Since the printing paste hardly penetrates into the fluffy fabric, the printing paste printed on the pile fabric whose surface is made of fluff does not penetrate too deeply into the pile layer, and the pile base is colored by the printing paste. When the pile fabric is folded, the uncolored pile roots are exposed between the piles, and the appearance of the pile surface is impaired.

In spray printing in which a dye solution is sprayed from a nozzle, the dye solution penetrates deeply into the pile layer because the viscosity of the dye solution is much lower than that of the printing paste. It is difficult to color up to the root of the pile unless you direct the nozzle at the crevice between the piles that are folded at
Also, since the dyeing liquor is prepared with low viscosity to make it easy to penetrate, the printed dyeing liquid oozes from the edge of the mold and the printed pattern becomes unclear, and the printed edge is sharp, complicated and delicate printed pattern Can not be drawn.

Therefore, in order to make the pile roots appearing from cracks between the piles when folded become less noticeable, a method of coloring the pile roots with the ground color of the printed pattern is adopted. One of the methods is to print on a pile cloth, which has been colored the ground color in advance, a discharge paste containing a discharge agent and a non-removable dye. There is known a color discharge printing method in which a desired color is colored with a dye. However, the types of non-dischargeable dyes that can be used are limited, and it is difficult to express a required color, particularly a pastel color tone, by coloring and discharging, causing hue turbidity. This impairs the physical properties of the fiber and causes corrosion of the dyeing equipment, which poses a problem in the health care of workers.

[0006] As another method, a pile fabric printed with a dye-resistant paste containing a dye-proofing agent is immersed in a ground dye solution, and the pile surface is colored with a dye mixed with the dye-resistant paste. An anti-dyeing method is known, in which only the base of the pile to which no is adhered is colored with a ground dye solution. However, although the printed area of the dye-resistant paste is dye-resistant so that the ground dye does not enter, the pile of the printed part is difficult to penetrate into the pile layer with the fluffy pile fabric. Each of the fibers cannot be completely wrapped by the coating of the dye-proofing paste, and a part of the pile fiber that is not wrapped by the coating of the dye-proofing paste is colored by the ground dye solution.
The printed pattern by the anti-paste paste is contaminated with the ground dye solution, the hue becomes turbid, and it becomes unclear.

[0007] Furthermore, in order to sharpen the edge of the printed pattern, a hair-regulating treatment for aligning the hair on the pile surface is performed, and then an anti-dyeing paste is printed. In the dyeing carried out by immersion, the pile fabric is immersed in the pile fabric (between the fibers) in order to expel bubbles formed by the dying solution inside the pile fabric and uniformly penetrate the dying solution into the pile fabric. Physical stimuli such as folding and rubbing are repeatedly applied in the ground dyeing solution, but if this is done, the hair will need to be re-aligned after dyeing to re-arrange the hair. Hair styling must be performed twice before and after dyeing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the present invention provides a hair styling treatment for aligning the hair style on the pile surface without performing it twice before and after printing.
In addition, the base of the pile is colored to the ground color of the printed pattern by performing ground dyeing without contaminating the printed pattern with the anti-paste paste, and the aesthetic appearance is not impaired by the color of the pile root that appears from the cracks between the piles during use, and printing is performed. An object of the present invention is to obtain a robust printed pile fabric in which a pattern is vividly colored.

According to the pile fabric printing method of the present invention, the pile surface on which the printing paste 11 containing a water repellent is printed faces upward, and the pile surface is below the liquid level of the ground dye solution 12. Pile cloth 16 on the surface 13 of the ground liquor without sinking
And the base dye is exuded to the tip of the pile of the non-printing portion 18 where the printing paste is not printed.

When the pile fabric 16 is placed on the liquid surface 13 of the ground dye solution, the ground dye solution 12 oozes out to the tip of the pile by capillary action, and the pile surface of the non-printed portion 18 is dyed in the ground color. In the printing unit 15 on which the dye paste is printed, the pile root is dyed in the ground color, but the ground dye solution 12 does not rise to the pile surface due to the water repellency of the anti-dye paste 11, The pile surface of the pile base 17 and the pile surface of the non-printing portion 18 are dyed with the ground dyeing liquid 12 without any contamination of the pile surface of the printing section 15 with the ground dyeing liquid 12.

As described above, in order to make the pile surface of the non-printing portion 18 ground-dyed with the ground dye, the pile 13 is moved until the liquid level 13 of the ground dye reaches a position 1 to 3 mm below the pile surface. The pile fabric 16 is preferably placed on the liquid level 13 of the ground dye so that the root 17 sinks into the ground dye 12. For example, in a moquette or a double raschel pile knitted fabric having a pile length of 2 to 5 mm, the pile root 17 is placed 1 to 3 mm below the liquid level 13.

