Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a mesh panel mounting method and a mounting tool for fixing a peripheral portion of a net-shaped mesh panel in a groove of a panel frame made of a channel-shaped material in an inserted state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIGS. 13 and 14 show a conventional mounting method of the mesh panel.
The wire mesh-like mesh panel 50 is fixed with a rivet 61 planted through the panel frame 60 at a predetermined interval in a state where the peripheral edge of the mesh panel 50 is inserted into the groove a of the panel frame 60. The panel frame 60 is fixed to a frame member on the floor of the balcony using a mounting bracket or the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above-mentioned conventional method, a considerable amount of labor and time are required for the operation of opening the rivets 61 at a plurality of positions of each of the panel frames 60 one by one and then riveting.
In addition, the rivet heads exposed at many places on the surface of the panel frame 60 impair the aesthetic appearance of the mesh panel attached for aesthetic purposes.
Further, when the mesh panel 50 is used as a fence material, for example, when a strong impact force is applied, a large concentrated stress is generated at a location caught on the rivet 61, and the mesh panel 50 is broken from this location. Was likely to be.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method and a fixture for mounting a mesh panel to a panel frame, which can perform the work of mounting the mesh panel as easily as possible, secure the required fixing strength, and, of course, finish the display with a neat appearance. To be.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

A locking piece 4 surrounded by a substantially U-shaped cut 3 is formed on the plate-shaped main body 1, and the engaged unevenness 5 provided on the locking piece 4 is elastically directed toward the engaging unevenness 60a. It is good to be constituted so that it may be pressure-contacted.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a case where a prefabricated balcony provided on the second floor of a house is dressed with mesh panels so that the back side of the floor surface is not unsightly when viewed from below. Will be described with reference to FIGS.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 70 denotes an assembling balcony made of aluminum or the like, and a mesh frame 50 designed in a net shape is provided on a lower surface side of a floor frame 71 with a panel frame as a taking frame material. It is stretched using 60.
[0007]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 9, the mesh panel 50 has a state in which a peripheral portion thereof is inserted into a groove a of a panel frame 60 made of a channel material by using the fixture A of the present invention. It is firmly fixed.
[0008]
The panel frame 60 is an extruded product of an aluminum material, and has a deformed H-shaped cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 9, the peripheral edge of the mesh panel 50 is inserted into the groove a on the deeper side.
On one inner wall surface of the groove a, a plurality of rows of sawtooth-shaped engaging unevenness 60a are provided along the longitudinal direction of the panel frame 60.
Also, on the other inner wall surface, ridges 60b and 60c are provided along the longitudinal direction of the frame at two positions, that is, at the edge of the groove and at an intermediate position in the depth direction of the groove a.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 9, the groove width of the groove a of the panel frame 60 is such that the peripheral edge of the mesh panel 50 is inserted into the groove a and the mesh panel 50 and one of the inner wall surfaces of the groove a. The dimensions are set so that the plate-shaped mounting member A can be tightly inserted between them.
[0010]
The mesh panel 50 of this embodiment is made of synthetic resin and is formed in a net shape with a rhombic mesh, and is oriented obliquely with respect to the panel frame 60 as shown in FIGS. A plurality of rows of oblique parallel ridges 50a on the front side and a group of oblique parallel ridges 50b on the back side are united back to back.
The cross-sectional shape of each of the oblique parallel protrusions 50a and 50b is formed in a trapezoidal shape, and the height of each of the oblique parallel protrusions 50a and 50b is higher in 50a than in 50b.
[0011]
Next, a specific example of the fixture A will be described with reference to FIGS.
The fixture A of this embodiment is made of engineering plastic having excellent strength and durability, and has an approximate shape of a rectangular plate.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, the plate-shaped main body 1 constituting the attachment A is provided with a rising edge 1a along one edge in the longitudinal direction on the front surface side.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the side surface of the rising edge 1a is provided with wavy irregularities.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a plurality of rows, in this case, three rows of engaged ridges 2 are provided on the back side of the plate-shaped main body 1 in the longitudinal direction. And at the same inclination angle as the inclination angle of the oblique parallel ridges 50a.
[0013]
A cut 3 having a shape similar to a deformed U-shape is provided between adjacent engaged ridges 2 and 2 of the plate-shaped main body 1.
As a result, a locking piece 4 surrounded by a cut 3 is formed between each of the engaged ridges 2.
As shown in FIG. 7, which shows a vertical cross section of the mounting member A, the thickness of the locking piece 4 is gradually reduced toward the edge in the width direction to increase elastic deformability. .
[0014]
On the front side of the locking piece 4, two rows of serrated engagement / protrusion 5, 5 that engage with the engagement / protrusion 60 a of the panel frame 60 are provided.
