【0046】
y(n)=αsin{ω(n)Tn}+βcos{ω(n)Tn}
【0048】
すると、誤差駆動ベクトルE(n)=∂J(n)/∂e(n)は、E(n)=2u1e(n)+2u2e3(n)と展開され、傾斜ベクトル∇(n)=∂J(n)/∂W(n)は、次の数16のように展開される。
【0049】
【0050】
【0055】
d(n)=α*sin{ω*(n)Tn}+β*cos{ω*(n)Tn}
【0057】
y(n)=αsin{ω(n)Tn}+βcos{ω(n)Tn}

【0068】
y(n)=αsin{ω(n)Tn}+βcos{ω(n)Tn}

[Prior art]
(Prior art 1)
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-44377 (Japanese Patent Application No. 6-201384), as the prior art 1, the adaptive signal y (n) is adaptively applied to the periodic signal f (n) affecting the observation point. An adaptive control method for a periodic signal to be adjusted is disclosed.
[0003]
In the publication, the adaptive signal y (n) = Σ [a k (N) sin {kωTn + φ k (N)}] amplitude a k (N) and phase φ k (N) is an adaptive coefficient vector W (n) = [·· a k (N) ... k (N) ...] T As an ingredient. Then, the square of the error signal e (n) is used as the evaluation function J, and an adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm for updating each component of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n) according to the least square method is used. The adaptive signal y (n) is adjusted with each component of W (n).
[0004]
When the above conventional technique 1 is converted into the orthogonal type, it is as follows.
First, the disturbance signal d (n), which is the influence of the periodic signal f (n), which is the K′-order harmonic vibration, applied to the observation point via the transmission system G is expressed by the following equation (6).
[0005]
[Formula 6]
[0006]
On the other hand, the K-th order (1 ≦ K ≦ K ′) adaptive signal y (n) added to the observation point to cancel the specific component of the disturbance signal d (n) is expressed by the following equation (7).

[Expression 7]
[0008]
Adaptive coefficient vector W (n) = [·· a k (N) ... k (N) ...] T The amplitude a of each order of the adaptive signal y (n) that is a component of k (N) and phase φ k An adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm for adaptively adjusting (n) is expressed by the following equation (8).

