Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates primarily to the panel to be attached to the ceiling or wall of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, as a panel attached to a wall surface, the frame body is formed of an irregularly shaped material, an insertion groove for fitting the face material, a convex edge for fastening the face material with bolts, and fixed wings fixed to the support, The face material is fitted into the insertion groove of the frame over four rounds, and bolts are inserted through the protruding edges from the back surface direction of the portion fitted in the insertion groove and fastened. Further, there is disclosed a mounting structure in which panels are connected to each other, fixed wings are overlapped with each other, screwed to a support with bolts, and joint members are fitted into gaps between the wings.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, the four circumferences of the face material must be inserted into the grooves of the frame body and strongly screwed with a large number of bolts, so that the work process becomes very complicated and cost and delivery time are reduced. There was an inconvenience. In addition, since the face material is fixed by bolts over four circumferences, the expansion and contraction of the face material is repeated by the rise and fall of the temperature after installation, for example, there is no absorption allowance when expanded by receiving direct sunlight in summer. In addition, the surface material was loosened, and the surface was wavy and uneven, resulting in uneven light. This was not only unsightly in appearance, but also the quality of the surface material was reduced due to excessive force .
[0004]
The present invention is to provide cents panel which is engaged by providing a projection on the surface material edges into the insertion groove of the frame material.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, an insertion groove which is opened inward is formed along the length direction in the frame material to which the frame material is attached over the four peripheral edges of the face material, and furthermore, the inner wall surface of the insertion groove is further formed on the inner wall surface. The locking groove is formed in parallel with the insertion groove, and when the edge of the face material is inserted, the protrusion provided on the edge is fitted into the locking groove by projections and depressions and locked to form the panel. Can be
[0006]
Such a face material may be any of metal, plastic, wood, paper, inorganic material, or a composite material thereof, and may be suitably selected according to the installation location, environment, and required performance. The frame material is formed of, for example, an aluminum mold material and has excellent dimensional accuracy and appearance. The protruding portion provided at the edge of the face material may be formed by forming a convex part by processing the face material, or by driving or fastening a metal fitting or the like, and provided in an insertion groove into which the face material is press-fitted. There is no particular limitation as long as it is a size or a shape that can be fitted into the engaging groove asperities.
[0007]
Further, the insertion groove has the locking groove on the inner wall thereof, and the opening edge on this side is widened so that the protrusion can be easily pressed. That is, the inclination angle is provided so that the protrusion can be inserted by press-fitting even if it hits the opening edge of the insertion groove .
[0008]
A U-shaped pin may be used for the protrusion, and the protrusion may be formed by being driven into the edge of the face material. The U-shaped pin is similar to a metal fitting generally used for binding a document or the like, and is strongly driven into a face material using equipment such as an air gun. If the face material has a strong pull-out strength when driven, the U-shaped protrusion may be provided at a small interval, but a face material such as wood or paper with a weak pull-out strength is densely driven or It is preferable to provide a hook on the back surface so as to be able to withstand press-fitting.
[0009]
The mounting structure of the panel is such that in the cross-sectional shape of the frame material , a wall surface is formed perpendicular to the face material from the insertion groove toward the back surface of the panel, and further bent and fixed in an L-shape in the outward direction of the frame material. A wing is provided, and a panel is formed by a frame material in which an insertion groove is turned from the insertion groove and a joint engagement groove is formed between the insertion groove and the fixed wing. When the panel is continuously provided, the fixed wing is formed. It is preferred that the joint members are press-fitted into the gaps between the frame members so as to cover the fixed wings which are overlapped with each other and are screwed to the support with bolts, and which are screwed with bolts .
[0010]
The joint material is formed of a long rubber elastic molded body. The joint material has a cross-sectional shape provided with flanges at both end edges of the lid surface to project two rows of legs, and bounces outward from the lower end of the legs. sides is provided, preferably is made to allow the joint processing to correspond to variations in the gap between the frame member by said flange and rebound projecting side. That is, depending on the gap, the flanges on both sides of the lid face bend while bending on the wall surface of the frame corresponding to the gap, and furthermore, the rebounding protruding edge enters the engaging groove provided on the wall surface of the frame material so as to be difficult to come off. Things.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the panel of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway sectional view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a corner assembly of FIG. FIG. 4 is a partial perspective view of a joint member showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of a portion where panels are continuously connected, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view of the panel mounting at the time.
