(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 記録材に画像を形成する画像形成手段
と、ヒータにより加熱される加熱体及び加熱体とニップ
を形成する加圧部材を備える定着手段と、を有し、設定
された数の記録材へ画像形成し、ニップを通して出力し
たら画像形成動作を終了する画像形成装置において、 記録材のサイズと出力枚数を記憶する記憶手段と、定着
条件を設定する定着条件設定手段と、を有し、この定着
条件設定手段は、前回の一つのサイズの記録材への画像
形成動作終了後所定時間内に新たな画像形成動作を行う
