【産業上の利用分野】本発明は停電時に電池を電源とし
て点灯する白熱非常用照明器具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来のこの種の照明器具は、図４に示す
ように、本体ブロック１と、この本体ブロック１に対し
て側方から着脱自在に取り付けられる電池ブロック２
と、反射板３、セード４等から構成されていた。図中１
１は本体ブロック１の外周面に突設されて電池ブロック
２と係合することで、電池ブロック２の落下を防ぐ凸
部、１０はソケットである。１２はセード４の支持用の
キックばねである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】この場合、電池ブロッ
ク２の取付方向の関係で、図５に示すような天井面に設
けた凹所に配置するにあたり、凹所の寸法が照明器具よ
りわずかに大きいだけである時、取り付けることができ
ないし、取り付けられたとしても、電池ブロックのメン
テナンスが困難となる。。
【０００４】本発明はこのような点に鑑み為されたもの
であり、その目的とするところは施工スペースが少なく
てすむとともに、電池ブロックの交換も容易に行える白
熱非常用照明器具を提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】しかして本発明は、本体
ブロックと、この本体ブロックの外殻にガイドされて本
体ブロックの外側面において鉛直方向に着脱自在とされ
た電池ブロックと、電池ブロックの内側に配されるとと
もに内方側へと突出して本体ブロックにおける係合部に
係合する取付ばねとを備えて、取付ばねの下方に延設し
た上記係合を解除する為の操作部が本体ブロック下面よ
り下側に突出していることに特徴を有している。
【０００６】本発明によれば、電池ブロックの着脱方向
が鉛直方向であり、また取付ばねの操作部が本体ブロッ
ク下面より突出しているために、下方が空いてさえおれ
ば、取付及び交換を安全かつ容易に行なうことができ
る。

【実施例】以下本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述す
ると、図１に示すように、本体ブロック１はその上面に
固定板１５を備えたもので、下面側にはソケットを備え
て、両側面には縦溝１８とこの縦溝１８の奥に位置する
係合部１４とを備えている。そして平面視がＵ字形とな
っている電池ブロック２は、本体ブロック１の外殻の縦
溝１８にガイドされて鉛直方向に着脱自在となっている
もので、内側には図２にも示すように、一対の取付ばね
２０，２０が引掛係止によって取着されている。ここに
おける取付ばね２０は、内方側へと突出して、図３に示
すように、上記係合部１４上面に係合することで、電池
ブロック２の本体ブロック１への取付を行うものであ
る。

における固定板１５の周縁に形成された切り欠き１６を
通じて固定板１５の上方側に位置させるとともに、セー
ド４を回転させることで支持金具４０を固定板１５の周
部上面に取り付けた板ばね１７に係合させることで、本
体ブロック１に取り付けられる。図中３は反射板であ

な天井面の凹所にも取付が可能であるとともに、電池ブ
ロック２の保守交換も容易に行なうことができる。そし
て取付ばね２０の下方に延設した操作部が図３に示すよ

で、電池ブロック２の交換に際しては、電池ブロック２
を下方から支えながら取付ばね２０の上記操作部を電池
ブロック２側に押して、係合部１４との係合を解除すれ
ばよく、電池ブロック２の落下に対して安全である。

ロックの着脱方向が鉛直方向であるために、下方が空い
てさえおれば取付を行なうことができるものであり、施
工スペースが少なくてすむとともに、電池ブロックと本

下面より下側に突出した状態で取付けられる為に、同じ
く下方が空いてさえおれば、施工後の電池ブロックの交