[0012]
In FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, a frame member 2 is fitted to a face member 1 over four peripheral edges, and an L-shaped bracket is screwed to a corner portion with a screw to form a panel. The face material 1 is a metal plate such as aluminum, a resin plate, or a composite plate thereof, or the like, and has a projection 12 on which a U-shaped pin 11 is driven and locked at the four peripheral edges. As shown in FIG. 2, the frame member 2 is made of an aluminum mold material, and is fixed to a support member with an insertion groove 21 for press-fitting the face material 1 and a locking groove 22 for locking the projection 12 on the inner surface of the insertion groove. The fixed wing 23 and the joint groove 24 with which the joint member is engaged are formed.
[0013]
The U-shaped pin 11 is similar to a metal fitting generally used for binding a document or the like, and is strongly driven into a face material by using equipment such as an air gun. For example, a metal plate such as aluminum, a resin plate, or the like has a high pull-out strength when driven, so that the U-shaped pins 11 are provided at small intervals. Further, when the edge of the face material is pushed into the insertion groove 21 of the frame material 2, the end of the insertion groove is chamfered so that the projection 12 of the U-shaped pin 11 is not caught at the entrance of the insertion groove 21, and is press-fitted. The protrusion 12 of the U-shaped pin 11 is engaged and recessed in the engaging groove 22 and is engaged.
[0014]
In this way, the frame material is fitted over the four peripheral edges of the face material. However, if necessary, the L-shaped metal fitting 3 may be screwed into the square, and the frame material 2 may be integrated.
[0015]
The face material 1 does not necessarily have to be flat, and the frame material 2 is formed by being curved, and the face material can be formed with a curved surface along the shape. Further, as a means for fitting the frame material 2 to the face material 1 asperities, the frame material 2 is slid on three sides of the face material 1 so that the protrusion of the U-shaped pin 11 is governed by the locking groove 22. It is easy to make it, and it is good to hit the other side with a rubber hammer or press-fit it with a press, for example.
[0016]
On the other hand, the face material 1 is fitted into the insertion groove 21 to form one panel. However, since the face material 1 repeats expansion and contraction with a change in temperature, the direction in which the face material 1 contracts, A groove angle at which the protrusion 12 of the U-shaped pin 11 is caught by the locking groove 22 is formed in the direction of coming out of the groove 21. Eleven protrusions 12 are formed at groove angles that are easy to get over the locking grooves 22, and allowances are provided for expanding to the depth of the face material 1. Therefore, even when the face material expands due to direct sunlight, especially in summer, the panel is not distorted and the surface of the face material does not undulate and light is not scattered.
[0017]
4, 5 and 6, FIG. 4 shows the joint member 4, a lid surface 41, flanges 42 on both end edges of the lid surface, both legs protruding from the lid surface, and a rebounding projecting side 43 protruding outward and fixing between the legs. It is formed of a rubber elastic molded body having a bolt storage space 44 and a bolt holding valve 45 interposed between bolts. FIG. 5 shows a state in which such joint members 4 are sandwiched in the gaps between the panels when the panels are mounted. The fixed wings 23 of the adjacent panels are overlapped and screwed to the support 6 by the bolts 5, and the panels are mounted. The joint material 4 is packed in a gap between the two frame materials . The joint member 4 can cope with the variation in the gap generated when the panels are continuously provided. That is, FIG. 5 shows a standard view thereof, FIG. 6 (a) shows a case where the gap is narrow, and FIG. 6 (b) shows a case where the gap is wide. While being sandwiched, the rebounding protruding side 43 enters the engaging groove 24 of the frame member 2 and is engaged therewith, and at the same time, the bolt holding valve 45 grips the bolt and is difficult to remove. Even if the gap between the frames is small, it is narrowed by increasing the resilience of the rubber elasticity with deformation, and even if the gap is large, it is engaged or gripped by at least the rebounding flank 43 and the bolt holding valve 45. In this way, the gap between the panels is sealed by the joint material, so that rainwater or dust is less likely to enter the gap.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the projections are provided on the four peripheral edges of the face material and the locking grooves are provided on the inner wall surface of the face material insertion groove of the frame material , so that the face material and the frame material can be easily fitted into the uneven shape. It is possible to manufacture the panel very easily in the manufacturing process and reduce the cost.
[0019]
Also, the panel assembly of Taking form bolting to the support overlapping fixed blade of the frame member to be adjacently provided, be very easily form the wall or ceiling surface at heights or risky scaffold original By filling the joints into the gaps, the joints are hard to come off even if there is a slight variation in the gaps, so that excellent maintenance and durability can be achieved and the joints can be securely inserted. In this way, instead of the wet method that requires drying such as cement and caulking agent, the installation method can be performed easily and in a short time by the dry method, and the assembled panel can be installed regardless of the temperature change throughout the year. Since the structure is adapted to the expansion and contraction of the face material in the frame, no warping or bending of the panel occurs after the installation, so that the deterioration of the material and the inconvenience in appearance do not occur.
