One of two edges (11,12) is longer in a length than the other. The longer one (11) of the two edges has a curve (11c) forming a recessed portion (11d) toward the sticking plaster. The shortest distance (d) between the curve (11c) and the shorter edge (12) is 30%-80% of the maximum distance (W) in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sticking plaster between the two edges extending in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Description

The present invention relates to adhesive plasters.

The number of patients with paronychia (also called paronychia), which is a side effect of anticancer drugs, is increasing. Paronychia is an inflammation of the skin around the nails of the limbs, causing redness or swelling of the skin around the nails, often painful. Conventionally, in order to relieve pressure on surrounding tissues such as nails, prevent aggravation of inflammation and relieve pain, a commercially available taping material has been used by wrapping it around the nails (Non-Patent Document 1). ), In this case, the user such as a doctor, a nurse, or the patient himself / herself must select a taping material from various types of commercially available products and cut it into an appropriate size each time to use it. Met. Therefore, especially in outpatients, taping at home or the like cannot be continued, which causes paronychia to become more severe.

Patent Document 1 addresses this problem and discloses an adhesive plaster used to alleviate the bite of the nail into the skin due to paronychia, and the adhesive plaster is peeled off from the base material layer and the adhesive layer. It has a material layer, two ends extending in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster have parallel portions, one of the two ends is longer than the other, and both ends of the two ends are , Connected to both ends of the other two ends, the two corners of the longer end of the two longitudinally extending ends and each of the other two ends are sharp. Is. By applying this adhesive plaster so that it wraps around the skin around the nail while pulling it, tension is applied to the skin after application, and the distance between the nail and the bite part of the nail in the skin is widened, which has a symptom relief effect. It leads to.

医学のあゆみ vol.241 No.8 p.588-592(2012)History of medicine vol.241 No.8 p.588-592 (2012)

In some embodiments of the bandage of Patent Document 1, the longer end of the two longitudinally extending ends is used in order to increase the exposed area of the abdomen of the fingertip and not impair the sensation of the finger. , There is a recess toward the inside of the bandage.

Here, the present inventors have stated that when an appropriate recess is provided in the adhesive plaster, the tension applied to the adhesive plaster attached to the skin is more concentrated on the portion where the adhesive plaster is thinned by the recess, so that the tension is effectively applied to the affected area. As found, if the recess is too deep, the narrowed portion tends to stretch, and the applied tension escapes around the recess, making it difficult to act as tension on the skin.

An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive plaster capable of suppressing a decrease in tension applied to an adhesive plaster having a concave portion around the concave portion and applying tension to the skin more effectively.

In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors have formed a curved portion that partitions a recess in the longer end of the two ends of the two longitudinally extending ends of the adhesive plaster. When the distance between the two ends and the shorter end is within a specific range, the tension applied to the bandage is suppressed from being reduced due to deformation around the recess of the bandage, and the tension is applied to the skin. We have found that can be effectively added, and have completed the present invention.

The adhesive plaster of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 (B).

FIG. 1 is a plan view of the adhesive plaster 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line 1B-1B of the adhesive plaster of FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the adhesive plaster 1 of the first embodiment has a base material layer 20, an adhesive layer 30, and a release material layer 40, and specifically adheres to one surface of the base material 20. It is a tape formed by laminating a release material layer 40 so as to be removable via an agent layer 30.

As shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive plaster 1 of the first embodiment has two end portions extending in the longitudinal direction, an upper end portion 11 and a lower end portion 12, and two other end portions, a left end portion 13 and an end portion 12. The right end portion 14 is provided, and both ends of the upper end portion 11 and the lower end portion 12 are connected to both ends of the linear left end portion 13 and the right end portion 14, respectively. The upper end portion 11 includes a linear portion 11a, 11b and a substantially arcuate curved portion 11c provided between the linear portions 11a, 11b, and both ends of the curved portion 11c are linear portions 11a, 11b, respectively. It is continuously connected to one end of. The curved portion 11c forms a recess 11d toward the adhesive plaster. The lower end portion 12 is linear, and each of the linear portions 11a and 11b of the upper end portion 11 and the lower end portion 12 are parallel to each other.

The length L of the upper end portion 11 in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster 1, in other words, the distance between both ends of the upper end portion 11 is longer than the length of the lower end portion 12, in other words, the distance between both ends of the lower end portion 12, and the lower end portion 12 is the left end. The portion 13 and the right end portion 14 are connected at an angle α, and the left end portion 13 and the right end portion 14 are connected to the lower end portion 12 at an end portion opposite to the end portion connected to the upper end portion 11. The upper end portion 11 is connected to the left end portion 13 and the right end portion 14 at an angle β.

