【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、インターネットを介した広告サイト情報を組込んだ動画映像デジタル情報再生装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
動画映像情報はＴＶ放送やビデオテープなどで放送又は入力再生されていたが、高速且つ大量のデジタルデータを送受信することができる通信回線が実用化されることによって、インターネットを介して配信することが可能となった。いわゆるブロードバンド利用によりインターネットに接続可能な受信・入力再生装置で映像を配信することがなされている。従来、インターネットを介した情報提供では、画面上にバナー広告を表示させて、その広告収入で情報提供を無料とすることがなされていたが、動画情報ではバナー広告の表示が利用者に嫌われる問題があった。

また、テキストのコンテンツでは、利用者が関心を寄せる「文字情報」部分をクリッカブルとしてリンク情報を貼り付けることがなされていたが、映像情報ではなされていなかった。このため、映像情報の中に、利用者が感心のある画像・映像・音声が含まれていてもその再生中に従来の「文字情報」部分のクリックでリンク検索させることはできなかった。

このため、映像情報提供事業者は、映像情報の中間で広告映像を強制的に挿入（一般放送のＣＭや、ビデオテープの先頭のＣＭ映像など）するなどの方法がとられていた。このため利用者の関心がある商品・サービスを的確に閲覧させることが困難な問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、前述の問題に鑑みてなされたもので、表示されている動画画面のクリック信号の入力に応答して広告映像位置情報を検索し、クリックされた動画位置座標に対応するインターネット広告サイトのアドレス情報を抽出し、Ｗｅｂブラウザを起動しインターネットを介して動画映像に対応する広告サイトに接続し表示させる動画映像デジタル情報再生装置の提供を目的とする。

上記目的を達成するため、請求項１の動画映像デジタル情報再生装置は、動画映像情報・音声情報に加え、再生表示中の動画像部分の動画映像位置座標に対応して予め設定した企業・団体のホームページのインターネット広告サイトのアドレス情報と映像位置座標からなる広告映像位置情報を備えた動画映像デジタル情報を動画映像として再生する再生装置であって、前記広告映像位置情報を格納記憶する動画対応記憶部と、再生中の動画映像に対応した広告映像位置情報を前記動画対応記憶部に格納記録し動画の進行に応じて広告映像位置情報を更新する広告映像位置情報更新手段と、表示されている動画画面のクリック信号の入力に応答して広告映像位置情報を検索し、クリックされた動画位置座標に対応するインターネット広告サイトのアドレス情報を抽出する広告サイトアドレス検索手段と、Ｗｅｂブラウザを起動しインターネットを介して動画映像に対応する広告サイトに接続し表示させる広告サイトリンク手段とを備えており、前記広告サイトリンク手段は、動画映像と前記インターネット広告サイトの表示を同一画面に表示する画面分割表示手段と、表示されていた映像再生を中断して前記インターネット広告サイトの表示画面とする動画映像中断表示手段と、映像再生を継続し、検索して抽出された前記インターネット広告サイトの名称表示ボタンを映像再生画面に表示しインターネット接続を保留するリンク先記憶保留手段とを備え、前記それぞれの表示手段の画面では利用者がいずれかの表示方法に変更可能とする表示方法選択ボタンを備えることを特徴とする。

請求項１の発明では、入力された広告サイト情報を組込まれた動画映像デジタル情報から、広告映像位置情報を抽出し、画面をクリックされた信号の座標位置に相当するインターネット広告サイトのアドレス情報を検索してインターネット広告サイトを接続する。ここで動画対応記憶部は、デジタル情報再生装置のメモリー部の任意のアドレスを使用し、広告映像位置情報更新手段、広告サイトアドレス検索手段、広告サイトリンク手段はデジタル情報再生装置の再生ソフトに組込み起動させる。

さらに、請求項１の発明によれば、インターネット広告サイトの表示を利用者が任意に選択できると共に、表示方法を自由に変更することができる。このため、動画映像を継続したいときは、画面分割表示手段を選択し、インターネット広告サイトを先に見たいときは動画映像中断表示手段を選択し、動画映像が終了してからインターネット広告サイトを見たいときはリンク先記憶保留手段を選択することができる。また、それぞれの選択画面に、現在の表示方法以外の表示方法選択ボタンを備えることにより、利用者はいつでもその表示方法を変更させることができる。

請求項４の発明は、請求項１または２記載の動画映像デジタル情報再生装置であって、前記広告サイトアドレス検索手段は、インターネット広告サイトの検索先・件数を記録し、インターネットを介して予め定めた期間毎に動画映像デジタル情報の生成事業者又は動画映像配信事業者に検索先・件数を通知するリンク実績通知手段を備え、動画映像デジタル情報の生成事業者又は動画映像配信事業者が前記インターネット広告サイトを開設する企業・団体に対して広告料を請求するためのリンク実績データを提供することを特徴とする。

この発明によれば、リンク実績データにより、広告サイトに課金を行なうことができる。従来のインターネット上のバナー広告では、リンク実績課金のために広告サイトがリンクの仲介サーバを備える必要があったが、本発明によれば、リンク実績を端末発信させることにより仲介サーバー設備をなくすることができる。さらに、広告サイト情報の動画映像組込み料金の課金について、基本料金と実績比例料金の課金とすることができる。

この発明によれば、音声情報を表わす任意のマークを用いることにより、同一画面上の音声・音楽・その他の音を区別させることができる。例えば、音符マークの表示はバックグラウンドに流れるエンディングテーマ音楽を示し、唇マークは登場人物の歌う歌謡を示すなどにより、利用者の検索閲覧対象を特定させることができる。登場人物の歌う歌謡を示す唇マークをクリックした場合、歌手本人の広告サイトアドレス、レコード会社のＣＤの広告サイトアドレスなど複数のインターネット広告サイトのアドレス情報が表示され、その中から利用者が閲覧したいホームページを選択可能とすることができる。尚、登場人物の歌う歌謡は、登場人物の画像をクリックすることによりリンク可能にすることもできることは言うまでもない。
