(57) [Abstract] [Problem] It is expected that it is difficult to visually and tactilely confirm the location of a tumor from the outside of the gastrointestinal tract after laparotomy in tumor resection surgery for gastrointestinal tract such as stomach or large intestine. In some cases, prior to surgery, an endoscope is used to clip near the boundary between the lesion and the normal area. Then, after opening the abdomen, by touching the clip from the outside of the digestive tract,
It is usual to confirm the location of lesions in the gastrointestinal lumen, which is not visible, to determine the incision site. However, there are often times when you can't find the clips that you've already played. SOLUTION: The clip and the light emitter are united so that they are visible from outside the digestive tract.
Description
【0001】[0001]
[Technical Field to which the Invention belongs] In post-laparotomy gastrointestinal tract visually and tactilely in the operation of resecting tumor of gastrointestinal tract such as stomach or large intestine and other gastrointestinal tract diseases requiring excision operation. However, if it is expected that the location of the lesion will be difficult to confirm, a clip is applied to the lesion or its vicinity using an endoscope before surgery. The present invention relates to a clip used at that time.
【0002】[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art After laparotomy, it is often the case that a clip placed in advance cannot be found by groping. In such cases, conventionally, the position of the lesioned part is confirmed by re-inserting the endoscope and viewing the light at the tip of the endoscope from outside the digestive tract, or by viewing the clip under fluoroscopy. The incision site had been determined.
【0003】[0003]
[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] It is hygienic to perform the above-mentioned work near the surgical field and the clean area after the laparotomy, and it also leads to a delay in the surgical time.
【0004】[0004]
[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] The clip and the luminous body are combined.
【0005】[0005]
[Effects of the Invention] When the clip according to the present invention is used, the lesion can be confirmed by looking at the clip shining from the outside of the digestive tract, so that the incision site can be determined without performing the work described in the related art.