[0010]
(Prior art 2)
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-272375 (Japanese Patent Application No. 7-129868), as the prior art 2, the phase delay G of the transmission system G is added to the adaptive coefficient vector W (n). pk An adaptive control method for a periodic signal to which (n) is added is disclosed.
The adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm of the prior art 2 is based on the phase delay G of the transmission system G. pk By adding (n) to the estimation element, the phase delay of the transmission system G is improved so as not to be measured in advance. Of the same algorithm, the phase delay G of the transmission system G pk A phase adjustment parameter ψ is added to the portion for estimating (n) so that the algorithm does not diverge. When the notation of this adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm is converted into an orthogonal type, it is expressed as the following Expression 9.
[0011]
[Equation 9]
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Both of the above-described conventional adaptive coefficient vector update algorithms are based on the least square method or are slightly improved from the algorithm based on the least square method.
However, when the inventors tried, an adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm was derived based on a theory other than the least square method, and an adaptive control method for a periodic signal in which the adaptive coefficient vector W (n) is updated by the algorithm can be implemented. It turns out that.
[0013]
For example, as the evaluation function J, the square error e 2 Instead of using (n), as conceptually shown in FIG. 4 (N), sixth power error e 6 The error signal e (n) to the 2Nth power (2 ≦ N) such as (n),. In other words, the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm can be configured based on the least-squares method, the least-square method,.
[0014]
When the adaptive operation is performed by the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm configured using such a higher-order evaluation function J, as shown in FIG. 3, while the error signal e (n) is large, the square error is minimum 2 It tends to converge more rapidly than multiplication. However, the square error that seems to have converged once does not stabilize in the converged state, but it repeatedly increases and decreases so as to wave in a certain amplitude range, and converges like the least square method (stablely (The convergence state is not maintained).
[0015]
I think this, as shown in FIG. 2 again, while the adaptive coefficient vector W (n) is farther than the adaptation point and the error signal e (n) is large, the slope of the fourth or sixth error is larger. However, the slope is smaller than the square error when approaching the adaptation point. That is, in the vicinity of the adaptation point of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), the fourth power error or the sixth power error tends to be less sensitive to an increase in the absolute value of the error signal e (n) than the square error. It is considered that the generation of the error signal e (n) having a small amplitude cannot be dealt with at an early stage.
[0016]
Taking an extreme example as a thought experiment, when the error to the power of 10 is an absolute value of the error signal e (n) is less than 1, the slope ∂J (n) / ∂e (n) = 10e 9 (N) is only a very small value. For example, when the error signal e (n) = 0.5, the inclination ∂J (n) / ∂e (n) = 10e 9 (N) is 0.02. Similarly, when the error signal e (n) = 0.1, the inclination ∂J (n) / ∂e (n) = 10e 9 (N) is only 1. × 10 -8 However, it is effectively equal to zero. Therefore, as the multiplier of the error signal e (n) that defines the evaluation function J increases, the adaptive control method for the periodic signal cannot cope at an early stage even if the amplitude of the error signal e (n) starts to increase. It is considered a thing.
[0017]
That is, the evaluation function J is expressed as a square error e 2 When defined by (n), the convergence speed is moderate, but it is possible to provide an adaptive control method for a periodic signal that is excellent in stability after convergence. Conversely, the evaluation function J is converted to the error signal e 2N When defined by (n) (2 ≦ N), the convergence speed is fast and the convergence is achieved in a short time, but an adaptive control method for a periodic signal that is unsatisfactory in stability after convergence is provided. That is, the former and the latter have advantages and disadvantages that are complementary to each other, and one advantage is the other disadvantage.
[0018]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an adaptive control method for a periodic signal that takes advantage of both of them and has a rapid convergence and excellent stability.
[0019]
[Means for solving the problems and their functions and effects]
In order to solve the above problems, the inventor has invented the following means.
(First means)
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an adaptive control method for a periodic signal according to claim 1.
That is, the means includes an adaptive signal generation algorithm for generating the adaptive signal y (n) according to the following
[0020]
[Expression 10]
[0021]
[Expression 11]
[0022]
Then, with the components of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n) updated by the
In this means, a higher-order evaluation function J (n) = u 1 e 2 (N) + u 2 e 4 (N) / 2 + ... + u N e 2N Based on (n) / N, the gradient vector ∇ (n) = ∂J (n) / ∂W (n) is analytically derived. In the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm of
[0023]
Where the weighting factor u i At least one of (i = 1, 2,..., N) must be a positive real number. Because all weighting factors u i Is zero, the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm stops, and adaptation does not progress. (All the weighting factors u depending on the state of the error signal e (n), etc. i Is allowed to be zero for a moment. )
Also, the weight coefficient u i May be appropriately changed according to the degree of adaptation (for example, square error). In changing, as long as the amplitude of the error signal e (n) is large, a higher-order weighting factor u. i Is weighted, and after the convergence progresses and the amplitude of the error signal e (n) decreases, the least squares weighting factor u 1 It is desirable to place weight on
[0024]
Weighting factor u i In the change, the switching may be performed only once based on the value of the evaluation function J or the like, or may be switched in multiple stages depending on the convergence state. Alternatively, each weighting factor u i Is the square error e 2 You may make it adjust continuously as continuous functions, such as (n).
In this means, the fundamental angular frequency ω (n) measured with sufficient accuracy and the phase delay G of the transmission system G measured in advance. p (Kω) is supplied to the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm (the above equation 11) at each step (each discrete time n). The fundamental angular frequency ω (n) is also supplied to the adaptive signal generation algorithm (
[0025]
This means is the phase lag G of the transmission system G pk It is possible to converge the error signal e (n) by exhibiting the adaptability by the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm with respect to fluctuations and measurement errors in a predetermined range of (n) and the fundamental angular frequency ω (n). At this time, of the update of each element of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), the higher-order weighting coefficient u is larger while the amplitude of the error signal e (n) is larger. i The higher-order terms related to occupy the main values, and after the convergence progresses and the amplitude of the error signal e (n) decreases, the weighting factor u of the least squares method 1 Will occupy the main value. (Weighting factor u during convergence of error signal e (n) i This is true even if the same value is stored. See FIG. )
