However, when the above-mentioned ion exchange resin or reverse osmosis membrane is used, the regeneration and maintenance of these are difficult, and the processing cost is very high. The use of these is several times more expensive than the use of tap water. There is also a filtration method using fine hollow fibers, but if the hollow fibers are damaged, the damage is large.
Heating and boiling seawater has a high fuel cost.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the apparatus is floated on a sea surface or the like. Thereby, the frame is located on the sea surface.
Then, water enters into the hollow portion of the frame from the water inlet of the bottom plate of the frame, and seawater is absorbed by the heat absorbing and vaporizing mat on the upper surface of the plate through many small through holes of the plate. Since this device is floating on the sea surface or the like, it receives sunlight and the cover is transparent or translucent, so that the temperature inside the cover rises and the seawater of the mat evaporates. Then, the water intake pump is operated from the water storage tank box to collect the water at an appropriate place on the ground through the outlet pipe. In addition, when the outside air temperature is low, the vaporized gas in the cover is condensed when it comes into contact with the inner periphery of the cover, forming water droplets and collecting in the gutter.
Since the gutter is connected to the water storage tank box, the water in the gutter flows to the water storage tank box. If the device is used for a long time, water concentrated with salt accumulates in the center of the hollow portion of the frame. Therefore, sometimes, the concentrated water take-out port is opened, and the concentrated water of the salt can be taken out from the hollow portion of the frame.

In the case of this embodiment, the apparatus is floated on the sea, for example. As a result, the frame 3 of the device is located substantially on the sea surface, and the lower part of the pipe 6 and the water storage tank box 13 are submerged. Then, one end of the rope 19 is anchored to the quay 18 and the anchor 20 at the other end is lowered to the seabed. This causes the device to float near the quay 18 in this state. Then, the seawater enters the hollow portion 5 from the water intake port 7 of the bottom plate 1 of the frame body 3, contacts the lower surface of the plate body 4, and is sucked into the heat absorbing vaporizing mat 9 from the many small through holes 8 of the plate body 4. After a certain period of time in such a state, sunlight is poured into the heat absorbing and vaporizing mat 9 through the cover 12, and the heat absorbing and vaporizing mat 9 is heated by solar heat and at the same time the temperature inside the cover 12 rises. . Then, the seawater absorbed in the heat absorption and vaporization mat 9 is vaporized into the cover 12. At that time, the salt is separated and remains on the heat absorption / vaporization mat 9. Therefore, only moisture is vaporized. Then, the vaporized gas enters the tube 6 provided with the opening 6 a in the cover 12.

The gas enters through the opening 6a of the tube 6, and the lower part of the tube 6 is located in the seawater below the sea level, and is provided with cooling fins 15. Therefore, the lower part of the pipe 6 is cooled, and the temperature of the cooled gas that has reached the inner peripheral wall of the pipe 6 decreases, becomes water, and drops into the water storage tank box 13, and accumulates. Then, the liquid level is detected by the liquid level gauge 21 in the water storage tank box 13, and when the liquid level rises, the water intake pump is operated, and the water stored in the water storage tank 13 is put into an appropriate container through the outlet pipe 14. . On the other hand, of the gas that has entered the pipe 6, the gas that does not liquefy is discharged to the outside through the exhaust pipe 11 having the lower end opening in the pipe 6 and the exhaust port 11 at the upper end.

Further, when the outside temperature is low, the cover 12
When the inside temperature increases, the gas vaporized in the cover 12 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the cover 12 and forms dew. This becomes water droplets and is collected on the gutter 16. Since the gutter 16 is connected to the water storage tank box 13 through the pipe 6, the water in the gutter 16 flows into the water storage tank box 13. If the device is used for a longer time, water concentrated with salt accumulates in the center of the hollow portion 5 of the frame 3. Therefore, sometimes, the concentrated water take-out port 17 is opened, and the concentrated water of the salt can be taken out from the hollow portion 5 of the frame 3.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment does not have the mortar-shaped frame 3 of the above embodiment, and the plate 4 is directly floated on the sea surface, and the rising edge 2 is provided on the outer periphery of the plate 4 and the rising edge 2 is provided. The heat absorbing vaporizing mat 9 is placed on the plate 4 inside the edge 2. Accordingly, the seawater reaches the upper surface of the plate 4 from the many small holes 8 formed in the plate 4, where it is absorbed by the heat-absorbing vaporizing mat. Other operations are substantially the same as those in the above embodiment.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, seawater or the like is vaporized, whereby salt is separated to extract only water. The energy source for vaporizing the seawater or the like is solar heat. Warm the sealed seawater etc. The vaporized gas is liquefied using seawater or the like. Therefore, it uses all natural energy, is inexpensive, and is extremely efficient as steam or purified water of seawater or other water. In addition, since the device floats on a water surface such as a sea surface, the size of the device itself can be increased, and in that case, more fresh water and purified water can be obtained.

When this apparatus is used, when the outside temperature is 30 ° C. and the weather is fine, the amount of liquefaction per m 2 is 40 per hour.
It was 0 to 500 cc. Therefore, if the heat-absorbing vaporizing mat or the like is made of a material having better heat absorption, about 700 cc is possible.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first aspect of the present invention, since cooling fins are provided on the outer periphery of the lower portion of the tube, the lower portion of the tube is more reliably cooled by seawater or the like. Then, the vaporized gas is easily liquefied. In addition, steam or purified water can be put into an appropriate container from the water storage tank through an outlet pipe by an intake pump, and continuous operation for a long time is possible.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first and second aspects of the present invention, the plate on which the heat-absorbing and vaporizing mat is placed is provided in a frame whose outer peripheral edge is raised. It can stably fix the bowl-shaped cover, and has high strength. In addition, when the outside air temperature is low, the vaporized gas inside the cover forms dew when it comes into contact with the inner surface of the cover, forming water droplets, which are collected by a gutter provided along the lower part of the inner circumference of the cover and guided to the water storage tank. It has good steaming or water purification efficiency.
