2. Description of the Related Art Recently, a bath apparatus equipped with a purifying apparatus 3 as shown in FIG. 4 having a purifying apparatus 3 that keeps hot water 2 in a bathtub 1 constantly and at a suitable temperature and allows comfortable bathing 24 hours a day is developed and widely used. I came to do it.

The cleaning device 3 is provided with a cleaning tank 4 filled with a filter 5, an activated stone 6, an activated carbon 7 and the like, and a heater 8 for keeping warm. The hot water 2 in the bathtub 1 pumped from the suction pipe 10 is circulated as indicated by the solid line arrow,
Dirt such as dirt and hair floating in the cleaning tank 4 is filtered by a filter 5, activated by an activated stone 6, and organic matter is adsorbed by an activated carbon 7 to perform a cleaning treatment first. I do.

[0005] In addition, since the cleaning device 3 is not only kept clean at a proper temperature after cleaning by removing the dirt from the hot water but also performs a sterilization process, the ozone of oxygen in the air is discharged by the discharge between the high voltage electrodes. A high-pressure discharge type ozonizer 15 for performing gasification is provided in an air supply pipe 14 connected to the jet nozzle 13, and ejects ozonized air into the bathtub 1 together with purified hot water.

In the cleaning apparatus 3 configured as described above, as the processing proceeds, dirt adheres to the cleaning processing tank 4 and clogging occurs, so that the flow rate of hot water decreases and the cleaning processing capacity is reduced. And the jet nozzle 13
The jet flow spouted from the water makes the amount of hot water and intake air small, so that a comfortable bubble bath cannot be enjoyed and eventually no hot water flows.

Therefore, the water flow sensor 16 is provided in the hot water circulation path.
When the water flow sensor 16 detects that the flow rate of hot water has dropped below a certain amount, the processing materials such as the filter 5, the activated stone 6, and the activated carbon 7 filled in the cleaning tank 4 are replaced. The instructions are given automatically.

However, when the processing material is exchanged by detecting the flow rate of the hot water with the water flow sensor, for example, even when the outlet of the jet nozzle is temporarily blocked and the flow rate of the hot water decreases, the filler is clogged. It is determined that they have been performed, and the filler is unnecessarily replaced.

For this reason, when a so-called backwashing device is installed so as to constantly increase the processing capacity for cleaning, to jet a strong jet stream, and to periodically wash the processing material in order to extend the life of the processing material. There is also.

In this backwashing, a water supply pipe 17 is connected to a drain pipe 12 and a drain pipe 18 is connected to a suction pipe 10 as shown by a dotted line in FIG. The hot water is circulated from the water supply pipe 17 to the drain pipe 18 in a direction opposite to that in the case of the cleaning treatment.

However, in the case of the conventional backwashing method, the washing effect is not so high because the washing water is merely made to flow back into the processing material. Not only the cleaning treatment in the chemical treatment tank, but also all functions such as heating by the heater for keeping heat and ejection of the jet stream from the jet nozzle are stopped.

[0012] For this reason, the temperature of the water drops during bathing as well as during non-bathing, and it becomes impossible to take a bath after backwashing without additional heating, so that you can take a comfortable bath at any time of your choice. The effect is reduced by half.

Further, if the interval between backwashing is increased in order to avoid the above-mentioned drawbacks, the stain on the processing material becomes severe, and the backwash cannot be easily washed off.

According to the present invention, hot water in a bathtub is pumped up from a suction pipe by a circulation pump, cleaned in a cleaning tank filled with a filter medium, and heated to an appropriate temperature by a heater for keeping warm. A cleaning water supply pipe for supplying cleaning water to the cleaning tank and a cleaning water for draining the cleaning water in a bathtub hot water purifying apparatus having a circulation pipe for discharging the cleaning water from the hot water pipe into the bathtub. A drain pipe is connected, and a bypass pipe is provided in which a circulation pipe from the water suction pipe is branched into a pipe to a cleaning treatment tank and a pipe to a heater for keeping heat. And a valve for shutting off the connection from the cleaning tank to the warming heater when the valve is operated, and connecting the switching valve to a bypass pipe when cleaning the cleaning tank. By supplying washing water Cleaning treatment to supply water to the cleaning tank and discharge it from the drain pipe, and heat insulation treatment of pumping the water in the bathtub from the suction pipe, heating it to the appropriate temperature with the heater and then discharging it again from the drain pipe to the bathtub The bathtub hot water purifier is characterized in that
I was able to solve the problem. The present invention also provides a bath tub hot water cleaning apparatus characterized in that a means for cleaning the inside of the cleaning processing tank is provided in the cleaning processing tank, and cleaning is performed when the switching valve is switched. Could be solved.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the hot water circulation pipe and the washing water circulation pipe are independently provided for the cleaning tank, and the cleaning water is supplied to the cleaning tank. When the hot water is distributed, the hot water distribution pipe is automatically switched by switching the hot water distribution pipe switching valve so that the hot water flows by bypassing only in the cleaning processing tank. Heating the hot water with the heater
All functions other than the cleaning processing in the cleaning tank of the cleaning apparatus, such as jetting of a jet stream from the jet nozzle, can be operated.

In the above embodiment, a filter, an activated stone,
A cleaning apparatus in which a processing material such as activated carbon is filled in one cleaning processing tank is shown. Of course, a cleaning apparatus in which a plurality of cleaning processing tanks each containing these processing materials in independent tanks is provided. Even in the case of a device, in order to provide a flow path for hot water that bypasses only in the cleaning treatment tank, a bypass pipe that connects the suction pipe and the drain pipe at an appropriate position via a switching valve is provided. Is easy.

The present invention has the above-described structure and operation, and efficiently cleans the processing material in the cleaning tank by using the cleaning device at an appropriate time regardless of the presence or absence of a bather. The processing material is constantly kept clean, extending the life of the processing material which is never cheap.

In this way, since the processing material for cleaning is constantly kept clean, not only is the processing result for the hot water high and the hot water is kept constantly clean, but also the discharge amount of the hot water is clogged with the processing material. As a result, the pine surge effect due to the continuous strong jet flow is obtained.
