バチルススパリカス(Bacillus sphaericus)微生物菌、バチルスサブチルス(Bacillus subtilis)微生物菌、またはバチルスツリュゲナイセス(Bacillus thuringiensis)微生物菌を、60度〜150度で高温処理した家畜糞と混合した粉体、又は60度〜150度で高温処理した家畜糞と混合した粉体、又は該粉体を液体としたもの、さらには、該液体を吸水ゲルカ剤並びにゼラチン、寒天に吸収させて得られることを特徴とするカビ付着防止剤及び脱臭剤である。また、このカビ付着防止剤及び脱臭剤を用いたカビ付着防止方法、並び脱臭方法である。

上記カビ付着防止剤及び脱臭剤に用いる家畜糞は、牛糞、豚糞、又は鶏糞であることを特徴とする。また、カビ付着防止方法並び脱臭方法において、カビ付着防止剤及び脱臭剤を液体にし吹き付ける方法で使用することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のカビ付着防止剤及び脱臭剤は、バチルススパリカス(Bacillus sphaericus)微生物菌、バチルスサブチルス(Bacillus subtilis)微生物菌、またはバチルスツリュゲナイセス(Bacillus thuringiensis)微生物菌を、60度〜150度で高温処理した家畜糞と混合した粉体、又は60度〜150度で高温処理した家畜糞と混合した粉体に、水分を添加して液体にし、あるいは該液体を吸水ゲルカ剤並びにゼラチン、寒天に吸収させて得られることを特徴とする。
本発明のカビ付着防止剤及び脱臭剤に含ませる微生物菌は、バチルススパリカス(Bacillus sphaericus)微生物菌、バチルスサブチルス(Bacillus subtilis)微生物菌、またはバチルスツリュゲナイセス(Bacillus thuringiensis)微生物菌であり、これらの微生物菌は公知の物であり、土壌、海水、淡水性堆積物中、食物などから容易に培養することができる。

次に、本発明の作用を明確にするために行った実験について、表1を基に説明する。カビ抑制試験の試験方法は、カビ胞子懸濁液1mlを減菌水で100mlに希釈し、これをブランク検体とする。このブランク検体に試料を所定量添加混合し、経日的に検体中の細菌数及びカビ数を測定する。試験方法は生菌数測定と同作業。但し、寒天培地は栄研化学:ポテトデキストロース寒天培養地を使用し、恒温器(27℃)で3日間培養する。試料添加量は10%(ブランク検体18g+試料2g)20%(ブランク検体16g+試料4g)30%(ブランク検体14g+試料6g)とする。
