基端部に頭部を有するとともに、先端部には尖端部を有
し前記外套管に挿入可能な内針とからなるトラカールに
おいて、 前記内針が前記外套管に挿入された状態で外套管の内に
位置する前記内針の外表面の少なくとも1個所に前記頭
部の近傍から前記尖端部の近傍まで延在し前記頭部と前
記外套管の基端部との隙間に連通する凹部を設けたこと