Therefore, in the range where the amplitude of the error signal e (n) is large, the higher-order term becomes dominant in the update amount of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), and the adaptation proceeds rapidly, and the value of the error signal e (n) Is quickly suppressed small. On the other hand, after the amplitude of the error signal e (n) becomes small, the term corresponding to the least square method becomes dominant in the update amount of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), and the error signal e (n) It becomes stable in the converged state.
[0026]
Therefore, according to the present means, the advantages of both the adaptive method based on the evaluation of the higher-order error and the least square method are exhibited, and the periodic signal is faster in convergence and superior in stability compared to the prior art 1. It is possible to provide an adaptive control method.
(Second means)
The second means of the present invention is the adaptive control method for a periodic signal according to claim 2.
[0027]
In this means, in the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm of the
[0028]
That is, in the converged state rather than the initial state, the ratio of the least square method increases more clearly than the effect of naturally increasing the ratio of the square error due to the value of the error signal e (n) to the (2N-1) power. Come. Therefore, the square error e 2 In the convergence state where (n) is small, the stability of the error signal e (n) becomes stronger, and conversely, the square error e 2 In the initial state where (n) is large, the amplitude of the error signal e (n) is reduced more rapidly.
[0029]
Therefore, according to this means, the effect of the first means described above is further strengthened, and both the initial convergence speed and the stability after convergence are further improved.
(Third means)
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided an adaptive control method for a periodic signal according to claim 3.
In this means, the adaptive coefficient vector W (n) is obtained from both amplitudes α in each order of the adaptive signal y (n). k (N), β k (N) and estimated phase delay G in each order of transmission system G pk (N) is defined as a component. That is, the adaptive coefficient vector W (n) = [·· α k (N) ・ ・ ・ ・ β k (N) ... G pk (N) ...] T The adaptive coefficient vector W (n) is updated according to the following equation (12).
[0030]
[Expression 12]
[0031]
Then, with the updated component of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), both amplitudes α of the adaptive signal y (n) shown in the following Equation 13 k (N), β k (N) is updated.
[0032]
[Formula 13]
[0033]
In this means, the estimated phase delay G at each order of the transmission system G is included in the variables to be estimated. pk Since (n) is included, the phase delay G of the transmission system G is different from the first means described above. pk It is not necessary to prepare (n) beforehand by measurement or the like. That is, a large phase delay G pk The adaptive control method of the periodic signal of this means can be adapted to the fluctuation of (n), and can be converged without causing the error signal e (n) to diverge.
[0034]
In addition, in this means, as in the first means described above, a higher-order weighting coefficient is obtained as long as the amplitude of the error signal e (n) is large, among the updates of each element of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n). u i The higher-order terms related to occupy the main values, and after convergence progresses and the amplitude of the error signal e (n) decreases, the weighting factor u of the least squares method 1 Will occupy the main value. (Weighting factor u i This is true even if the same value is stored without being adjusted. See FIG.
[0035]
Therefore, according to this means, the advantages of both the adaptive method based on the higher-order error evaluation and the least-squares method are exhibited, and the periodic signal has a faster convergence than the prior art 2 and excellent in stability. The adaptive control method can be provided.
(Fourth means)
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the adaptive control method for periodic signals according to claim 4.
[0036]
This means is different from the above-mentioned third means only in that the above-mentioned third means is replaced by the following expression 14 in the above-mentioned third means.
[0037]
[Expression 14]
[0038]
That is, in this means, the estimated phase delay G of the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm pk Only the component related to the update of (n) is designed to be updated by the method of least squares. This is the estimated phase lag G pk Only the component related to the update of (n) has relatively poor convergence characteristics, and the step size parameter μ Gp And weighting factor u i This is because if (i = 1, 2,..., N) is not set appropriately, it has a characteristic that may diverge.
[0039]
Therefore, the estimated phase lag G pk Only the component relating to the update of (n) is converged relatively gently by the least square method, and this means is configured to avoid the risk of divergence of the error signal e (n). In other words, the estimated phase delay G of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n). pk The component of (n) is a weighting factor u i The estimated phase delay G can be stably converged regardless of the setting of pk Weight factor u without worrying about the stability of (n) i Can be set.
[0040]
Therefore, according to the present means, the weight coefficient u for converging the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm is obtained in addition to the effects of the third means described above. i There is an effect that the setting is easier than the third means. In addition, there is an effect that stability regarding the convergence of the error signal e (n) is improved.
(Fifth means)
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the adaptive control method for periodic signals according to
[0041]
In this means, in the above-described adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm (Equation 12 or Equation 14), the square error e 2 Compared to the initial state where (n) is greater than or equal to a predetermined value, the square error e 2 In the convergence state where (n) is less than a predetermined value, the weight ratio u 1 / Σu N (2 ≦ N) is set larger. That is, the weighting between the adaptive method and the least square method based on the higher-order error evaluation is a square error e of a predetermined value. 2 Switching to (n) is a boundary, and the update by the least square method increases in the converged state than in the initial state.
[0042]
That is, in the convergence state where the error signal e (n) is smaller than the initial state where the error signal e (n) is large, the ratio of the square error naturally increases due to the (2N−1) th power value of the error signal e (n). The ratio of the least square method increases more clearly than the effect that comes. Therefore, the square error e 2 In the convergence state where (n) is small, the stability of the error signal e (n) becomes stronger, and conversely, the square error e 2 In the initial state where (n) is large, the amplitude of the error signal e (n) is reduced more rapidly.
[0043]
Therefore, according to this means, the effects of the third means or the fourth means described above are further enhanced, and both the convergence speed in the initial state and the stability in the convergence state are further improved.
[0044]

