by inserting a lancet into the skin of a fingertip or the like and collecting a small amount of blood exuding from the wound.
As a general rule, the lancet is replaced after every blood collection, and the used lancet is usually discarded by piercing the blade tip into a cap that has been threaded off from the main body before use.
[0003]
In blood tests using a conventional lancet, generally, blood that has exuded from a wound is collected using a dedicated blood collection tube, and a blood test is performed using the collected blood. A method is used in which a blood test is performed by directly pressing a test paper onto the test paper and attaching blood to the test paper.
However, the method as described above has a drawback in that blood sampling and testing are performed separately, so that there are many opportunities to come into contact with blood, and thus there are many opportunities for blood infection.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a blood test tool capable of performing blood sampling and blood test by one operation.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor conducted extensive studies on the integration of the test drug and the blood collecting means, and as a result, blood was collected from the capillary by inserting and fixing the capillary into the lumen of the puncture needle. The inventor has reached the present invention by conceiving that blood can be brought into contact with the sputum test drug. That is, the present invention has a synthetic resin tubular member having a distal end and a proximal end, an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the tubular member, and a cutting edge protruding from the distal end to a predetermined length into the lumen of the tubular member. A hollow puncture needle inserted and fixed to the capillary, a capillary tube having an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the puncture needle and inserted into the lumen of the puncture needle to the position of the blade tip, and a proximal end of the capillary tube A proximal end of the capillary is located at the same position as the proximal end of the puncture needle or at a position protruding from the puncture needle, and the proximal end of the tubular member is closed the test agent is formed by the observable externally with a blood test tool with a puncture needle. Here, as the test agent, those soaked in filter paper or those soaked in absorbent cotton are preferably employed. Further, the base end of the capillary tube may be at a position retracted from the base end of the tubular member by a predetermined length or at the same position as the base end of the tubular member. In the former case, the test agent is placed in the lumen of the tubular member. The base end of the tubular member is accommodated and closed with a cover film. In the latter case, the test agent is provided on the top inner wall of the transparent cap member that closes the base end of the tubular member. When the proximal end of the capillary tube is at a position retracted by a predetermined length from the proximal end of the tubular member, the lumen of the tubular member from the proximal end of the tubular member to the proximal end of the capillary tube may be expanded.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are longitudinal sectional views showing another embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the blood test device of the present invention includes a tubular member 1, a hollow puncture needle 2, a capillary 3, and a test agent 4, and the puncture needle 2 is a lumen 12 of the tubular member 2. The capillary 21 is inserted and fixed so that the cutting edge 21 protrudes from the tip thereof by a predetermined length, the capillary 3 is inserted into the lumen 22 of the puncture needle 2 up to the position of the cutting edge 21, and the test agent is adjacent to the proximal end of the capillary 3. Arranged. The proximal end of the capillary 3 is at the same position as the proximal end of the puncture needle 2 or at a position protruding from the puncture needle 2, and the test agents 4 and 40 can be observed from the outside.
[0007]
The tubular member 1 is formed of a transparent or translucent synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinyl chloride or the like so that it can be observed from the outside, and has a lumen 12 having a diameter equal to the outer diameter of the puncture needle 2. have. A hollow puncture needle 2 is inserted into and fixed to the lumen 12 so that the cutting edge protrudes from the tip thereof by a predetermined length (usually 2 to 4 mm). The tubular member 1 and the puncture needle 2 can be fixed using insert molding or an adhesive. The puncture needle 2 is a thin hollow needle made of stainless steel or the like, and has a lumen 22 having a diameter equal to the outer diameter of the capillary tube 3. The capillary 3 is inserted into the lumen 22 up to the position of the blade edge, and the proximal end of the capillary 3 is the same as the proximal end of the puncture needle 2 or protrudes from the puncture needle 2. The puncture needle 2 is preferably formed with an outer diameter of 0.8 mm or less in order to reduce pain when piercing the skin.
[0008]
The capillary tube 3 is an ultra-capillary tube made of synthetic resin, glass, stainless steel or the like (the inner diameter is not particularly limited as long as a capillary phenomenon occurs), and the proximal end of the capillary tube 3 is adjacent to the test agent 4, 40 is provided. Even if the proximal end of the capillary tube 3 is at a position retracted from the proximal end of the tubular member 1 by a predetermined length (normally 3 to 5 mm, although not particularly limited), or at the same position as the proximal end of the tubular member 1. In the former case, the test agents 4 and 40 are inserted into the lumen 12 of the tubular member 1 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and in the latter case, the test agents 4 and 40 are, for example, shown in FIG. As shown, it can be provided on the top inner wall of the transparent cap member 6 that closes the proximal end of the tubular member 1. When the proximal end of the capillary tube 3 is in a position retracted by a predetermined length from the proximal end of the tubular member 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the lumen 13 of the tubular member 1 extending from the proximal end of the tubular member 1 to the proximal end of the capillary tube 3. May be expanded in diameter.
[0009]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the test agent may be a filter paper 4 soaked in filter paper, or may be 40 soaked in absorbent cotton as shown in FIG. 1 , and is adjacent to the capillary 3. Thus, the blood drawn through the lumen 32 of the capillary 3 by capillary action can be contacted in a short time. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the test agents 4 and 40 are accommodated in the lumens 12 and 13 of the tubular member 1, foreign matter is not mixed in or the test agent 4 does not come out. The lumens 12 and 13 on the proximal end side of the tubular member 1 are preferably closed with a synthetic resin cover film 5. Further, when the tubular member 1 is made of an opaque material and the test agents 4 and 40 are difficult to observe from the outside, a closed transparent window (not shown) is provided in the test agent storage portion. Also good. The closed transparent window can be formed by providing a window in the tubular member 1 and closing the window with a transparent film, for example.
[0010]
Next, the use of the blood test tool of the present invention will be described. The blood test tool of the present invention but it is also possible to pierce the like directly finger by hand, if piercing by hand, since such is vibration sometimes give undue pain to the patient occurs Usually, this is used by setting it in a dedicated injector (not shown). When the blood test tool is set on an injector, and this is applied to, for example, a finger and the puncture needle push-out button is pressed, the puncture needle 2 of the blood test tool protrudes from the tip of the injector and pierces the skin of the finger. At this time, about 1.5 to 2 mm of the cutting edge 21 of the puncture needle 2 enters the skin. When the button is kept pressed, blood is automatically aspirated by the capillary phenomenon through the capillary tube 3 inserted into the puncture needle 2 and comes into contact with the test drug 4. You can know the blood test results. The protruding puncture needle 2 can be retracted into the injector by releasing the button.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, by employing the blood test tool of the present invention, blood collection and blood test can be performed by a single operation. Inspection can be performed quickly. Moreover, since there is no opportunity to come into contact with blood, the risk of blood infection can be avoided.
