There was a problem that it was difficult to absorb. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the purpose is to adopt a dry thick veneer and improve the surface strength, but it is easy to adapt to the unevenness of the floor surface, It is an object of the present invention to provide a wooden flooring material that can be suitably used as a material.

である。The wooden flooring material of the present invention cuts a plurality of kerfs 2 from the lower surface side to the upper surface side of the substrate 1, attaches the dry thick veneer 4 to the upper surface of the substrate 1 via the upper soft sheet 3, and 1
The lower flexible sheet 5 is attached to the lower surface of the upper flexible sheet 5 and the upper flexible sheet 3 is made of a soft vinyl chloride resin sheet mixed with heavy metals.
And the lower flexible sheet 5 is formed, and the above-mentioned problem has been solved by this configuration. [Operation] Although the surface thickness can be increased by adopting the dry thick veneer 4, the upper soft sheet 3 is interposed between the substrate 1 and the dry thick veneer 4, so that the dry thick veneer 4 is used. The rigidity of the substrate 4 is relaxed by the upper flexible sheet 3, and the lower flexible sheet 5 of the substrate 1 is easily adapted to the floor surface.
Further, since the upper soft sheet 3 and the lower soft sheet 5 are formed of a soft vinyl chloride resin sheet mixed with a heavy metal, the upper soft sheet 3 and the lower soft sheet 5 have sound insulation with heavy metal, and the upper soft sheet 3 The lower soft sheet 3 and the lower soft sheet 5 are double-insulated to ensure a sufficient sound insulating property, and the lower soft sheet 5 which is heavier made of heavy metal can easily fit on the floor. [Example] The substrate 1 is, for example, a plywood or MDF having a thickness of 2.5 to 4 mm,
The substrate 1 is provided with a plurality of cut grooves 2 from the lower surface side to the upper surface side. The kerf 2 is cut, for example, with a width of 1.6 to 3.2 mm and a pitch of 5.0 to 30 mm. The cut groove 2 extends to the upper surface of the substrate 1. A dry thick veneer 4 is adhered to the upper surface of the substrate 1 via an upper flexible sheet 3. Dry thick veneer 4 has a thickness of 0.3
Those with a range of up to 3.0 mm are adopted. Upper flexible sheet 3
The one having a thickness in the range of 1.0 to 3.0 mm is adopted. As the upper soft sheet 3, a soft vinyl chloride sheet mixed with heavy metal is adopted. According to this sheet, not only the rigidity of the dry thick veneer 4 is relaxed but also the sound insulation is ensured. become. A lower flexible sheet 5 is adhered to the lower surface of the substrate 1. As the lower soft sheet 5, a soft vinyl chloride resin sheet mixed with a heavy metal is employed. The wood flooring material A is placed directly on a floor such as a concrete slab of a building. In this case, the rigidity of the dry thick veneer 4 and the substrate 1 is reduced by the upper and lower soft sheets 3 and 5, It can be adapted to the uneven surface of the floor.

Although it is possible to increase the surface strength by adopting a dry thick veneer, the upper soft sheet interposed between the substrate and the dry thick veneer makes the dry thick veneer The rigidity is reduced, and the lower flexible sheet of the substrate is easily adapted to the floor surface. Since the upper soft sheet and the lower soft sheet are formed of a soft vinyl chloride resin sheet mixed with a heavy metal, the upper soft sheet and the lower soft sheet have sound insulation with heavy metal, and the upper soft sheet and the lower soft sheet are combined. The lower sound sheet made of heavy metal is placed on the floor surface and stably laid along the floor surface, so that the sound insulation is sufficiently doubled to ensure sufficient sound insulation. It is easy to be familiar with without shifting to the surface.
