る下記要件を備えたことを特徴とするサッシ材の連結構
造。 (イ)一方のサッシ材にはネジ挿通部を形成すると共
に、他方のサッシ材には連結ネジをねじ込むネジ受けを
長手方向に設けてなる。 (ロ)上記連結ネジが、ネジ頭部に連続した胴部のネジ
頭側端部を大径部とすると共に、該大径部よりもネジ先
端側に小径部を形成してなる。 (ハ)上記一方のサッシ材の縦方向の縁部あるいは横方
向の縁部の近傍にネジ孔を形成すると共に、このネジ孔
に対し上記縁部に開口し上記連結ネジの胴部が通過し得
る切欠開口部を連設状に形成して、上記ネジ挿通部を形
成してなる。 (ニ)上記連結ネジの小径部の外径を上記切欠開口部の
溝幅と同等もしくはこれ以下の径とし、上記切欠開口部
の溝幅を上記大径部の外径より小さい幅とすると共に、
上記大径部の外径を上記ネジ孔の内径と同等もしくはこ
れ以下の径としてなる。 (ホ)上記サッシのネジ挿通部が、連結ネジの小径部が
通過する切欠開口部と、この切欠開口部に連通して連結
ネジの小径部が通る連通部と、この連通部に連通して連
結ネジの大径部が挿通するネジ孔とから構成され、この
連結ネジの大径部をサッシのネジ孔に位置させて両サッ
シ材を連結してなる。

とネジ頭挿入孔との間に上記連結ネジの胴部が通過し得
る連通開口部を連設状に形成して、上記ネジ挿通部を形
成してなる。 (ニ)上記連結ネジの小径部の外径を上記連通開口部の
溝幅と同等もしくはこれ以下の径とし、上記連通開口部
の溝幅を上記大径部の外径より小さい幅とすると共に、
上記大径部の外径を上記ネジ孔の内径と同等もしくはこ
れ以下の径としてなる。 (ホ)上記サッシのネジ挿通部が、連結ネジのネジ頭部
が通るネジ頭挿入孔と、このネジ頭挿入孔に連通して連
結ネジの小径部が通る連通開口部と、この連通開口部に
連通して連結ネジの大径部が挿通するネジ孔とから構成
され、この連結ネジの大径部をサッシのネジ孔に位置さ
せて両サッシ材を連結してなる。