The shortest distance d between the curved portion 11c of the upper end portion 11 and the lower end portion 12 in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster 1 is the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster 1 between the upper end portion 11 and the lower end portion 12. It is 30% to 80% of the maximum distance W in. The shortest distance d between the curved portion 11c and the lower end portion 12 can be said to be the width of the narrowest portion due to the intrusion of the curved portion 11c in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster 1.

When the shortest distance d is 30% to 80% of the maximum distance W, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the tension applied to the adhesive plaster 1 around the recess 11d of the adhesive plaster 1, and it is possible to effectively apply tension to the skin. .. Since tension can be effectively applied to the skin, for example, when the adhesive plaster 1 is applied to the skin for the treatment of paronychia or ingrown nails, the effect of alleviating the bite of the nail is also increased.

If the shortest distance d is less than 30% of the maximum distance W, the adhesive plaster 1 becomes too thin in the width direction around the concave portion 11d, and when the adhesive plaster 1 is pulled, the deformation such as elongation around the concave portion 11d becomes large. , Adhesive plaster 1 is easily deformed by tension. For this reason, for example, when applying adhesive plaster 1 to the skin for the treatment of paronychia or ingrown nails, it is difficult to apply it with a certain tension or more, and it is difficult to apply it so as to widen the bite part of the nail into the skin. Become.

When the shortest distance d exceeds 80% of the maximum distance W, the concave portion 11d becomes shallow and the concave portion 11d is difficult to stretch. Therefore, when tension is applied to the adhesive plaster 1, the vicinity of the affected portion is easily deformed and it becomes difficult to attach the adhesive plaster 1. Therefore, the tension applied to the skin in the vicinity of the affected area is reduced, and the effect of alleviating the bite of the skin into the nail when the adhesive plaster 1 is wrapped around the finger and applied is reduced. Further, when the shortest distance d exceeds 80% of the maximum distance W, the area covered by the pad of the finger when the adhesive plaster 1 is wrapped around the finger and applied is large, so that the pad of the finger is exposed. In comparison, the sensation of the fingers may be impaired, and the ease of movement of the fingertips and joints, that is, the degree of freedom may be impaired.

The adhesive plaster 1 has a symmetrical shape with respect to the central axis Ax perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. That is, the adhesive plaster 1 has a shape symmetrical to the left and right with respect to the central surface of the adhesive plaster 1 in the longitudinal direction. In this embodiment, α is an obtuse angle, more than 90 °, and preferably 160 ° or less. When α is 160 ° or less, the angle between each of the left end portion 13 and the right end portion 14 and the lower end portion 12 is not too steep, and the adhesive plaster 1 is applied or wound at an angle to the skin while applying tension. It is preferable in that it can be attached. Further, β has an acute angle, preferably 20 ° or more and less than 90 °. The length L is not particularly limited, but is preferably 30 to 80 mm, more preferably 40 to 70 mm. The maximum distance is not particularly limited, but is preferably 2 to 40 mm, more preferably 6 to 30 mm. The length of the lower end portion 12 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 25 to 80 mm, and the lengths of the left end portion 13 and the right end portion 14 are not particularly limited, but are preferably 3 to 40 mm, more preferably 8 to 30 mm. ..

The lengths of the linear portions 11a and 11b are not particularly limited, but are usually 3 to 32 mm.

The base material layer 20 preferably has elasticity because there is little discomfort when it is applied to the skin. In addition, the more elastic it is, the easier it is to follow the skin and the more difficult it is for the adhesive plaster 1 to come off. Further, in order to prevent stuffiness caused by the adhesive plaster 1 in and around the affected part of paronychia, it is preferable that the base material layer 20 has excellent moisture permeability.

Examples of the material constituting the base material layer 20 include elastic base materials such as films, non-woven fabrics, cotton cloths, knitted fabrics, and laminated composites of non-woven fabrics and films. Examples of the material of these base materials include polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polystyrene, polyamide, polyolefin, nylon, cotton, pulp, acetate rayon, rayon, rayon / polyethylene terephthalate composite, and the like. Polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic polyurethane, ester polyurethane, ether polyurethane, styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer, styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene copolymer, ethylene-acetic acid Ingredients such as vinyl copolymers can be mentioned.

The base material layer 20 may contain various strength control agents widely used in the art, bulking agents such as inorganic powders, dyes, pigments and the like. Further, the base material layer 20 may be manufactured by any method of uniaxial stretching, biaxial stretching, and non-stretching. Further, the base material layer 20 may have a multi-layer structure in which not only one layer but also a plurality of layers of different types or the same type are laminated.

