Description

The present invention relates to an LED bulb, in particular, by using a convex seat added to the base, and by sticking the LED module to the convex seat with heat dissipation tape, increasing the assembly speed of the LED bulb and increasing the production rate, Furthermore, the illumination angle of the LED bulb is increased, the illumination range of the LED bulb is expanded, and the convex seat is integrally formed with the base so that the heat radiation efficiency is taken into consideration.

As LED technology advances day by day, LEDs are divided into different light emitting structures such as OLEDs, PLEDs, etc., so that LEDs can be used more versatilely and universally for applications such as lighting and flat display interfaces. The volume of the LED lamp used for illumination is small and the wattage consumed is relatively low, and the efficiency (lumen / watt) of the LED is the highest compared with the incandescent bulb and the energy saving bulb. For example, the efficiency of an incandescent bulb is about 15%, the lifetime is about 1000 hours, the efficiency of an energy saving bulb is about 65%, the lifetime is about 10,000 hours, and the efficiency of a cold white LED is about 75-80%. The lifetime is about 40,000 hours. That is, the LED has the lowest power consumption and the highest luminous efficiency, its service life is relatively long, and it is most consistent with the concept of environmental protection, so that the LED is universally used in flashlights and lighting fixtures. It is done.

Please refer to FIG. In a known LED bulb, a housing 201 is provided at one end of the conductive portion 101, the housing 201 includes a space 2011 therein, and a plurality of LED light emitting elements are mounted and fixed in the housing 201 internal space 2011. Finally, a semicircular lamp cover 301 is fitted into the housing 201 to form an LED bulb.

The light emitted from the LED belongs to direct light, and its irradiation angle is about 20 degrees. When used for wide-angle illumination, the illumination effect is far less than incandescent bulbs and energy-saving bulbs. For example, during wide-angle illumination, a 100 watt incandescent bulb can achieve an average of 1300 lumens, and a 20 watt energy saving bulb can achieve approximately 1000 to 1200 lumens. On the other hand, 8-watt LED bulbs average 500-600 lumens, because LEDs are limited to overcoming heat dissipation technology, so the quantity of relatively high wattage LEDs is rare and the price is very high Become.

Further, if an LED bulb having a known structure is attached, the irradiation range is as shown in FIG. 1, which is disadvantageous for indoor lighting, and when the LED light emitting element is mounted in the internal space 2011, the casing 201 is Occupies a light emission range close to 1/2 of the LED light-emitting element, and thus the irradiation angle is limited to the semicircular lamp cover, which greatly reduces the efficiency of the LED bulb, and the light emission range also extends to incandescent and energy-saving bulbs. Disappear.

For this reason, general consumers are not motivated to purchase because the indoor lighting effect is low. For this reason, when used for indoor lighting, it is not easy for LED bulbs to replace incandescent bulbs and energy-saving bulbs, and environmentally friendly LED bulbs are not easily promoted.

Furthermore, a well-known LED bulb is assembled as a bulb by a method in which the base and the LED light-emitting element are separately manufactured and then mounted and fixed, but such an assembly method takes time and increases the production speed of the LED bulb. Reduce.

Taken together, known LED bulbs have some problems to overcome:
1. A plurality of LED light emitting elements are mounted and fixed in the internal space of the base, the light emission range is a slightly semicircular lamp cover, and the irradiation angle of the LED bulb is extremely narrow.
2. After the base and the LED light emitting element are manufactured separately, they are assembled as a light bulb by a mounting and fixing method. This assembly method is time consuming and reduces the production speed of the LED bulb.

From this, the inventor conducted research and improvement on the structure of the well-known LED bulb, aimed at improving the above-mentioned problems, and finally conducted long-term research and development and constant testing. Invented the present invention.

The seat is formed integrally with the base so that the heat dissipation efficiency of the LED bulb is taken into consideration.

The LED bulb according to the present invention includes an adapter plug provided at one end with a conductive portion attached to a coupling portion of the bulb, and provided with a connecting member having a plurality of connecting portions at one end opposite to the conductive portion, A connecting portion corresponding to the connecting member is provided and can be coupled to the adapter plug, and a base provided with a convex seat at one end opposite to the connecting portion, and installed corresponding to the surface of the convex seat, And a plurality of LED modules forming an electrical connection with the adapter plug, and a lamp cover corresponding to the base and coupled to the base.

In the LED bulb described above, the convex seat and the base are integrally formed.

In the LED bulb described above, the LED module is attached to the convex seat with a heat dissipation tape.

The LED bulb described above is further provided with a driver, which is housed in the internal space and forms an electrical connection with the LED module and the adapter plug.

With the installation described above, the LED module is attached to the convex seat with heat dissipation tape, increasing the assembly speed of the LED bulb, thereby increasing the production rate, and further increasing the irradiation angle of the LED into a three-dimensional shape of the convex seat. Along with this, the illumination range of the LED bulb is expanded, and the LED bulb is expanded with the integrated design of the convex seat and the base, and the heat dissipation efficiency is taken into consideration.

In order to explain in detail the technical contents, structural features, and objects to be achieved of the LED bulb of the present invention, examples will be given below and described in combination with the drawings.

