Conventionally, when the power switch is turned on, it is usual that the channel is selected to the state at the time when the power switch was turned off. FIG. 2 shows an example of the configuration. In the figure, at the time of normal use after the power is turned on, a changeover switch 8 transmits an external channel selection instruction from the operation unit 7 to the microcomputer 1, and the microcomputer 1 gives channel selection data to the tuner 2 and a last channel memory 9.
That data is always written to When the power is turned on, the data in the memory 9 is switched by the switch 8 and transmitted to the microcomputer 1 in accordance with an instruction from the power-on detecting unit 10.
The station immediately before the power is turned off is always selected.

In addition, a method has been proposed as a prior art in which a program determined at a specific day of the week and at a specific time is programmed in advance. FIG. 3 shows an example of the configuration. In the figure, in normal use, the changeover switch 8 transmits an external tuning instruction from the operation unit 7 to the microcomputer 1, and the microcomputer 1 supplies tuning data to the tuner 2.
The programs for which the time and stations are reserved are sequentially read out from the memory 11 by the timer 3, and the channel selection instruction is switched by the changeover switch 8 and transmitted to the microcomputer 1, so that the channel selection as automatically reserved is performed. Be executed.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention When trying to watch such a conventional television receiver, when the power switch is turned on, it is usual that the channel is selected to the state at the time when the power switch was previously turned off. But,
In many cases, this is different from the state that the user wants to watch. Therefore, it is usual to immediately perform a channel selection operation to switch to a program that the user wants to watch. To explain in a specific situation, for example, when returning home (determined at A), turn off the power switch after watching the B channel, and turn on the power switch in the morning (C time). It is a cumbersome and time-consuming process of selecting a D channel to be watched sometimes. In addition, it is often the case that a user watches another program and misses the program that he or she always watched. Therefore, a system has been proposed as a prior art in which a program that is determined on a specific day of the week and a specific time is programmed in advance. However, the user must input the day of the week, time, and channel using some means. There was a problem that it was difficult to use.

According to the present invention, the microcomputer normally outputs channel selection data in response to a channel selection command from the operation unit and selects a channel. The data at that time is counted based on the time data of the timer unit. That is, the timer unit measures the day of the week in units of one week and the clock in units of 24 hours, and the calculation unit counts channel selection data on a specific day of the week and a specific time and stores the data in the memory unit. The processing unit switches the changeover switch to the processing unit when the counting result of the most tuned data in the past exceeds a certain level of frequency at that time corresponding to the data of the timer unit, and at the time, The channel selection data which has been the largest in the past, that is, a channel selection command to select a program is issued.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, in a channel selection system in which the tuner 2 performs a channel selection operation based on channel selection data from the microcomputer 1, the channel selection data is calculated and aggregated using the data from the timer unit 3 that counts the day and time as variables. Operation unit 4, a memory unit 5 for storing the contents thereof, a processing unit 6 for generating a tuning instruction from the memory unit 5 based on the data from the timer unit 3, and a tuning operation by issuing a tuning instruction to the microcomputer. And a changeover switch unit 8 for switching between a channel selection command from the processing unit 6 and a channel selection command from the operation unit 7. The operation of the above configuration will be described.
Normally, the icon 1 outputs tuning data in response to a tuning command from the operation unit 7 and tunes. The data at that time is counted based on the timer unit 3. That is, the timer unit 3 measures the date in one-week units and the time in 24-hour and minute units, and the calculation unit 4 counts channel selection data on a specific day of the week and at a specific time and stores the data in the memory unit 5. The processing section 6 switches the changeover switch 8 to the processing section 6 according to the timer section 3 and switches the changeover switch 8 to the processing section 6 when the counting result of the most tuned data in the past at that time exceeds a certain level of frequency. The most tuned data, that is, a tune selection command to tune a program is issued.

Thus, according to the automatic tuning apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention,
Tuning data is accumulated in memory together with time data, and by automatically selecting the most frequent ones, there is no need for presetting, and there is no tuning command from the operation unit at a specific day of the week and at a specific time. Even if you select a station automatically.

Advantageous Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention aggregates channel selection data and timer data in a memory, and automatically selects channels with high frequency, thereby setting the channel of the television receiver. Even if you do not use the complicated means of presetting according to the time in advance, when you turn on the power of the TV set, the channel that you often watch at that time is automatically selected or the program that you always watch at a fixed time There is an effect that the channel is automatically tuned so as not to be overlooked, and it is extremely useful as an invention that takes a lifestyle of a television receiver one step further.
