Since the conventional high-frequency window is configured as described above,
That is, the first and second flanges 1 and 2 are rustproof, vacuum-sealed,
Since it is made of stainless steel with poor thermal and electrical conductivity in order to reduce outgassing, etc., when high-power high-frequency transmission is performed, the first and second flanges 1, 2
In addition, the size of the first and second windows 1W and 2W provided in the above-mentioned window changes, transmission loss increases, and stable high-frequency transmission cannot be performed.

Therefore, in order to perform high-frequency transmission efficiently,
It is conceivable to provide a gold plating layer or a silver plating layer on the second flanges 1 and 2 for the purpose of improving the thermal conductivity and the electrical conductivity. However, by providing the gold plating layer or the silver plating layer, a high-frequency window is formed. There was a problem that it became expensive.

When the high-frequency wave passes through the high-frequency window, the copper plating layer 7 is provided on the first and second flanges 1 and 2, so that the copper plating layer 7 can suppress transmission loss and heat generation. Therefore, stable high-frequency transmission can be performed.

Although the high-frequency window has been described in the above embodiment,
It goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to a transmission circuit component in which it is advantageous to provide a copper plating in a transmission circuit component in which a material having inferior thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity is inevitably used.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the copper plating layer is provided on the outer surface except for the edge portions where the gaskets of the first and second flanges abut, the first and second flanges are provided by the copper plating layer.
The second flange acts as if it were made of copper material,
It has an excellent effect that it can be configured at low cost, can suppress transmission loss and heat generation, and can perform stable high-frequency transmission. Further, since the copper plating layer is not provided on the edge portion where the gasket comes into contact, the gasket has a good sealing function and has an effect of maintaining airtightness.
