動するとノイズとなる)、フレキシブル基板のような抵
抗の高い線材によっては同電位を実現することが困難で
あり、低抵抗のケーブルによる接続が必要となるという
問題点があった。このとき、図3に示すような従来の携
帯電話機の構成では、ヒンジ部の中央部に設けたスリッ
ト状の穴が小さいので、薄型のフレキシブル基板を通す
ことはできるが、太さのあるケーブルを通すことができ
なかった。また、一般にケーブルはフレキシブル基板よ
り曲げに弱く、携帯電話機の筺体の開閉によりケーブル