In order to submerge the pile base 17 to the required depth in the ground dyeing liquid 12 as described above, the struts 14 are placed below the surface of the ground dyeing liquid.
And the pile surface should be supported in the ground liquor so as not to sink below the liquid level. Therefore, a second feature of the present invention is that the pile fabric 16 is supported by the struts 14 provided below the liquid level of the ground dyeing liquid, and the pile surface is prevented from sinking below the liquid level. For that purpose, the strut 14 is 1 ~ 1 below the liquid level.
It is recommended that the ground dye be automatically supplied so as to sink 5 mm, or that the strut 14 be supported at a position 1-5 mm below the liquid level by buoyancy.

In the process in which the ground liquor rises due to the capillary phenomenon, the upper end of the pile of the non-printed portion 18
Since the air is in an open state that is not blocked by the ground dye 12, the air contained between the pile fibers is pushed out by the rising ground dye 12, and the inside of the pile fabric (fiber In the middle), no spots such as those caused by bubbles formed by the ground dye are generated. Therefore, in the present invention, there is no need to apply a physical stimulus to the pile fabric for uniformly penetrating the ground dye solution into the pile fabric as in the case of dyeing, and as a result, the hair surface on the pile surface is not disturbed. It is ground dyed and does not require special hair treatment after ground dyeing.

Of course, for this purpose, the pile fabric to which the ground dyeing solution has been applied is subjected to a heating and coloring process with the pile surface facing upward. In that case, when the pile fabric is irradiated with far infrared rays,
The pile fabric is heated from the inside due to the properties of far infrared rays. It does not occur, and the dying solution develops color uniformly, enabling dying without spots. Therefore, the third feature of the present invention is that the pile dye surface 12
Is to irradiate the pile fabric 16 pulled up from above with far infrared rays to heat it.

A fourth feature of the present invention resides in that the vacuum nozzle 19 is applied to the back surface of the pile fabric during the irradiation with far-infrared rays by pulling up from the ground dye liquor. It is possible to eliminate the dripping of the base dying solution and adjust the suction force of the vacuum nozzle 19 to make the amount of the base dying solution (pickup amount) a required amount. Generally, the pick-up amount of the ground dye solution is 70 to
What is necessary is just to set in the range of 170%. After preheating by irradiating far-infrared rays, a color-developing treatment is performed by dry heat or moist heat according to a conventional method, and the finish is performed by desizing, washing and drying. In the process, the water repellent is removed together with the water-soluble resin (original paste) contained in the printing paste. The coloring process by the thermosol method may be performed with hot air at 165 to 185 ° C for 3 to 5 minutes, and the coloring process by the steaming method may be performed by a steamer at 160 to 180 ° C for 8 to 20 minutes. The reduction washing after the color development treatment is performed at about 80 ° C.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A printing paste is prepared by adding a dye to the original paste and further adding a water repellent according to a conventional method. As the water repellent, a commercially available emulsion-type product in which water is dispersed together with an emulsifier such as paraffin, wax, silicone resin, or fluorine resin can be used. In that case, when using a silicon resin-based water repellent or a fluorine resin-based water repellent that requires a heat treatment, at a temperature necessary for the water repellent to exhibit a water repellent effect, the dye contained in the printing paste is removed. After heating and drying the printing paste printed at a temperature equal to or lower than the color development temperature, the pile fabric is placed on the surface of the ground dyeing solution. The heating may be performed with hot air at 135 to 145 ° C.

mm (including the thickness of the ground structure) polyester fiber pile cloth (moquette) is dried and heat-treated at 170 ° C. for 3 minutes, and is rotated with a rotary screen printing machine (screen mesh 600).
No.), the above-mentioned anti-dyeing paste was printed on the pile surface, dried at 145 ° C. for 3 minutes, the pile surface was turned up, and the ground dye was prepared according to the recipe shown in [Table 3]. 1.5m below
1 is passed through the liquid surface of the dye liquor tank shown in FIG. To a preheating device (heating temperature at the pile fabric transport surface of 95 ± 5 ° C.) in which the far-infrared ray generating surface heat burner with a surface temperature of 600 ° C. is arranged 30 cm above and below the pile fabric transport surface. After pre-drying for 1 minute,
After passing through a hot air drier at 140 ° C. for 3 minutes to complete drying, color-developing treatment is performed at 160 ° C. for 15 minutes with a steamer, and then reduction washing, desizing, washing and drying are performed. For the reduction washing, a commercially available composite reducing agent was used. The printed pattern of the obtained pile fabric was sharp, and there was no hue turbidity or spots in the printed portion and the non-printed portion, and the color was beautifully formed. The printed part and the non-printed part were subjected to a xenon arc light resistance test for 144 hours based on JIS B 7754.
The light fastness of class 5 was exhibited, and the non-printed portion exhibited light fastness of class 3 or higher.

According to the present invention, the non-printed portion 18 can be obtained without adhering the ground dye 12 to the pile surface of the printed portion 15 at all.
Of the pile surface and pile base 17 can be ground dyed.
Since the ground dye solution 12 permeates while extruding the air inside the pile fabric, the ground dye solution 12 does not adhere excessively, and therefore, can be ground dyed without any necessity of a squeeze solution by a mangle or a nip roll. No hair conditioning treatment is required after dyeing, and the pile surface of the printing unit 15 is also vividly colored without being contaminated by the ground dye solution 12.
