Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container in which a generally known synthetic resin sheet material is swelled and formed, and a container body and a lid body are formed in a series through a bent portion on one side. The present invention relates to a container made of a synthetic resin sheet for making the opened container easy and safe to open.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Based on FIG. 11, a description will be given of a use form of a container in which the container body and the lid as described above are formed in a series via a bent portion on one side, using the same reference numerals as those of the embodiment. Then, after the product is stored in the container, the lid 2 is bent at the bent portion 3 and covered from above the container main body 1, and the outer peripheral edge of the container main body 1 and the outer peripheral edge of the lid 2 that overlap are overlapped. Close with an adhesive tape or stapler. In the bent portion 3, two perforations 4, 4 are formed in order to cut the bent portion 3 to facilitate opening. The perforation 4 has a hole 4a and a continuous portion 4b formed continuously as shown in an example in FIG. 3 in the embodiment, and has a low bending strength. As shown, the bent portion 3 is bent at the perforations 4 and 4.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to open the container in the above-described packaged state, the end of the band-shaped portion 3c sandwiched between the two perforations 4 and 4 of the bent portion 3 is placed on the side of the container, that is, in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. , First, the continuous portion 4b of the perforation 4 is elongated, and then, as shown in FIG. 13, the continuous portion 4b is broken and the container body 1 and the lid 2 are separated. At this time, as shown in both drawings, the continuous portion 4b becomes a wedge-shaped fracture mark 4c which is sharp in the pulling direction of the band-like portion 3c as shown in the enlarged portion of FIG. 13 after fracture, and is frequently used as a container material. The problem to be solved is that PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is a relatively hard material, so that when a hand accidentally touches the cutting edges 3a and 3b, it may act like a saw and cause a risk of injury. I had it.
[0004]
In view of the above, from the standpoint of sufficient product protection capability and pollution prevention, the present inventor has used a non-chlorine resin material , particularly a PET resin , and can easily separate the lid from the container body at the time of opening, and cut the container. [0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a container made of a synthetic resin sheet that can be handled safely by a user without leaving a dangerous cutting mark after opening the lid.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The structure of the container made of a synthetic resin sheet of the present invention for achieving the above object will be described using the same reference numerals as in the drawings showing the embodiments. The container is formed by bulging a sheet material made of polyethylene terephthalate resin. A container made of a polyethylene terephthalate resin sheet in which a main body 1 and a lid 2 are formed in series via a bent portion 3 on one side, and cut along the longitudinal direction on the inner surface side of the bent portion 3. , And the width of the thread 5 at the bent portion 3 is increased, and a line having a width smaller than that of the thread 5 is opened within the width of the thread 5. An auxiliary perforation 4 is formed.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In carrying out the present invention, the container main body 1 and the lid 2 are made of a PET resin sheet, and given a predetermined shape by vacuum forming or pressure forming as in the related art. Any type of synthetic resin sheet can be used for such a container as long as it is a conventionally used sheet material, but from the standpoint of sufficient product protection capability and pollution prevention, a non-chlorine resin material is used. use is possible in particular waste recycling because the material was PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin, also, since even heating value is small when the incineration, extends the life of incinerator, and harmful substances such as dioxin It can solve the problem of pollution by preventing generation.
[0007]
For the purpose of opening, when the folded portion 3 is closed, a thread-like body 5 for cutting is attached to the inner surface along the longitudinal direction, and in order to further facilitate the opening operation, a perforation 4 for opening assistance is provided with the thread-like shape. It is formed within the attachment width of the body 5. The perforation 4 is a common name, and generally, as shown in FIG. 3, holes 4a, which are short and short cuts, and continuous portions 4b connecting sheets separated by the perforations 4, are alternately continuous. The number of forming strips is within the attached width of the thread-like body 5 and one streak may be formed.
[0008]
Since the thread 5 has perforations 4 for assisting opening, it is not always necessary to have a higher tensile strength than the PET resin sheet forming the bent portion 3. In addition, an example of a process for adding the filament 5 will be described. The filament 5 is disposed along a long position at a predetermined position of the bent portion 3 of a continuously formed container. By heat-welding key parts such as parts and then cutting the container at the same time as cutting it into the finished shape, mass production can be achieved rationally.
