For example, a transfer foil in which a transfer layer of a transfer foil is made of a thermoplastic resin, or a transfer foil in which a decorative layer of the transfer layer is made of a thermosetting resin and an adhesive layer is made of a thermoplastic resin. The method of manufacturing a decorative glass product by applying a foil is simple, but the obtained glass product includes at least one layer made of a thermoplastic resin, and thus has a water resistance and a heat resistance. sex,
There is a drawback that only products having poor physical properties such as abrasion resistance and chemical resistance can be obtained.

[0005] However, in the production method using such a normal thermosetting resin, it is necessary to first form a transfer layer made of the thermosetting resin on the transfer foil, and then wind and laminate the transfer layer. In the cured state, the resin of the transfer layer having a sticky surface must be cured, and the transfer operation to the glass material must be performed after the curing treatment. When the primer layer made of a usual thermosetting resin is completely cured, it does not adhere to the cured transfer layer of the transfer foil. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the primer layer immediately before the transfer and to perform a curing treatment after the transfer. Therefore, in order to completely cure these thermosetting resins, at least two baking hardening processes requiring a large amount of heat and time are required, which is not only uneconomical but also disadvantageous in terms of production efficiency.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a flow chart showing an embodiment of the production method of the present invention. First, a thermosetting primer layer 2 is formed on a glass substrate 1 as shown in FIG. As the glass substrate 1, any material can be applied as long as it can be transferred by a transfer foil.

As the resin material constituting the primer layer 2, known thermosetting resins such as acrylic, urethane and epoxy resins can be used. Preferably, a silane coupling agent is further added to these resins in 0.1. It is preferable to add about 0.5% by weight. The addition of the silane coupling agent can improve the adhesion to the glass substrate.

The primer layer can be formed by coating by a known printing method, coating method or the like, and the coating amount at the time of drying is preferably 1 to 20 g / m 2 . When the decorative glass product is of a type in which the decorative content of the transfer layer is seen through from the glass substrate side, the primer layer needs to be colorless and transparent or colored and transparent.

After the formation of the primer layer 2, a bake hardening treatment is performed until the coating film is in a semi-hardened state in which tackiness (adhesion) is eliminated. Here, if the primer layer is completely cured, the adhesion of the transfer foil provided thereon to the transfer layer deteriorates, and if tack remains, air enters the bonding interface when the transfer foils are overlapped. It is not preferable because it is easy to make, the design is inferior, and the physical properties are lowered.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (B), a base film 3 prepared separately and a thermosetting resin which is uncured and solid at room temperature are formed on a primer layer 2 of a glass substrate 1.
The transfer foil 5 comprising the transfer layer 4 to be formed is kept in an uncured state.
The transfer layer 4 and the primer layer are superposed so as to face each other. The transfer foils 5 can be overlapped by means such as a roll transfer method or an up-down transfer method.

The transfer layer 4 of the transfer foil used in the present invention
Is formed using a thermosetting resin which is a solid in an uncured state at room temperature. As the specific thermosetting resin, thermosetting acrylic, melamine, urethane, epoxy, etc. can be used, but if there is tack at room temperature, blocking is prevented by adding additives such as silica, calcium carbonate, talc, etc. Plan. As the curing agent for the above resin, it is preferable to use a block type curing agent whose reaction temperature is equal to or lower than the temperature condition for curing the overcoating resin layer. If the time from when the transfer foil is made to when it is transferred to the glass substrate is long, the thermosetting resin reacts in the transfer foil and begins to harden, resulting in adhesion during transfer and transfer workability. However, by adding a block-type curing agent, the thermosetting resin hardly reacts at room temperature, and there is little change over time in the state of the transfer foil alone, and the physical properties can be stabilized.

The substrate film 3 is not particularly limited.
For example, resin materials such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), and polycarbonate, as well as film materials formed by coating paper with polyolefin, silicone resin, etc., are used. Is done. A release layer 6 is formed on the base film so that the release during transfer is easy.
The release layer may be of any type as long as it has good releasability from the transfer layer 4.

As the thermosetting resin material constituting the overcoating resin layer 7, a resin material having the same composition as that used for forming the primer layer 2 is used. By using a resin material having the same composition as described above, not only the treatment of the resin in the manufacturing process is unified and advantageous, but also there is little variation in curing distortion in each layer (the primer layer 2 and the overcoating resin layer 7). Thus, a decorative glass product having more stable quality can be obtained. The resin constituting the overcoat resin layer 7 may be colored. By using the colored overcoating resin layer, a thick feeling as a design property or a hiding effect can be obtained in the glass product as viewed from the glass substrate side, and a high-grade feeling can be obtained.

At the stage when the overcoating resin layer 7 has been applied and formed, baking and curing treatment are performed to form the primer layer 2, the transfer layer 4, and the overcoating layer.
All of the thermosetting resin of the resin layer 7 is completely cured, and the glass substrate 1, the primer layer 2, the transfer layer 4, and the overcoat resin layer 7 are integrated. Thus, a decorative glass product according to the production method of the present invention is obtained. As the heat treatment method, conventionally known means can be applied, and the heat curing conditions are appropriately selected so that each curable resin is completely cured.
