[0003] The suction exudate is a small amount of liquid obtained by vacuum-suctioning the skin portion from which the stratum corneum has been removed, and is considered to be an interstitial fluid of subcutaneous tissue or a liquid filtered under reduced pressure from the capillary wall. . The suction leachate has an advantage that the protein concentration is lower than that of blood, and the protein adhesion to the sensor surface can be reduced. Further, since the suction leachate is collected percutaneously without using a syringe needle, it is advantageous from the viewpoint of reducing the mental distress of the subject and preventing infection. In order to collect the suction leachate, pretreatment for removing the stratum corneum is required to facilitate the leachate leachate to the skin surface, and conventionally, a strong adhesive tape is applied to the skin of the subject.
The stratum corneum was removed by a stripping process in which a strip was repeatedly applied and removed. A method using an adhesive tape roller as shown in FIG. 3 has also been employed. That is, a cylindrical adhesive taper 11 is detachably and rotatably attached to a shaft 10 of an instrument body having a handle 12, and the adhesive taper 11 is brought into contact with the skin surface to roll and remove the stratum corneum. Is what you do. The above prior art is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 1-288820.

However, the above-mentioned conventional removal methods have been problematic in that they are time-consuming because they are all performed manually and that the subject feels pain. In addition, the prior application shown in FIG.
In the method of removing the stratum corneum by rolling the adhesive taper as in No. 20), unnecessary force is often applied to the skin of the subject, and there is a problem of causing rash, In addition, it was necessary to cover the skin with a pattern or the like so as not to remove the skin stratum corneum to an unnecessary part. It is an object of the present invention to reduce the processing time required for stripping by employing a simple removing device, prevent removal of a skin stratum corneum at an unnecessary part, and remove a skin stratum corneum which reduces pain of a subject. It is to provide an instrument and a removal method.

According to the method of the present invention, when the skin stratum corneum is removed by a skin stratum corneum removal jig provided with a layered adhesive tape, the keratinocytes are applied to the first surface of the first adhesive tape. When the adhesive tape adheres and the adhesive strength decreases, the first adhesive tape is peeled off, and a new second adhesive tape can be used. By repeating this, the removal process is completed in a short time can do. Since the necessary removal processing part can be defined by the adhesive tape shape, there is no fear that the removal processing will spread to the unnecessary part. In addition, the pain of the subject can be reduced by heating the adhesive tape from the back side.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. Embodiment 1 FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a device for removing a stratum corneum of the present embodiment. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a layered adhesive tape for removing a skin stratum corneum, reference numeral 2 denotes a handle, reference numeral 3 denotes an instrument body, and reference numeral 4 denotes a handle used when peeling the adhesive tape. The stratum corneum is removed by repeatedly contacting the layered adhesive tape 1 with the skin surface. However, if the keratinocytes adhere to the entire surface of the adhesive tape 1, the adhesive strength is reduced. . In this case, the second adhesive tape 1 can be used by peeling off the first adhesive tape 1 by one layer, and the adhesive strength can be recovered. The adhesive tape can be easily peeled by holding the handle 4. This operation is repeated, and when the layered adhesive tape 1 is completely lost, the entire block of the layered adhesive tape 1 can be replaced.

As described above, according to the present invention,
It has the following remarkable effects. (1) When removing the keratinocytes in the stratum corneum of the skin with an adhesive tape, if the keratinocytes adhere to the first adhesive tape and the adhesive strength decreases, the adhesive tape is further removed. Thus, a new adhesive tape surface appears easily, and the skin stratum corneum can be removed efficiently and in a short time. (2) Conventionally, a stripping treatment time of 5 minutes or more was required. However, according to the present invention, the processing time could be reduced to about 3 minutes. Conventionally, when the roller-shaped tape surface was further peeled off, the keratinocytes of the subject that had adhered to the adhesive tape had to be touched by the practitioner, but the handle was not used in the present invention. It became sanitary because it was attached. (3) Further, by providing the heating device, the pain of the subject could be reduced. Further, for a patient having an allergy to a temperature stimulus, setting the temperature of the jig to a value close to the skin temperature in advance has an effect of suppressing the allergy. (4) It is possible to remove the stratum corneum more smoothly, to improve the operability, and to implement it at low cost.