The embodiments of the adaptive control method for periodic signals of the present invention will be described clearly and sufficiently in the following examples so that a person skilled in the art can understand that the embodiments can be implemented.
[Example 1]
(Derivation of Example 1)
The adaptive control method of a periodic signal as Example 1 of the present invention is theoretically derived as follows with reference to FIG.

Further, the adaptive coefficient vector W (n) to be adaptively adjusted and updated is composed of only the amplitude α (n) of the sine function and the amplitude β (n) of the cosine function as components, and W (n) = [α (N), β (n)] T It is defined as

Then, the error drive vector E (n) = ∂J (n) / ∂e (n) becomes E (n) = 2u. 1 e (n) + 2u 2 e 3 (N) is expanded, and the gradient vector ∇ (n) = ∂J (n) / ∂W (n) is expanded as the following Expression 16.

Then, the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm 12 is set as the following Expression 17 by multiplying the above Expression 16 by appropriate step size parameters μα and μβ to obtain an update of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n).

[0062]
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the sensitivity due to the fourth power component of the error signal e (n) in the evaluation function J decreases near the convergence point. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the convergence characteristic of the error signal e (n) due to the same component is the square error e. 2 When (n) becomes small to some extent, the converged state tends not to be kept stable.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the square error e 2 At a stage where (n) becomes less than a predetermined value, the weight ratio u 1 / U 2 Is reset to a larger value. Specifically, the square error e 2 In the initial state where (n) is still large, the weighting factor is u 1 = 0.1, u 2 = 0.9, but square error e 2 When (n) becomes less than 0.001, it is considered that the convergence state has been entered, and the weight coefficient is u 1 = 0.9, u 2 = 0.1 is reset. That is, the square error e 2 In the initial state where (n) is large, the component due to the fourth error is dominant in the update of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), and the square error e 2 In the convergence state where (n) is less than 0.001, the update by the least square method is dominant.
[0063]
As a result, according to this embodiment, the square error e 2 In the initial state where (n) is large, a rapid convergence characteristic is obtained, and the square error e 2 In the convergence state where (n) is less than 0.001, there is an effect that the convergence state is stably maintained.
Note that the square error e due to disturbances in the system or sudden changes in system characteristics. 2 When (n) increases to 0.002 or more, the weighting factor is again set to the initial state (u 1 = 0.1, u 2 = 0.9). In addition, the square error e 2 When (n) becomes less than 0.001, the weighting coefficient is again set to the convergence state (u 1 = 0.9, u 2 = 0.1) so that the convergence state of the error signal e (n) is maintained stably.
[0064]
Therefore, according to the adaptive control method of the periodic signal of the present embodiment, the disadvantages of the least square method and the least square method are eliminated, and only the advantage is utilized, and the convergence of the error signal e (n) is made as compared with the prior art 1. There is an effect that it is remarkably fast and excellent in stability of the convergence state.
(Modification 1 of Example 1)
In the first embodiment described above, the weighting factor u depends on the convergence level of the error signal e (n). 1 , U 2 However, as a variation 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to implement the periodic signal adaptive control method without such logic.
[0065]
That is, the weighting factor u 1 , U 2 Is a predetermined value (eg u 1 = 0.5, u 2 = 0.5), the adaptive control algorithm 1 including the adaptive
Therefore, according to the adaptive control method of a periodic signal of this modification, there is an effect that an effect equivalent to that of the first embodiment can be obtained with a simpler logic than that of the first embodiment but not as bright as the first embodiment.
[0066]
[Example 2]
(Configuration of Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 1, the adaptive control method for a periodic signal according to the second embodiment of the present invention is a first-order harmonic vibration that affects the
[0067]
The present embodiment is also common to the first embodiment in that it has an adaptive

