(Prior Art) Conventionally, an extruded product of a synthetic resin has been used in place of a wooden member for a building material having a high degree of processing such as a door mounting frame. This is made from a mixture of hard vinyl chloride resin and several tens of percent of wood powder, and it is molded in the desired shape in advance, and the processing man-hours are significantly smaller than with wooden parts.
Moreover, it is extremely easy to install because it can be cut with a saw and struck with nails, but on the other hand, the conventional one has a significantly higher specific gravity than a wooden member, and the surface is hard and does not feel like wood. However, since it has a low affinity with adhesives and paints, its use is limited, and it is not suitable as a residential material.

As a measure to eliminate such a problem, the present inventors have made the specific gravity of the molded product almost the same as the specific gravity of the wooden member by adding a foaming agent of several tens percent to the above-mentioned material resin and performing low foaming extrusion molding, We have invented a method to make the molded product visually and tactilely similar to wood by removing the skin layer formed on the surface of the molded product and to enhance the affinity with adhesives and paints. Patent applications have been reached (Japanese Patent Application No. 61-165204).

By the way, in the above-mentioned molded product, a wood grain pattern is made to appear on the surface by fine groove embossing, and painting is further applied on it, but since the conventional painting method is simply spray painting, the paint is embossed. Since it does not enter into the part that has been cut, there is a problem that the light and shade of the pattern occurs and the texture of the wood is impaired.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and puts a paint into a pattern by embossing to darken the color tone of this portion, thereby making the wood grain pattern clear and further improving the wood texture. .

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention is an extrusion molding of a molded article having a predetermined cross-sectional shape, followed by embossing by removing the skin layer formed on the surface, and then spray coating on the surface, The surface is rubbed with an elastic body to put the paint into the embossed pattern, and finally brushed to eliminate the shade pattern caused by the rubbing.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a synthetic resin extrusion molding machine, 2 is a cooling machine, and 3 is a drawing machine. These are the same as those of a normal extrusion molding apparatus, and a molding die 4 is attached to the extrusion molding machine 1 so as to continuously mold a molded product having a predetermined cross-sectional shape. A synthetic resin molding material containing several tens of percent of wood powder, several percent of a foaming agent and a stabilizer, a reinforcing agent, etc. is supplied to the extruder 1, and a molded article having a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 2 is supplied. Mold A. A sander 5 is provided in front of the extrusion molding device to remove the skin formed on the surface of the molded product A to make the surface of the molded product A a satin finish, and at the same time, countless small holes formed by wood powder and a foaming agent. Reveal
It enhances the wood texture of molded product A and enhances the compatibility with paints. An embossing machine 6 is provided in front of the sander 5, and the surface of the molded product A reaching this position is embossed. The embossing machine 6 has a large number of ridges protruding in the form of wood grain on the surface of a press roll. The press roll is pressed against the molded article A and the ridges are inserted into the surface to form a ridge. A grain pattern is drawn on the surface of the product A by fine grooves.

Further, in front of the embossing machine 6, a spray coating machine 7, a rubbing machine 8 and a brush 9 are provided, and a predetermined amount of paint is spray coated on the embossed surface of the molded product A, and then the coated surface. Then, a block having appropriate elasticity such as polyurethane foam is lightly contacted and rubbed to allow the paint to enter the narrow groove formed by the embossing. Since a streak-like light and shade pattern due to rubbing appears on the coated surface of the molded product A, this is corrected by the brush 9 to make the entire coated surface uniform.
The coating film is dried and a clear lacquer is applied according to a conventional method to finish.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, the present invention is embossed by removing a skin layer formed on the surface of an extruded product of a deformed shape which is mainly used as an interior material for buildings while extruding it from an extrusion molding machine. It is processed, and then a predetermined amount of paint is sprayed on it, and an elastic material is contacted and rubbed,
Depending on the spray coating, the paint enters the narrow groove-shaped part where it is difficult for the paint to enter, so the embossed pattern appears clearly, and the rubbing stripe pattern that appears on the surface of the processed material by rubbing is a brush. Since a uniform coating surface is formed by being erased by, it is possible to obtain a beautiful product with a high wooden texture. Further, by rubbing the coating surface with a block having appropriate elasticity, since the block does not suck the coating material, there is no decrease in the coating material coated on the entire coating surface consisting of narrow grooves and the other, Moreover, it becomes possible to put paint in the narrow groove,
Effective painting is possible. Furthermore, even if there is a painted surface other than the narrow grooves, a streaky shading pattern is produced, and by applying a brush after rubbing with the block, it is possible to effectively make the painted surface uniform. Therefore, while simultaneously coating the narrow groove and the other portion, it is possible to darken the color tone of the narrow groove to make the embossed pattern clear and to further improve the texture of the background grain of the background of the pattern.
