DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a method in which a plastic film is pressed against a perforated plastic film in a film forming step, and is pressed to form a pseudo-adhesion. The present invention relates to a method for producing a packaging material to be finished into a film.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, by pressing another base plastic film film 03 in a molten state against a perforated plastic film 01 having a large number of small holes 02, and pressing both films, Pseudo-adhesion is known. Then, this pseudo-adhered film (packaging material) is used as, for example, a lid of a container 04 containing food, as shown in FIG. When used as a lid material in this way, when the container 04 is put into a microwave oven and heated, only the upper base plastic film 03 is peeled off and the lower perforated plastic film 01 is removed.
By leaving as is, it is possible to open the small holes 02 of the perforated plastic film 01 and allow the vapor to escape from the small holes 02. As a result, there is the convenience that the entire container can be cooked in a microwave oven. Another advantage is that the state of the food inside can be seen as a result of the opening.

Packaging materials finished into a single film by such pseudo-bonding have the potential to be widely used for food packaging, drug packaging, etc., but the strength of pseudo-bonding is constant, and Due to its relatively weakness, there is a problem of insufficient strength in some applications.

A small hole is formed in the crater shape of the rim of the plastic film, and the base plastic film in the molten state is pressed against the plastic film having the small hole from the side of the rim protruding. A method of manufacturing a packaging material in which the two films are pseudo-adhered by pressing the film and deforming the lip within the thickness of the base plastic film in a molten state to form a single film.

In the above configuration, the perforated plastic film is arbitrary such as a polyethylene film, but as a means for forming the small holes, at a stage where the polyethylene film is in a molten state at the end, it has a large number of vacuum small holes on one surface thereof. A method is considered in which a roller is pressed to suck the polyethylene film into the vacuum small holes to open the small holes. Further, a method of piercing a needle-shaped opening tool from one side to open the hole is also conceivable. However, in each case, the condition is that the crater-shaped rim is formed so as to protrude, and the height and the number of diameters of the rim are also arbitrarily adjustable.
Therefore, the above-described vacuum method is the most suitable method for easily achieving these conditions.

The height of the rim can be adjusted by the molten state of the film. For example, when the degree of fusion of the film is high, the height of the rim is high, and when the degree of fusion is low, the height is low. This also depends on the nature of the plastic,
It is necessary to know empirically about each plastic. Also, it changes subtly depending on the processing environment (room temperature) of the perforated film.

The material of the base plastic film is optional,
The molten state of the base plastic film when pressed into the perforated plastic film was extruded from the die because the edge of the perforated plastic film needed to bite into the wall thickness and be deformed by pressing. Optimum immediately after film formation.

As shown in FIG. 1, a perforated plastic film 1 in which small holes 2 having a crater-shaped rim 3 are formed in a polyethylene resin film by a vacuum method, and a polypropylene resin film in a molten state immediately after extrusion film formation. The base plastic film 4 is opposed to the base film 4 and is sandwiched between the sandwiching rolls to be pressed. As shown in FIG.
Of the base 3 is bitten into the thickness of the base plastic film 4 and is crushed and deformed. This state is the fourth
It is shown in the figure. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the small hole 2 in the perforated plastic film 1. The diameter L and the height H of the rim 3 in the small hole 2 are determined by vacuum.
It is set when forming. In order to increase the pseudo bond strength, the diameter L and the height H may be increased, and the number of the small holes 2 may be increased. However, among these three conditions, H or L
Or you can increase the strength by increasing only the number,
This is determined based on, for example, the problem of the air flow when the hole is opened, the problem of the internal see-through, and the like.

As described above, according to the present invention, a lip is formed in a small hole of a perforated plastic film, and the pseudo-adhesion strength can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the diameter and height of the lip and the number of small holes. This has the effect of obtaining an improved packaging material.
