Further, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 62-26351, a conventional apparatus includes a paper sheet holding plate which is inclined from one end of the bottom plate so as to form an obtuse angle with respect to the bottom plate, and covers an upper portion of the holding plate. A paper sheet stacking space is constituted by the cover plate, and a feeding means is provided so as to feed the paper sheets obliquely upward from the other end of the bottom plate toward the upper part of the inner surface of the holding plate. Further, the paper sheet discharged into the stacking space contacts the rotating belt disposed at the lower end of the stacking section after the leading end collides with the lid plate, and forcibly pushes the lower end of the paper sheet forward. This prevents interference with the next paper sheet that is fed and sequentially conveyed.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a detailed arrangement of the bladed roller 5 and the brush roller 24. Bladed roller 5 or brush roller
24 is alternately arranged with the roller 4 or the roller 23, and the belt 9 or the guide 26 is arranged to face the roller. Further, the bundle of the blades of the bladed roller 5 and the brush of the brush roller has higher rigidity than the paper sheet, and the passing paper sheet 1 is deformed into a waveform as shown in FIG.
Released to As a result, a paper sheet that is strongly folded in a direction perpendicular to the transport direction is also deformed into a waveform, and is inserted with increased rigidity in the transport direction, thereby enabling stable deposition. However, the sheet 1 ', which is passed when the lower conveying member 12 of the stacking section 17 rises and forms a normal conveying path, that is, the sheet 1' held between upper and lower conveying members, is not deformed. Since the rigidity of the blades of the bladed roller 5 is set so as not to give, the central part of the paper sheet 1 'being conveyed is not deformed as shown in FIG. , And can be stably conveyed without giving.

A series of operations of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Fig. 3-
As shown in FIG. 1A, the sheet 1 conveyed to the stacking portion 17 formed by the lower conveyance path 8 of the conveyance path 6 descending, the outer diameter of the bladed roller 5 engaging with the rollers 5, 10 is a belt. 9 and the stiffness of the blade is higher than that of the paper sheet, so that the paper sheet at the portion engaged with the bladed roller 5 is
Deforms in the opposite direction. For this reason, the sheet 1 is deformed by the belt 5 with the bladed rollers 5 in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, and is guided by the belt 9 in a state where the rigidity in the conveying direction is increased, so that the sheet 1 Sent until stable. As a result, even when the paper sheet 1 is folded or the waist is weak, the paper sheet 1 does not hang down during loading, and does not come into contact with the previously stacked paper sheet 1 ′. Can be stably deposited even if the front end is broken or broken.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the sheet 1 released from the holding of the rollers 5 and 10 and colliding with the front plate 15 is forcibly and quickly scraped off at the rear end by the bladed roller. For this reason, a space is formed at the entrance of the sheet 1 stacking section 17, and the sheet is stably stacked on the stack 1 'without interfering with the next sheet to be inserted. The pile 1 'is held by the bottom plate 16,
Since it is in a state of being lifted from the rotating belt 12, it can be kept in a well-aligned state without being pushed to the front plate 15 side.

Engages with the rollers 11 and 23, but the outer diameter of the brush roller 24 overlaps with the transport path 19 and the guide 26, and the rigidity of the brush bundle is higher than that of the paper sheet. While being deformed into a waveform by the conveyance path 19 and the guide 26 and having high rigidity in the conveyance direction, the sheet is guided by the guides 26 and 27 and is fed in a substantially vertical direction without being bent in the middle until it collides with the cover plate 25. Therefore, even if the front end of the previously stacked paper sheet 1 "is broken or torn, it can be stably stacked without being caught. Further, the stacked paper sheet 1 'collides with the cover plate 28. Since the rear end of the paper sheet 1 'is always in a position in contact with the brush roller 24, the rotation of the brush roller 24 causes the paper sheet 1' to be quickly scraped forward, so that the next paper sheet to be inserted Therefore, stable stacking can be performed without interference, that is, stacking of paper sheets continuously fed one by one from the transport path 6 is also possible.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3E, after the stacking is completed, the push plate 33 moves forward, and pushes out the sheet 1 'to the front plate 30 side. Also, at this time, the lid plate 28 moves rearward in conjunction with the movement of the push plate, and the upper part of the stacking unit 25 is released, so that a state of withdrawal or return is possible.
Further, since the guide 27 rotates in conjunction with the forward movement of the push plate, an operation of standing the sheet 1 'by the rotation of the guide 27 is added in addition to the pushing operation of the sheet 1' by the push plate. Even when the paper sheet 1 'is leaning from the front plate 30 side to the guide 27 side, stable extrusion can be performed.

As described above, according to the present invention, an efficient stacking unit is formed integrally with the transport path by a mechanism with a small number of parts, and a folded paper sheet or a paper sheet having a weak waist, It is possible to stably deposit the folded or torn paper, and to convey the paper again. In addition, stable stacking of one to several sheets at once is also performed on folded sheets, weakly stiff sheets, or sheets with broken or broken front edges. It is possible to carry out separation and feeding again.