y (n) = αsin {ω (n) Tn} + βcos {ω (n) Tn}
Again, as in the first embodiment, the fundamental angular frequency ω of the periodic signal f (n). * The measured value ω (n) of (n) is measured with sufficient accuracy by the angular frequency measuring means 22 and given by the above equation (21).
[0069]
This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the component of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n) has both amplitudes α in each order of the adaptive signal y (n). k (N), β k (N) Not only the estimated phase delay G in each order of the transmission system G pk (N) is also included. Therefore, the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm 12 ′ of the present embodiment uses both the amplitudes α (n) and β (n) of the adaptive signal y (n) and the estimated phase delay G in each order of the transmission system G. pk Adaptive coefficient vector W (n) = [α (n), β (n), G p (N)] T Is updated according to the following

(Effect of Example 2)
In this embodiment, the estimated phase delay G of the transmission system G is included in the variable to be estimated which is a component of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n). p (N) is included, the phase delay G of the transmission system G is different from the first embodiment. p It is not necessary to prepare (n) beforehand by measurement or the like. That is, a large phase delay G p The adaptive control method for periodic signals of this embodiment can be adapted to fluctuations in (n) and can be converged without causing the error signal e (n) to diverge.
[0074]
Not only that, but also in the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment described above, of the update of each element of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), the higher-order weights as long as the error signal e (n) has a larger amplitude. Coefficient u 2 The higher order terms occupy the main values. After the adaptation progresses and the amplitude of the error signal e (n) decreases, the weight ratio u 1 / U 2 Is set larger and the least-squares weighting factor u 1 Becomes larger, and occupies the main value among the update of each element of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n).
[0075]
Therefore, in the range where the amplitude of the error signal e (n) is large, the higher-order term becomes dominant in the update amount of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), and the adaptation proceeds rapidly, and the value of the error signal e (n) Is quickly suppressed small. On the other hand, after the amplitude of the error signal e (n) becomes small, the term corresponding to the least square method becomes dominant in the update amount of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n), and the error signal e (n) It becomes stable in the converged state.
[0076]
Therefore, according to the periodic signal adaptive control method of the present embodiment, the advantages of both the adaptive method based on the higher-order error evaluation and the least square method are exhibited, and the convergence is faster and the convergence is higher than that of the prior art 2. There is an effect that it is excellent in later stability.
(Modification 1 of Example 2)
As a modified example 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to implement an adaptive control method for a periodic signal in which the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm 12 ′ in
[0077]
[Expression 23]
[0078]
That is, in the present modification, the estimated phase delay G of the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm 12 ″ p Only the component related to the update of (n) is designed to be updated only by the method of least squares. This is the estimated phase lag G p Only the component related to the update of (n) has relatively poor convergence characteristics, and the step size parameter μ Gp And weighting factor u 1 , U 2 This is because it has a characteristic that may diverge if the setting is not performed properly.
[0079]
Therefore, the estimated phase lag G p The adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm 12 ″ of this modification is configured so that only the component relating to the update of (n) is converged relatively gently only by the least square method and the risk of divergence is avoided. In other words, the estimated phase delay G of the adaptive coefficient vector W (n). p The component of (n) is a weighting factor u 1 , U 2 The estimated phase delay G can be stably converged regardless of the setting of p Weight factor u without worrying about the stability of (n) 1 , U 2 Can be set.
[0080]
Therefore, according to the present modification, the weight coefficient u for converging the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm is obtained in addition to the effects of the third means described above. 1 , U 2 There is an effect that the setting is easier than the third means. In addition, there is an effect that stability regarding the convergence of the error signal e (n) is improved.
(Modification 2 of Example 2)
As a variation mode 2 of the present embodiment, an adaptive control method for a periodic signal corresponding to the variation mode 1 of the first embodiment described above can be implemented with respect to the present embodiment and the variation mode 1 thereof. That is, the weighting factor u 1 , U 2 Even if the calculation of the adaptive coefficient vector update algorithm 12 ″ is continued with the value fixed at an appropriate value, the improvement of the convergence speed and the improvement of the stability after the convergence are not as remarkable as those of the present embodiment and the modification 1 thereof. However, there is an effect equivalent to both.
[0081]
Therefore, according to this modification, there is an effect that an effect equivalent to that of the second embodiment and the modification 1 can be obtained with simpler logic.
