DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention is to release a small amount of a drug or the like into a solution to cause the drug to act on a sample such as cells in the solution, and to filter the solution. The present invention relates to a drug release / release filtration jig for capturing a sample.

When microscopically examining a specimen such as a cell, it is necessary to prepare a preparation in advance, but this preparation has conventionally been prepared by a so-called smearing method. However, in this smearing method, a specimen is painted on a slide glass by a technique, so that a physical force acts on the specimen and the specimen is easily deformed. In addition, the specimen is easily detached and detached from the slide glass at the time of staining, so that a high degree of skill is required.

Conventionally, for example, the efficacy of a newly developed drug on a specimen such as a cell is confirmed by IN-VITRO (in a test tube) or IN-VIVO (in a living body). In such a conventional method, cells in a test tube or cells of a living body are stained with a living body and then microscopically examined as a preparation by a smear method.

The present inventor has previously invented a filtration jig (Japanese Patent Application No. 1-179664) in order to solve the problems in the conventional smearing method. In this method, a filter having a myriad of micropores is held by a filtration jig, the solution is filtered by this filter, and only the specimen in the solution is captured on the filter.
Then, without smearing, the filter is placed on a slide and the specimen is examined microscopically.

In the invention of the above-mentioned filtration jig, if the same filtration jig can also achieve the action of various chemicals and the like on the sample, it is convenient because there is no need to use a smearing method requiring skill. The present application pays attention to such a point, and an object thereof is to provide a jig capable of easily and accurately performing a series of steps such as sensitivity of a drug or the like to a specimen and capture and staining of the specimen.

In the above configuration, first, a specimen such as a cell is placed in the injection body 1.
Solution 7 containing 13 is injected. Since the lower end opening of the injection body 1 is in contact with the filter 6 of the filter body 2 and the filter 6 is in contact with the semipermeable membrane 8 of the medicine container 3, the solution 7 in the injection body 1 is filled with the semipermeable membrane 8 and The filter 6 is filtered and filtered into the medicine container 3, while the medicine 9 in the medicine container 3 is similarly released through the semipermeable membrane 8 and the filter 6 and released into the injecting body (a small amount is released). This is because the semipermeable membrane 8 has a property of allowing a small amount of liquid (solvent) to permeate over time, and the filter 6 has countless micropores. The drug 9 mixed in the solution 7 in the injection body 1 gradually acts on the sample 13.

After a certain period of time, the medicine container 3 is removed, and the solution 7 in the injection body 1 is filtered by suctioning through the filtration hole 10.
The sample 13 in the solution 7 is captured on the filter 6 (the solution 7 can be suctioned from the gap between the drug container 3 and the jig main body 4 while the drug container 3 is mounted. The filter 6 capturing 13 is placed on the slide,

Also, by rotating the medicine container 3 by the rotating device 12, the medicine 9 is evenly supplied into the solution 7 in the injecting body, so that the medicine 9 acts on all the specimens 13 and thus the medicinal effect of the medicine 9 is reduced. You can know.

Further, by providing the communication hole 11 on the side surface of the jig main body 4, oxygen, carbon dioxide, a culture solution, and the like necessary for culturing the specimen 13 in the solution 7 can be injected from the communication hole 11. By culturing the specimen 13 for a long time, the medicinal effect of the drug 9 can be observed over time.

The jig main body 4 has a substantially cubic shape, and the medicine container 3, the filter body 2, and the injection body 1 are densely assembled on the upper surface in this order from the bottom. The jig body 4 has a filter hole 10 in the vertical direction and a communication hole 11 communicating with the filter hole 10 in the horizontal direction. Filter hole
Reference numeral 10 denotes a portion for applying a suction force when filtering the solution 7 and a portion into which the rotating rod 20 of the rotating device 12 enters when rotating the medicine container 3. When the solution 7 is suctioned and filtered through the filtration hole 10, the communication hole 11 is sealed with a stopper 16. The communication hole 11 is used for filtering the solution 7 similarly to the filtration hole 10, and is used for filtering the solution 7 of the injection body 1.
It is used to supply necessary elements to the specimen 13 such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, culture solution and the like. When sending oxygen or the like from the communication hole 11, the filtration hole 10 is sealed with the stopper 16, the medicine container 3 is removed, and the injection device 19 is inserted into the communication hole 11.

FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show an example of the medicine container 3. The medicine container 3 shown in FIG. 2 contains one kind of medicine 9. The medicine container 3 shown in FIG. 3 contains a plurality of kinds (four kinds) of medicines 9. The four types of medicines 9 are stored independently of each other, and each is covered with a permeable membrane 8 having a different transmission speed. By doing so, the release time of each drug 9 can be controlled and the cell killing effect of the concomitant drug can be known.