In addition, since the mesh of the mesh panel 50 has a rhombus shape, two types of fixtures A are prepared for the panel frame 60 in the left-right direction of the balcony and for the panel frame 60 in the front-rear direction in order to correspond thereto. However, it is necessary to change the angle of inclination and the direction of inclination of each engaged ridge 2.
[0015]
Next, how to use the fixture A will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, the four peripheral edges of the mesh panel 50 are inserted into the corresponding grooves a of the panel frames 60, respectively.
The mesh panel 50 in this state is rattled when subjected to wind or vibration, and may be detached from the panel frame 60 when a pressing force or a tensile force is applied.
[0016]
Further, there is a possibility that the mesh panel 50 hangs, for example, a bird cage or a hanging pot using the mesh.
When the mesh panel 50 is used as a fence material, it is possible that a strong impact force or a tensile force may be exerted by any momentum.
Therefore, it is necessary to securely fix the periphery of the mesh panel 50 in the groove a.
[0017]
First, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 9, each of the engagement ridges 2 on the back surface is formed by the inclined ridges 2 on the front side of the mesh panel 50. It is applied to the surface of the mesh panel 50 so as to be dropped between the parallel ridges 50a and 50a, respectively, and to be parallel to the panel frame 60.
This fitting position is selected such that the distance from the adjacent fixture A is, for example, about 25 cm.
[0018]
Next, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 9, the fixture A is directed toward the gap formed between the mesh wall 50 and the inner wall surface provided with the engaging asperities 60 a in the groove a of the panel frame 60. And push it in.
Then, in a state where the engaged ridge 2 is pressed against the oblique parallel ridge 50a of the mesh panel 50, the engaged ridge 2 advances obliquely while being guided by the ridge.
[0019]
Then, the serrated engagement unevenness 5 provided on the fixture A interferes with the serrated engagement unevenness 60a provided on the inner wall surface of the groove a.
However, the locking piece 4 is further advanced while being elastically deformed by receiving the pushing force, and when the mounting fixture A is completely pushed into the groove a except for the rising edge 1a, the engagement unevenness is just reached. 5 is caught in the engagement unevenness 60a in a retaining state, so that the attachment A is reliably prevented from being removed from the inside of the groove a of the panel frame 60.
[0020]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, the mesh panel 50 sandwiched between the inner wall surface of the groove a and the fixture A in a compressed state has, as shown in FIG. The engagement ridge 2 (shown in black in the drawing) is caught by the engagement ridge 2, and is reliably prevented from falling out of the groove a.
[0021]
As described above, according to the mounting method using the mounting tool A of the present invention, the operation of mounting the mesh panel 50 to the panel frame 60 is incomparable to the conventional riveting method described at the beginning. It can be done easily and quickly.
Of course, since unsightly rivets are not used, the appearance after installation is much cleaner, and the aesthetic purpose is better achieved.
[0022]
Also, unlike the pin point fixing method, which is a method of fixing by riveting, it has a function of fixing in a surface contact state over a wide area, so if an object is hung using a mesh panel. In such a case, or when a mesh panel is used as a fence material, it is possible to withstand the maximum tensile force and impact force that are actually assumed.
[0023]
In the above configuration, the object of the present invention is achieved even if the structure of the details is appropriately changed in design.
For example, the design shape, the arrangement interval, the inclination angle, and the like of the oblique parallel ridges 50a and 50b of the mesh panel 50 may be appropriately selected according to the size and preference of the mesh panel 50.
Alternatively, only one side surface of the mesh panel 50 may be constituted by the group of oblique parallel ridges 50a, and the other surface side may be constituted by, for example, a wavy or other ridge group.
[0024]
Further, the length dimension of the fixture A is not limited to the illustrated one, and may be set to be substantially equal to the panel frame 60.
The form of the locking piece 4 may be appropriately changed as long as the function described in the claims is achieved. The same applies to the form of the panel frame 60.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the method and the fixture for attaching a mesh panel according to the present invention, the following practically excellent effects can be obtained.
(A) The fixing operation is securely completed by simply pushing the mounting tool into the gap between the peripheral edge of the mesh panel fitted in the groove of the panel frame and the inner wall surface of the groove.
(B) Therefore, as in the prior art, it is possible to completely eliminate extremely inefficient work such as making holes for passing rivets in many places of the panel frame and then riveting.
(C) In addition, the heads of a large number of rivets appearing on the surface of the panel frame do not impair the aesthetic appearance of the finished work.
(D) Unlike a pinpoint connection using rivets, even when a strong tensile force or impact force is applied to the mesh panel, the mesh panel is fixed by surface contact in a wide area, so the mesh panel may be broken from the fixed portion. Can be almost certainly eliminated.
(E) If necessary, the operation of removing the mesh panel can be performed relatively easily.