Please refer to FIGS. 2 to 4 for the first embodiment of the present invention. The present invention is a kind of LED bulb 1, which is the following, that is, an adapter plug 2, one end of which is a conductive portion 21, a socket of various bulbs, or models E14, E26 or E27. The adapter plug 2 and the base 3, which can be attached to a socket, provided with a connecting portion 22 at one end opposite to the conductive portion 21, and provided with a plurality of connecting members 221 at the connecting portion 22, It is a heat-dissipating aluminum sheet, and is provided with a connecting portion 31 corresponding to the connecting member 221 at one end. In this embodiment, the connecting member 221 is a single body that is used for locking. The base 3 is connectable to the adapter plug 2 by the concave groove corresponding to the one body, and an integrally formed convex seat 32 is formed at one end of the base 3 opposite to the connecting portion 31. Established The convex seat 32 is a polygonal column or a polygonal pyramid. In the illustrated embodiment, the convex seat 32 is a quadrangular column, and an internal space 321 is provided in the convex seat 32. The housing space of the base 3 is increased. For example, if it is necessary to attach a heat dissipation device (not shown) inside the LED bulb 1, the heat dissipation device can be installed in the internal space 321. A plurality of LED modules 4, which are attached to the surface of the above-described convex seat 32 by the heat radiation tape 41, thereby speeding up the assembly, and the above-mentioned LED module 4 is connected to the adapter plug 2. And the irradiation direction of the LED module 4 is changed by the three-dimensional shape of the convex seat 32, thereby increasing the overall irradiation angle of the LED module 4. It includes serial a plurality of LED modules 4, a lamp cover 5, is coupled to the base 3 of the above, as well as to cover the convex seat 32 and the LED module 4 described above, and the lamp cover 5, a.

With the above-described installation, the base 3 is designed to be integrated with the convex seat 32, so that the LED module 4 has a shape corresponding to the three-dimensional surface of the convex seat 32, and is further attached to the convex seat 32 with the heat radiation tape 41. Such an attachment method reduces assembly time and increases production speed. When the convex seat 32 is formed in the shape of a quadrangular prism shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 and a slope is formed on the side surface thereof, the illumination angle is about 20 degrees because the LED is direct light. When the front illumination is performed using the installation of the embodiment, the inclined surface forms a condensing effect on the light in the front direction of the LED module 4, and the light in the lateral direction also exhibits wide-angle illumination and is integrally formed with the base 3. In addition to increasing the illumination range, the raised protrusion 32 takes into account the heat dissipation effect. Further, when the high-power LED bulb 1 is used, when the heat dissipation device needs to be added, It can be attached to the space 321, thus improving the heat dissipation effect and improving the overall appearance of the LED bulb 1.

Please refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 for the second embodiment of the present invention. The differences from the first embodiment are as follows. That is, in the second embodiment, the connecting member 221 is a spiral portion, and the connecting portion 31 is a screw thread corresponding to the spiral portion, whereby the base 3 is screwed together with the adapter plug 2 described above. The driver 323 is accommodated in the internal space 321, and the LED module 4, the driver 323, and the adapter plug 2 form an electrical connection, whereby the driver 323 is connected to the LED module 4. Can be driven.
As described above, in the light bulb mounting method of this embodiment, first, the LED module 4 is attached to the convex seat 32 with the heat radiation tape 41, the driver 323 is grounded in the internal space 321, and the base 3 and the adapter plug are connected. 2 are screwed together, and an adhesive is applied to the joint between the base 3 and the lamp cover 5, whereby the base 3 and the lamp cover 5 are tightly joined. As a result, the present embodiment is a relatively speedy mounting method, the mounting time can be shortened, the production speed of the LED bulb 1 can be increased, and the installation space in the lamp seat of the driver can be reduced.

Please refer to FIG. 7 for a third embodiment of the present invention. When the convex seat 32 is a pentagonal columnar body and a slope is formed also on the side surface of the columnar body, the irradiation angle is further expanded when the LED module 4 is attached to the convex seat 32 by such installation. The light is more uniform and relatively compatible with room lighting.

Please refer to FIG. 8 for the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The convex seat 32 is a pentagonal tapered body, and an extension 322 integrally formed with the convex seat 32 can be provided at an end point thereof. The extension portion 322 is an aluminum plate having a thickness of about 1 mm. The extension portion 322 has a needle shape when viewed from a distance, and a plurality of LED modules 4 are attached to the extension portion 322. This installation method increases the irradiation angle and improves the uniformity of light emission.

Please refer to FIG. 9 for the fifth embodiment of the present invention. When it is necessary to increase the wattage of the LED bulb 1, a plurality of LED modules 4 are separately attached to the surface of the convex seat 32. This installation further improves the lighting effect, makes the light in the front direction more uniform and brighter by collecting light from multiple angles, and has the effect of making the light in the side direction uniform and wide-angle.

In summary, the effects and advantages achieved by the present invention are as follows.
1. The convex seat 32 is integrally formed with the base 3, and the LED module 4 has different irradiation directions according to the three-dimensional shape of the convex seat 32, thereby increasing the irradiation angle of the LED bulb 1, and at the same time, its heat dissipation effect In consideration, the light emission range of the LED bulb is close to that of a traditional incandescent bulb.
2. By installing the convex seat 32, the LED module 4 is directly attached to the convex seat 32 with the heat radiation tape 41 at the time of production of the device, whereby the assembly time is shortened and the production speed of the LED bulb 1 is increased.
