された隣合う均熱板2の収納溝2aに嵌め込まれたパイプ
3間には熱伝導性のよい材質にて形成されたアルミニウ
ム製等の金属テープ4を配設してあり、この金属テープ
4にてパイプ3を均熱板2に貼着してある。つまり、金
