管と固定する手段が設けられてなる内套管と、 (2)前記内套管を内挿し、先端開口に設けられたレン

の孔を有する環状体が設けられ、該環状体の外周から内

なる液体洗浄手段と、基端に液体を断続的に注入する手
段と、前記内套管を固定する手段が設けられてなる外套
管と、 (3)前記内套管の外壁と前記外套管の内壁との間の隙
間に設けられたレンズカバーを洗浄するための液体通路
と、 (4)前記外套管外壁には、先端側直径が次第に小さく
なる可撓性樹脂からなる円錐形状の外套固定具が摺動自
