However, in the conventional electrode conductor using a silicon molded product or a polyethylene terephthalate sheet as the above-mentioned conventional support member, it may bend and warp when attached to a complicated curved surface of a human body such as a neck. Since the electrodes cannot be completely adhered to the treatment site, the current-carrying area is reduced, and when using a low-frequency treatment device, the strength between the electrodes due to unpleasant tingling sensations and differences in the degree of adhesion is low. There was a problem of feeling the difference in strength.

The support member 1 of the present invention is formed of a foamed resin material, which is a material having both flexibility and elasticity, unlike the conventional material such as silicon. The foamed resin material is, for example, polyurethane, natural rubber, chlorobrene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, silicone rubber, fluoro rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, polyvinyl chloride, It is a sponge having an open-cell structure made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, phenol resin or the like. These foamed resin materials can be easily cut, punched, and heat-compressed, which is convenient for mass production. Further, the cost can be reduced as compared with a conventional silicon molded product.

[0028] With the above configuration, complex modifications, such as in FIG. 5, with respect to deformation of bending the side electrodes are arranged warps (arrow A) and opposite side (arrow B) However, as shown in FIG. 6, this can be dealt with by contracting the central portion in the direction of arrow X and extending both ends in the Y direction.
In addition, the deformation opposite to the deformation in the above example can be dealt with by the opposite contraction and expansion. For this reason, when sticking the electrode conductor main body to the treatment part of a human body, even if the site | part has a complicated curved surface to some extent, it can be stuck to a human body reliably. In addition, since the adhesion area of the electrode does not decrease due to the close contact of the adhesive pad, the tingling discomfort is eliminated.

Another example is shown in FIGS. In FIG. 7, the basic manufacturing method is the same as described above, but by arranging a plurality of (row) electrodes in the same conductor,
Many treatment sites can be stimulated with one attachment of one guide. In FIG. 8, the basic manufacturing method is the same as that described above, except that the support member is made circular, and each electrode is formed in an annular shape having a different diameter, concentrically, and arranged concentrically. By arranging the electrodes in this manner, the electrodes can be deformed corresponding to the uneven shape of the treatment site of the human body.

According to the present invention, a conductive gel adhesive pad is attached to a support member made of a foamed resin material having a cloth adhered to both surfaces by heat fusion, and an electrode sheet having an electrically conductive portion printed on an insulating sheet. as the attached electrode portion is flush, since the mounting tower the electrode portion in a recess formed by thermal compression by heat applied from the fabric portion of said support member,
Even if the electrode conductor is bent to the side with the electrode part and is warped in the direction opposite to the bending direction, complicated overlapping such as bending and elongation warping is caused by the elasticity and flexibility of the support member of this electrode conductor. Since the electrode portion is deformed in accordance with the shape, the electrode portion can be securely brought into close contact with the human body. In addition, the portion of the electrode conductor that comes into contact with the skin is made of fabric, so that it has water absorption. The electrode portion of the electrode conductor is mounted so as to be flush with the support member, so it can be applied to the human body. When worn, there is a pleasant touch.

Further, in the present invention, a cloth is stuck to both surfaces of a support member made of a foamed resin material by heat fusion, the support member is cut, and a concave portion is formed in the cut support member by thermal compression. Further, an electrode sheet obtained by cutting an electrode sheet having a conductive portion printed on an insulating sheet while making a hole in a concave portion of the support member, making a hole in the cut electrode sheet, and attaching a connection terminal to the hole. A simple manufacturing method in which a conductive gel adhesive pad cut into a shape is attached to form an electrode portion, the electrode portion is attached to a concave portion of the support member, and a connection terminal of the electrode portion is passed through a hole in the support member.
