By the way, in the construction of a building with a mixed structure, since the skeleton is unstable before the concrete board 2 is erected as shown in FIG. 2, a temporary material 12 is erected between the steel frames 1 facing each other. Need to stabilize. Further, in the conventional method, when constructing the concrete board 2, the frame-shaped scaffold 13 and other temporary materials must be assembled. Therefore, in addition to the labor for assembling the scaffold 13, a space therefor is required, and construction may be significantly limited in a narrow area.

In the construction of a building in which the girder wall has a steel frame structure as the girder direction wall and the span direction wall has a wall structure in which a plurality of concrete plates 2 are juxtaposed, the girder direction steel frames facing each other when the steel frame is constructed. It is characterized in that a temporary beam 6 is bridged between the frames 1 to stabilize the skeleton, and the temporary beam 6 is also used as a scaffold when the concrete board 2 is laid in the span direction.

In this embodiment, as for the foundation in the girder direction, the foundation beam 3 is erected similarly to the general foundation structure, and the steel frame 1 is assembled thereon. On the other hand, in the span direction, only the footing 7 is provided, and the concrete plate 2 constituting the wall in the span direction is directly received by the footing 7 by laying mortar or the like.

FIG. 1A shows a state in which a temporary beam 6 having a truss structure is bridged between the steel frames 1 to secure structural stability when the steel frame 1 is being erected. FIG. 1 (b) shows a state of the concrete board 2 being built, in which the temporary beam 6 mounted for stabilizing the steel frame 1 is mounted.
It is possible to lay a scaffolding board on the temporary beam 6 by using the above, and perform work such as positioning and installation of the concrete plate 2 on the temporary beam 6 which also serves as a scaffolding.

FIG. 2 shows a method of mounting the temporary beam 6 which also serves as a scaffold. The scaffolding / temporary beam 6 is a truss-shaped structure made up of a chord member 6a made of square pipes horizontally extending vertically and a belly member 6b made of square pipes and angles.
Angles (10) are projected on one side of the string (6a) in the longitudinal direction of the chord member (6a) at required intervals, and a scaffolding plate (11) is placed on it. Channels 8 are welded or bolted to the other side of the upper and lower chords 6a in advance, and the scaffolding temporary beams 6 are bolted to the steel columns 4 of the steel frame 1 through the channels 8. It should be noted that FIG. 2 shows only an example of a method of mounting the temporary beam 6 which also serves as a scaffold, and the mounting method is not limited.

According to the method of the present invention, in erection of a building with a mixed structure, before the concrete plate is erected, structural stability can be secured with the temporary beam that also serves as a scaffold, and when the concrete plate is erected, it can be directly used as a scaffolding. This eliminates the need for troublesome scaffolding frame assembly and disassembly work.