[0009]
In order to open the container made of a synthetic resin sheet having such a structure, as shown in FIG. 1, by holding the end portion 5a of the filament 5 and pulling it in a direction opposite to the direction in which the filament 5 is led out, the essential parts shown in FIG. As shown in an enlarged view, first, the continuous portion 4b of the perforation 4 is pulled by the filament 5 and is broken, and then the remaining fracture mark 4c is formed by the longitudinal direction of the filament 5 as the filament 5 passes. As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 7, and a partially enlarged portion of FIG. 1, the cut container body and the lid are pushed and bent in the passing direction by the direction edge 5b. Bending deformation toward the cutting edges 3a and 3b in the longitudinal direction of the body, losing the sawtooth-like danger as in the conventional example, and safe for hands and fingers to handle the container after opening the lid. Sex is guaranteed.
[0010]
【Example】
Hereinafter, details of the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially enlarged perspective view of a first embodiment of the present invention in a closed state and an opening operation, FIG. 2 is the same perspective view in an opened state, and FIGS. FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view, a plan view, and a front view showing a relationship between a perforation and a filament and a relationship between a perforation and a filament during an opening operation. FIG. 7 is an enlarged front view showing the outer peripheral edge cut ends of the container body and the lid body after the opening is completed.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of the present invention in a closed state, and shows, as an example, a well-known egg storage container capable of storing ten eggs. A container body 1 and a lid 2 are formed as a series by a bent portion 3 using PET as a material. A thread 5 for cutting is attached to the bent portion 3 along the longitudinal direction, and a hole, which is a short cut as shown in FIG. A perforation 4 for opening assistance is formed in a straight line, in which continuous portions 4b connecting the container body 1 and the lid 2 to each other are formed alternately and continuously. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing the relationship between the bent portion 3, the perforations 4, and the filaments 5.
[0012]
In order to open the container, the user pulls the end portion 5a of the filament 5 in the direction opposite to the lead-out direction of the filament 5 as shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. First, the continuous portion 4b of the perforation 4 is pulled and broken by the filament 5 and then the remaining fracture mark 4c is moved in the passing direction by the longitudinal edge 5b of the filament 5 as the filament 5 passes. As shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, and a partially enlarged partial view of FIG. 1, the cut end in the longitudinal direction of the cut container body and the lid is cut as shown in FIG. It is subjected to bending deformation toward the edges 3a, 3b, losing the sawtooth-like danger as in the conventional example, and ensuring safety for hands, fingers, and the like handling the container after the lid is opened.
[0013]
8 and 9 are perspective views of the second embodiment in the closed state and the open state, respectively. The present invention is applied to a general container with a lid for packing foods such as prepared foods and other products. This is an embodiment in which the unsealing structure is implemented. The container body 1 and the lid 2 are formed as a series by the bent portion 3, and a thread 5 for cutting is attached to the bent portion 3 along the longitudinal direction. A line of perforations 4 for opening assistance is formed in the width. The operation and effect are the same as in the first embodiment.
[0014]
Although the embodiments which are considered to be representative of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not necessarily limited to only the structures of these embodiments, but includes the structural requirements of the present invention and achieves the object of the present invention. However, the present invention can be appropriately modified and implemented within a range having the following effects.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention relates to a container in which a main body and a lid are formed as a series at a bent portion from a sheet-shaped material made of PET resin, and a longitudinal direction is formed on an inner surface side of the bent portion. A thread having a width for cutting is attached along the line, and a small width perforation for opening assistance is formed within the attachment width of the thread at the bent portion. Opening the container is extremely simple and does not require much effort.
[0016]
Also, with the opening, the break mark of the perforation derived from the outer peripheral edge of the container body and the lid body is pushed and bent in the passing direction as the wide thread-like body passes, and the sharp tip of the break mark is The cut container body and the lid are subjected to bending deformation toward the longitudinal edges and lose the saw-tooth-like danger as in the conventional example, and the hands, fingers, etc., handling the container after the lid is opened. Security is assured. Therefore, it can be handled by anyone, regardless of age.
[0017]
Further, since the PET resin sheet container of the present invention merely adds a thread to the container as compared with the conventional container, the production cost does not need to be increased so much and the production price does not increase. . Therefore, in combination with the above-mentioned effects, it can be expected that both the producer and the consumer will increase the product value, reliability and safety for the customer, and provide high quality services to the market. It has been reached.
