2. Description of the Related Art Among organs such as the gall bladder, a surgical operation is performed, and when an area requiring excision or the like is extracted, an appropriate organ fixing device capable of surrounding the area having the treatment so that the operator can easily perform the operation is known. I haven't found it yet. Also, during the operation, if the intestines that do not require surgery are blocked so that they do not fall into the operative field, other surgeons should fix them with flat hooks
Or , towels and sponges were used.

However, organ fixation devices such as towels and sponges have a certain size at any time when inserted into the body, installed in the body, or removed from the body, resulting in dimensional changes. There is no. This is usable when the surgical incision is large, but is inconvenient when the surgical incision is small. Also, on the surface
Since the surface is roughened to prevent slippage, scratches on the organ surface
In many cases, the adhesion of the intestine was strengthened. The present invention solves this point and provides a suitable organ fixation device that can surround the area having the treatment.

When the fluid is filled from the tube into the bag portion of the organ fixing device of the present invention, the bag may expand in a flat plate shape depending on the setting of the fusion bonding portion inside the bag, and may expand in the shape of a roll. Sometimes. When performing surgery on organs such as the gall bladder, the surgeon draws the organ to be operated on, such as resection, or the affected area to a small incision in the abdomen, and only those organs are hidden by other surrounding organs An organ fixation device that expands in a spiral shape when picked up without any problem is suitable. In addition, in the above-described operation, the surrounding organs, for example, the large intestine and the small intestine, which are not to be operated on, may lean and move to the operation field, making it difficult to treat the organ to be operated on and the affected part thereof. In order to prevent such a situation, that is, when expecting a function of damming an organ other than the target, an organ fixing device that expands in a flat plate shape is appropriate. First, when an incision is made in a surgical operation, the organ fixing device of the present invention in the form of a flat bag is inserted from the incision into the entire bag without being inflated, and then the bag is inflated. There is a method of inflating the bag portion before the insertion.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view illustrating an example of the organ fixing device of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a reference diagram illustrating an example of a state where the organ fixing device of the present invention is expanded. The organ fixing device of the present invention is a flat bag 1 made of a flexible plastic material and capable of filling a fluid inside by melting and bonding the edges, the edge of which is made of a plastic material. In an organ fixing device having a stopper 2 at one end and a tube 3 communicating with the inside of the bag at the other end, the inside of the bag is divided into a plurality of parts by fusion bonding parts 4 and 5. . In the present invention, examples of the flexible plastic material include polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and polypropylene. In the present invention, the method of fusion bonding is by high frequency fusion or heat fusion. However, there is no need to limit the bonding method for forming the bag portion, and an adhesive may be used depending on the material. How to partition the inside of the bag 1 of the present invention differs depending on the purpose of use of the organ fixing device of the present invention. For example, width, thickness, stiffness, hardness, and the like are required when used to prevent the surrounding organs outside the operation target from sagging and moving to the operation field. For this purpose, three melt-bonded parts are placed in parallel with the long side of the rectangle as shown in FIG.
It is provided in a row or the number is increased to two rows. Further, in order to better conform to the patient's body, a fusion bonding portion is provided near each of the short sides in parallel with the short side as shown in FIG. In addition, when only an organ to be operated is taken up without being hidden by other surrounding organs, the organ fixing device of the present invention which expands in a spiral shape is suitable. To make this, do not provide any fusion bonding parallel to the long side of the rectangle as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, several melt-bonded portions parallel to the short side are provided (for example, at one / two to three cm intervals). This can be made into a saw-tooth shape by using a method in which heat is applied unevenly to the front and back surfaces by a welding press at the time of forming the bag portion 1 or the shape of the mold is reversed. As an example of the size of the bag portion of the present invention, in order to prevent the surrounding organs outside the operation target from sagging and moving to the operative field, the length is 6 to 13 cm, the width is 9 to 30 cm, and the bag is swollen. When the thickness is 2 to 5 cm, pick up only the organ to be operated on, and make the organ fixation device of the present invention that expands in a spiral shape, 5 to 8 cm in length, 9 to 15 cm in width, when expanded The thickness is 2-3 cm. In any case, the length of the tube 3 of the present invention is usually 15 to 20 cm. As is well known, the organ fixing device of the present invention, which is an auxiliary material for surgery, is preferably combined with an X-ray contrast agent or an X-ray contrast material.
