【従来の技術】
従来の密閉した物品収納袋Ａは、図２、に示す袋の密閉部分１以外の切断部分２ａを鋏み又はナイフなどの切断器具を用いて切り取り開口を行うか、又はちぎり取るための起点４より切断部分をちぎり取り、内部に収納する物品を取り出す方法がとられている。

図５に示す従来のチャック付き収納袋Ｂにおいては袋の切断部分２ｂを、切断器具を使用して切りとり、チャックの開け閉めにより内蔵する物品の出し入れを行う。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の物品収納袋を開口するには、切り取るための起点より密閉部分をちぎり取り、袋の開口をおこなうか、又は切断器具を用いて開口部分を切りとり、開口するかのどちらかの方法がとられているが、切り取る器具がない場合に於いてはちぎり取るしかなく、その切り口はちぎる時の力の入れ方、方向により変化し定まらず、きれいに切り取ることが難しい。

開閉チャック付き収納袋においては、袋の密閉部分とチャックとの間に設けられている切断部分の切り取りを行うためには、鋏み又はナイフ等の切断する器具が必要であり、器具がない場合は開口が困難である。

尚チャック付き袋を開口するとき、通常は袋の密閉部分とチャックとの間に設けられた切断部分の表面、裏面を切断用具により重ねて切り取るのが通常である、その場合切り取られた表面、裏面の相対する切断面の切り口が同一線上に重複し、切断面が密着するか僅差の隙間を有するのみであり、その隙間より袋の表面、裏面を分離させ滞ることなくチャックを開くことが難しく、尚視力の劣る者は、開口切断部分の切り口の表面、裏面を識別して開くことが困難である。

本考案は従来の技術に有するこのような問題点に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、袋の開口部分を切断器具を用いることなく簡単に且つ、きれいに切り取ることにある。

チャック付き袋に於いては、開口部分を開く時、切り取り切断面に起因する開口上の不備を本案により補填し、支障なく開くことが可能な袋を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】

本考案は上記のような実情を解消するために考案されたものであり、従来の収納袋を開口するため切り取る切断部分の表、裏の両面に切り込み溝をもたせ、切り口の始点を示す部分よりその溝に導かれ引きちぎる事の出来る袋である。

従来よりの、チャック付き袋に於いては開口部分の切り取りを切断器具によって行う方法が取られているが、切り取られた切断面の一部に、本考案による切り込み溝をもった欠き込み部分を設け、そのかき込み部分をちぎりとることによって、切り取った表面、裏面の部分の切り口が一体とならない切断面をもたす。

尚本考案によるチャック付き物品収納袋は、開口部分を切断器具を用いることなく、袋の開口を可能にする切り込み溝を設け、その溝に導かれ、ちぎり取られる部分の切り口が、それぞれ同一線上に重なり、重複することのない異なった形態をもたせた袋を提供する。

図１は本考案の基本となる袋Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃの生地をちぎり取るために切り込まれた切り込み溝に共通する表面の切断面６、裏面の切断面７を示す一部切り欠き拡大断面図である。

図３に示す請求項１に求める本考案は、収納袋Ａにおいて、袋の密閉部分１を切り取り開口する為の切断部分の表面、裏面の両面に図１に示す断面６、７を持つ切り込み溝６ａ、７ａをもたせ、切り取りの始点４よりその溝に導かれ、ちぎり取る事の出来る袋である。

図６に示す請求項２に求める本考案は、チャック付き袋Ｂに於いて、開口する為の切断部分２ｂの、表面、裏面を切断器具によって切り取った後、切断面の一部に図１に示す断面６をもつ、欠き込んだ形態に切り込まれた溝６ｂによって、欠き込み部分８をちぎり取り、相対する表面、裏面の切り口 ６ｂ′、７ｂ′にそれぞれ異なった形態をもたらす。

図８に示す請求項３に求める本考案は、チャック付き袋Ｃに於いて、開口する為の切断部分２ｃの表面、裏面に対し、切り取られる表裏切断面が重複し重ね合うことのない形態のちぎりとる溝６ｃ、７ｃを設け、切り込み口の始点４よりちぎりとり、切り取られた開口部分の相対する表面、裏面の切り口６ｃ′、７ｃ′にそれぞれ異なった形態をもたらす。

【考案の効果】
要求項１に関しては袋の表裏両面に切り込まれた切断面の溝に導かれ、切り口が一定した形に切り取る事が出来ると共に切断する用具を必要としない。

請求項２に関する本考案は従来の切断器具を用いて袋の開口をおこなうときに生じる、切断面の切り口が同一線上に重複し、その切り口が密着するか僅差の隙間しかない状態での開口上の不備に対し、切断面の一部に相対する他の面と異なった欠き込みをもたせることにより、切り口の状態に関わりなく欠き込み部分の切り口の表裏を速やかに遊離させ開口をおこなう事が可能である。

請求項３において、袋の開口に関し切り取られる開口部分の表面、裏面の切断面に設けられた切り込み溝により、器具を用いる事なくちぎり取ることが可能であり、尚その溝に導かれ切り取られる切断面の表面、裏面がそれぞれ重複することなく異なった形態をもたすことにより、その不揃いの切断面から簡単に表裏を識別し開口部分を遊離させて、チャックの開口を行なうことを特徴とした収納袋である。
