仕切る仕切り板の上方に、前後方向に移動する引き出し
式貯蔵庫を備えた冷蔵庫に関するものである。

【従来の技術】底面にローラを設けた、引き出し式貯蔵
庫を備えた冷蔵庫の従来技術の例としては、特開平4−
268185号公報に示されているものがある。
【0003】以下、図面を参照しながら説明を行う。前
面に開口部を有する貯蔵室の横断面図を示す図6におい
て、貯蔵室の底面に前後方向に設けられた固定レール1
と、その前端部に取り付けられた滑車2と、滑車2を埋
め込むための凹部3と、滑車2と当接し固定レール1に
案内されて前後方向に移動する可動レール4と、その前
端部に取り付けられた滑車5と、後端部に固定レール1
と当接するよう取り付けられた滑車6と、滑車6と当接
し可動レール4に案内されて前後方向に移動する支持腕
7と、その後端部に可動レール4と当接するよう取り付
けられた滑車8と、支持腕7に載置された貯蔵容器9
と、支持腕7の前端部に固定された貯蔵室の扉10とよ
りなるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記構成では、滑車2
が付いた固定レール1に、滑車5と滑車6が付いた可動
レール4が案内され、前記可動レール4に、滑車8が付
いた支持腕7が案内され貯蔵容器9が引き出される構造
になっていた。
【0005】したがって、部品点数が多く複雑な構成が
要求され、部品代も高くなり、組立工数も上がり、全体
的にコストがかかってしまった。
【0006】また、部品点数が多いということは、部品
の寸法バラツキも多くなり、貯蔵容器9を引き出す際に
ガタツキが生じ、スムーズな引き出し性が得られないな
どの問題点があった。
【0007】また、滑車2を埋め込むための凹部3が、
貯蔵室の底面より低い位置にあるため、貯蔵室の底面に
水等が溢れたとき凹部3に侵入してくる恐れもあるし、
清掃性も悪かった。
【0008】本発明は上記課題を解決するもので、構成
を簡略化し部品点数を削減することにより、引き出し構
造を安価に提供し、引き出す際のガタツキをなくすこと
を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記欠点を解決するため
に本発明においては、庫内を上下方向に仕切る仕切り板
と、その上を前後方向に移動する貯蔵容器とからなり、
仕切り板の前端部左右に設けたローラと、前記ローラを
支持する軸受と、貯蔵容器の後端部に設けたローラと、
貯蔵容器底面にローラの取付部を設け、前記ローラの取
付部が、仕切り板前端部に設けたローラを支持する軸受
けと当接し、ストッパーとすることにより、部品点数を
削減し、コストを掛けず、引き出し構造を安価に提供す
る。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の請求項1に記載の発明
は、庫内を上下方向に仕切る仕切り板と、その上を前後
方向に移動する貯蔵容器とからなり、仕切り板の前端部
左右に設けたローラと、前記ローラを支持する軸受と、
貯蔵容器の後端部に設けたローラと、貯蔵容器底面にロ
ーラの取付部を設け、前記ローラの取付部が、仕切り板
前端部に設けたローラを支持する軸受けと当接し、スト
ッパーとするものであり、これにより、別体レール等を
使用することなく簡素な構造で引出し構造を提供し、か
つボトル等の重量物による負荷がかかった場合にも、ス
ムーズな摺動性が得られる。さらに、貯蔵容器を引き出
した際にレールから外れて脱落するのを防止することが
でき、またそのストッパーを別体で設ける必要がないの
で部品点数を削減できる。

有する冷蔵庫の正面図を示し、図1において仕切り板1

のである。貯蔵室13は前記2つの仕切り板により仕切
られた部屋で、貯蔵容器14は貯蔵室13の内部に仕切
り板11の上に設置され、ボトル等を収納する合成樹脂
性の貯蔵容器である。

ーラ15は仕切り板11の前端部に左右2個取付けられ

り、仕切り板11の底面に当接し回転するものである。

7は、ローラ15間中央に前後方向に設けられた凸形状
のもので、ガイドリブ18は貯蔵容器14の底面に前後
方向に設けられたレール17に案内される2本のリブで
ある。

際のガタツキを防止する作用を有し、スムーズな引き出
し性を得られる構造となっている。

3において傾斜部19は、貯蔵容器14の底面とローラ
15との摺動面において、前部が後部より高位置になる
よう設けた傾斜である。

際に途中で止まってしまうという現象がなく自閉すると
いう作用を有する。

有する仕切り板11と貯蔵容器14を引き出した際の側
面図を示し、図4において軸受け20はローラ15を支
持するもので仕切り板11の前端部に左右2カ所設けら
れている。ローラ取付け部21はローラ16を取り付け
るもので、貯蔵容器後端部に左右2カ所設けられてい
る。

た際に軸受け20はローラ取付け凸部21と当接しスト
ッパーの機能も持ち、貯蔵容器14の脱落を防止する作
用を有する。またそのストッパーを別体で設ける必要が