The thickness of the base material layer 20 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1000 μm or less, more preferably 500 μm or less, still more preferably 300 μm or less, because it is easy to obtain elasticity and moisture permeability. On the other hand, the thickness of the base material layer 20 is preferably 15 μm or more, more preferably 20 μm or more, still more preferably 30 μm or more because the strength can be easily obtained.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 of the adhesive plaster 1 of the present embodiment is composed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive for attaching the base material layer 20 to the affected area.

Examples of the pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 include rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, and hydrocolloids. An isocyanate-based cross-linking agent, a metal chelate-based cross-linking agent, a tack fire, or the like may be appropriately added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive in consideration of the adhesiveness and adhesive strength between the base material layer 20 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the skin and the pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is preferable to set the molecular weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive component to be high to suppress the penetration of the pressure-sensitive adhesive into the skin.

The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 using the pressure-sensitive adhesive is not particularly limited. In order to obtain moisture permeability, 100 μm or less is preferable, and 70 μm or less is more preferable. On the other hand, in order to obtain the required adhesive force, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 is preferably 10 μm or more, more preferably 20 μm or more. Further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 may be formed by applying foaming glue, and the coating method may be formed in a regular or random pattern such as a dot shape or a stripe shape.

As the release material layer 40, a known release material used for adhesive plasters can be used. Examples of the release material include paper and plastic film. The release material layer 40 may also be referred to as release paper.

The release material layer 40 may have a slit so that the release material layer 40 can be easily peeled off at the time of use. In the present embodiment, the release material layer 40 is composed of three portions 43, 44, 45 separated by two slits 41, 42 parallel to the central axis Ax of the adhesive plaster 1 and equidistant from the central axis Ax. Therefore, the three portions 43, 44, and 45 can be peeled off from the positions of the slits 41 and 42 so as to separately expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 at the timing when the release material layer 40 is attached to the skin. ing. Further, by having the slits 41 and 42, it is possible to prevent the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 from being touched and the adhesive strength from being lowered at the time of sticking.

Next, how to use the adhesive plaster 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3A, when the affected part 52 of paronychia is located on the skin part adjacent to the nail 51 of the thumb 50 of the patient's left hand, first, the part 43 of the release material layer 40 of the adhesive plaster 1 is peeled off. The corresponding portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 is exposed (the release material layer 40 is on the lower side in a plan view in FIG. 1). At this time, if the portion 43 of the release material layer 40 is peeled from the position of the slit 41, the peeling material layer 40 is easily peeled off. Next, the left end portion 13 of the adhesive plaster 1 with the adhesive layer 30 exposed in the portion 43 of the release material layer 40 is arranged on the side skin portion of the affected portion 52, and the linear portion 11a and the left end portion of the upper end portion 11 are arranged. Starting from a sharp corner with 13 as the two sides, the portion along the left end portion 13 is brought into close contact with the skin, and the portion 44 of the release material layer 40 is peeled off to expose the corresponding adhesive layer 30 portion, and the nail is exposed. While pulling the adhesive plaster 1 so as to relieve the pressure between the 51 and the affected area 52, the adhesive bandage 1 is spirally (diagonally downward) attached to the skin so that the adhesive layer 30 comes into contact with the skin, and finally the release material layer. Part 45 of 40 is peeled off and attached to the skin.

In the drawing, the bandage 1 is terminated at the right end 14 between the first and second joints (above the proximal phalanx) on the dorsal side of the thumb 50. The length of the upper end portion 11 is longer than the length of the lower end portion 12, and the upper end portion 11 forms an angle α with respect to the left end portion 13 and the right end portion 14, so that the length of the upper end portion 11 and the length of the lower end portion 12 become longer. Alternatively, as compared with the case where the length of the upper end portion 11 is shorter than the length of the lower end portion 12, the adhesive plaster 1 can be easily attached diagonally downward to prevent the tape from pressing the skin on the side of the nail 51. Can be done. Further, for example, when α between the upper end portion 11 and the left end portion 13 is 60 ° to 80 °, the right end portion is located on the dorsal side of the thumb 50 and between the first joint and the second joint (above the proximal phalanx). Since the 14 is attached, it is difficult to limit the range of motion of the finger, and the side skin portion of the affected portion 52 can be pulled with an appropriate strength.

