Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a delivery section for each destination of paper sheets. Especially,
The present invention relates to a mail sorting station, a delivery section, and a delivery section system up to door-to-door route assembly in a post section. [Prior Art] Conventionally, as a system of this kind, mechanization of postal delivery division has been proposed (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-159881). According to this method, first, the collected mail is sent to an optical character reading device (for example, JP-A-57-137976, JP-A-57-17976) after passing through size sorting, arrangement, stamping and pre-processing.
No. 146380) or a human reads the destination and taps the key to perform the primary sorting (dispatch sorting). The division at this time is a rough division that is a unit of each prefecture or a region, such as various directions. Further, in some countries, when a destination is read and classified, a barcode of a postal matter is printed and then used for classification. The postal mail is sent to each prefecture or regional division office,
Therefore, each delivery member performs a delivery division that is roughly divided into units called delivery districts in charge of delivery according to the delivery destination, and then each delivery member performs a subdivision (called a large division) in the delivery district. Door-to-door route assembling is performed, in which mails that have been roughly classified are arranged in the order of delivery. In this way, the classification is performed as the second, third, fourth,.... [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The example shown in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-159881 is that the regional division office once in the delivery section, once in the large section, and at least twice in the door-to-door route assembly. Classification is performed. Therefore, including the dispatch at the central post office, the mail could be arranged in a certain order only after performing the division five times. In order to reduce the number of divisions, it was necessary to use a large-scale sorting machine having a very large number of divisions, such as 1,000 to 2,000. That is, the amount of mail per delivery person is generally 1000 to 2000 so that one delivery can be carried, and one delivery zone is set in consideration of this. Therefore 1000-2000
If a mouth sorter is used, 1000 to 2,000 mails can be sorted in a single sorting operation into sorting openings arranged according to the route, and taken out in order, so that the mail can be arranged in a fixed order. Further, in this case, there is a drawback that 1000 to 2000 extractions are required and the work becomes complicated. An object of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional system, and in a delivery division system,
An object of the present invention is to realize an efficient door-to-door route assembly that reduces the number of times of sorting without using a large-scale sorting machine. More specifically, (1) Realization using a sorter with up to 200 ports, which is a conventional practical level. (2) The number of classifications per mail was conventionally at least 5 times, but this should be reduced to 4 times. It is. [Means for Solving the Problems] The paper sheet delivery sorting system according to the present invention includes a dispatching means for sorting the paper sheets for each direction indicated by a destination written on the paper sheets, A delivery section that divides the paper sheet into delivery areas indicated by destinations of the paper sheets with respect to the paper sheet that is sorted by the distribution means, and the paper sheet that is sorted by the delivery classification means. And a door-to-door route assembling means for arranging the paper sheets in a predetermined order along the delivery path indicated by the destination of the paper sheets. A first destination reading unit that reads an address written on a sheet, a first sorting unit that sorts the sheet according to the read address for each area indicated by the destination, and the first sorting Section, the destination and the destination obtained for each And a first destination storage unit for storing the number of sheets to be delivered to the area indicated by the destination for each of the divided areas. Receiving, from the first destination storage unit, the destination and the number of sheets of the area corresponding to the self-delivery sorting means, of the destination for each area and the number of sheets of paper stored by the unit. A destination standing unit for arranging the destinations received from the first destination storage units in the number indicated by the number of the received paper sheets in a delivery order corresponding to a delivery order number indicating a delivery order; A second destination storage unit that stores the destinations arranged in the delivery order by the destination ordering unit in association with the delivery order number, and a direction corresponding to the self-delivery sorting unit sorted by the dispatch sorting unit A second destination reading unit that reads a destination written on the paper sheet of Searching for the delivery order number corresponding to the destination written on the sheet read by the destination reading unit from the second destination storage means, and using the searched delivery order number, And a secondary sorting unit that sorts the delivery sections for each delivery zone, wherein the door-to-door route assembling means applies the paper sheets of the delivery zone corresponding to the door-to-door route assembling means sorted by the delivery sorting unit. Third to read the described destination
And a delivery destination number corresponding to the destination written on the paper sheet read by the third destination reading unit from the second destination storage unit. And a tertiary sorting section for arranging the paper sheets in the order along the delivery route using numbers.
