【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、ブロック肉1を水平方向乃至適宜傾斜の傾斜方向へ送り出す送出装置2と、この送出装置2から送り出されるブロック肉1に対して相対的に下側から上側に向けて薄く切断する切刃3を有した切断装置4とからなるブロック肉の薄切装置であって、前記送出装置2によるブロック肉1の送出方向の正面側に、該切刃3で切断分離される薄肉片5の正面を回転周面に付着させて移送する取出装置6を設けてなるブロック肉の薄切装置の構成とする。

【発明の作用、及び効果】
ブロック肉1を送出装置2によって送り出す。この送出装置2の端部ではブロック肉1に対して下側から上側へ向けて切刃3による切断作用が行われる。この切刃3によってブロック肉1から切り離される薄肉片5は自重によって切れ端部の下端側から順次下方へ垂れ下った状態になる。切刃3がブロック肉1の下端から上端に達すると一薄切の切断行程が完了することとなり、薄肉片5は完全に分離される。

図1,図2において、ブロック肉5は、上下一対のベルトコンベア9,10からなる送出装置2によって挾持されて斜め下方へ適宜の傾斜角度で送り出される。これらベルトコンベア9,10はモータ等の駆動によって互に反対方向へ回転するように伝動される。この伝動回転は、切断する薄肉片5の厚さを得るように速度設定され、連続回転又は間欠的回転伝動に構成する。薄肉辺5の切断厚さはこのベルトコンベア9,10の変速によって決められる。
