【0002】 本考案はかかる問題点を解消するべく鋭意研究し得られたもので、以下図面に従 って説明する。図1及び図2に当該連鎖装置の全体斜視図を示す。図1は一般的 な等ピッチ式連鎖装置1−Aで、図2は本出願人が既に取得した実用新案、登録 第3047883、考案の名称「非等ピッチ伸張、縮小式組み合わせ式パンタグ ラフ」の非等ピッチ連鎖装置1−Bを示すもので、何れもプレート2とセンター ピン3−1、サイドピン3−2の基本部品により形成される。図3−1、2、3 の斜視図はプレートの重ね枚数の例を示すもので図3−1は2枚重ねプレート式 、図3−2は3枚重ねプレート式、図3−3は4枚重ねプレート式、更に薄厚の プレートの多重構造でも良い。其の重ねたプレート2間をセンターピン3−1に より係止した状態を示すもので、係止する手段としてC形止め輪、スプリングピ ン、ボルト止め(何れも図示を略す)その他種々の方法が有るが何れでも良い。 センターピン3−1、サイドピン3−2の内センターピン3−1は工作機械の摺 動部保護用の互いにはめ込まれた複数のボックスのそれぞれに対向して、ボック スに直接又はそれに固着された補強体(以下、補強体と言う)13を介して固着 されるが、其の固着手段として溶接が最も適している。即ち、ボルト止め等の如 く緩みを生じない利点がある。センターピン3−1を補強体13に溶接する場合 、其の溶接部に窒化層が無き事が必須条件であり、ピンの窒化処理をイオン窒化 法で窒化不要箇所、即ち所用溶接部をマスキングして処理する方法、又、液体窒 化、ガス窒化法の場合でも窒化処理前に所用溶接部を鍍金等でマスキングする事 により目的を達成できる。一方プレートは少なくとも軸穴内面にのみ窒化処理と しても良く、又、全体窒化何れでも良いが、全体窒化するほうがプレートの重ね 面間の摩擦係数の低減と耐摩耗性向上の効果が大きく又、マスキング等の工程を 必要としないのでより望ましい。センターピン3−1、又はサイドピン3−2の 内、少なくともセンターピン3−1の全体を窒化処理したものを溶接する方式と して、其の一つが図4−1の断面図に示す如く、外径Dの圧入用ピン11,内径 がDより0.2%以上小さいD’の圧入用座金12とし、其の圧入用ピン11を 圧入用座金12に圧入した圧入座金付きピン11−Aを図4−2の断面図に示す 。又、図5−1の断面図に全体を窒化処理した段状部A付きピン(以下、段状部 付きピン)14を示す。その段状部付きピン14の段状部端面のア部の被溶接箇 所の窒化層をサンダー等にて削り取り溶接可能として補強体13に設けた上記段 状部の外径に相当する内径の穴部に上記段状部付きピン14の段状部Aを挿入し B部を溶接固着した状態を図5−2の断面図に示す。又、前記圧入座金付きピン 11−Aを補強体13に設けた圧入用ピン11の外径に相当する内径の穴部に圧 入座金付きピン11−Aの座金12の内面と前記補強体13とが当接する迄挿入 し、その当接部間の図中C部を溶接固着した状態を図4−3に示す。上記図4− 3、図5−2はセンターピンをそれぞれの補強体13に固着した状態を示し、図 4−3に示す如く補強体13に座金圧入ピン11−Aの座金12を溶接し、それ に連鎖装置のプレート2を装着した状態を図6−1の断面図に示す。図に於いて 圧入座金付きピン11−Aを図の如く補強体13に溶接し、上下のワッシャ15 を介してC形止め輪16等にてプレート2を係止する。又、図5−2に示す如く 補強体13に段状部付きピン14を溶接し、それにプレート2を装着した状態を 図6−2の断面図に示す。図に於いて段状部付きピン14を図の如く補強体13 に溶接し、上下のワッシャ15を介してC形止め輪16にてプレート2を係止す る。又、サイドピンによるプレート2の係止は、図6−3の断面図に示す如く座 金付きピン11−Aに上下のワッシャ15を介してC形止め輪16にてプレート 2を係止する。尚、プレート2の係止方法としてC形止め輪を例示したがスプリ ングピンその他の方法での係止でも良い。以上によるそれぞれの方式によるプレ ート2、センターピン、サイドピンの組み合わせによる連鎖装置とボックスとの 組み合わせにより高性能のテレスコピックカバーの形成に寄与できる、ピン及び プレートの表面を窒化処理して成る連鎖装置。The present invention has been intensively studied in order to solve such a problem, and will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show perspective views of the entire chain device.