As shown in FIG. 3B, when the thumb 50 is viewed from the ventral side, the upper end portion 11 of the adhesive plaster 1 has the recess 11d, so that the upper end portion 11 of the adhesive plaster 1 is linear as compared with the case where the upper end portion 11 of the adhesive plaster 1 is linear. The exposed area of the abdominal portion 53 of the fingertip above the first joint of the thumb 50 is increased. Therefore, the sensation of the abdomen of the fingertip, which requires a large amount of work, is not easily impaired, and workability such as work, housework, and operation of electronic devices such as smartphones can be maintained satisfactorily. However, as described above, the curved portion 11c and the lower end that partition the recess 11d so that the decrease in tension applied to the adhesive plaster 1w around the recess 11d can be suppressed and the tension can be effectively applied to the skin. The shortest distance d between the upper end portion 12 and the lower end portion 12 is set to 30% to 80% of the maximum distance (W) in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster 1 between the upper end portion 11 and the lower end portion 12.

Since the adhesive plaster 1 has a shape symmetrical with respect to the central axis Ax, if the affected part 52 is on the left side of the nail 51, the right end portion 14 of the adhesive plaster 1 is placed on the skin portion on the side of the affected part 52. By applying the adhesive plaster 1 to the skin in a spiral shape (diagonally downward), the adhesive plaster 1 can be applied so as to relieve the pressure between the nail 51 and the affected area 52.

Next, the adhesive plaster of the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same components as those of the adhesive plaster 1 of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1, and the description thereof will be omitted.

In the adhesive plaster 1 of the second embodiment, the four corners 16 of the adhesive plaster 1, the corners formed by the straight portion 11a and the curved portion 11c, and the six corners formed by the straight portion 11b and the curved portion c are formed. It differs from the adhesive plaster 1 of the first embodiment in that it is rounded. The upper end portion 11 is rounded substantially curved at both ends, and between both ends, a linear portion 11a, a substantially curved portion 11e between the linear portion 11a and the curved portion 11c, a curved portion 11c, and a straight line. A substantially curved portion 11f between the shaped portion 11b, the linear portion 11b and the curved portion 11c is continuously provided. The rounded portions 11e and 11f are continuous with the curved portion 11c via an inflection point. The lower end portion 12 is composed of a linear portion 12a except for both ends having a substantially curved shape that is rounded. Each of the left end portion 13 and the right end portion 14 is composed of linear portions 13a and 14a except for both ends of the rounded substantially curved shape.

It is preferable that the shape of the adhesive plaster 1 which does not round both ends of the linear portions 11a, 11b, 12a, 13a, 14a in the second embodiment corresponds to the shape of the adhesive plaster 1 of the first embodiment. For example, the length of the linear portion 11a is not particularly limited, but the length of the linear portion before rounding the corners is 3 to 32 mm. The length of the linear portion 12a is not particularly limited, but the length of the linear portion before rounding the corner portion is 25 to 80 mm. The lengths of the linear portions 13a and 14a are not particularly limited, but the length of the linear portions before rounding the corners is 3 to 40 mm.

For example, in the second embodiment, L is 50 mm, 11a and 11b are 10 mm, W is 15 mm, d is 10 mm, the radius of the arc of the recess 11d is R = 25 mm, and the central angle is θ = 74 °. When the corners are rounded, the adhesiveness and compatibility of the adhesive plaster 1 to the skin is improved, and the adhesive plaster 1 is hard to be peeled off from the skin. In this configuration as well, the adhesive plaster 1 can be attached so as to relieve the pressure around the nail 51, as in the first embodiment.

Next, the adhesive plaster of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same components as those of the adhesive plaster 1 of the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1, and the description thereof will be omitted.

The adhesive plaster 1 of the third embodiment extends not only in the recess 11d of the upper end portion 11 which is the longer end of the two end portions 11 and 12 extending in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster 5, but also in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster 1. The lower end portion 12, which is the shorter end of the two end portions 11 and 12, also has a substantially arc-shaped curved portion 12c provided between the linear portions 12a and 12b and the linear portions 12a and 12b. The curved portion 12c is continuously connected to one end of each of the linear portions 12a and 12b, and the curved portion 12c forms a recess 12d toward the adhesive plaster. Since the adhesive plaster 1 also has the recess 12d on the lower end portion 12, the contact area of the skin of the adhesive plaster 51 patient can be reduced. Also in this configuration, the adhesive plaster 1 can be attached so as to relieve the pressure around the nail 51, as in the first and second embodiments.

Up to this point, the present invention has been described by taking the first to third embodiments as examples, but the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications such as the following are possible.
The curved portion 11c may be formed so as to draw another curve such as a parabola or a hyperbola in a plan view instead of an arc in a plan view. The curved portion 12c may also be formed so as to draw another curve such as a parabola or a hyperbola in a plan view instead of an arc in a plan view.
-In the first to third embodiments described above, the base material 20, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30, and the release material layer 40 are shown to have the same size, but the release material layer 40 is the base material 20, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30. May be larger than. In particular, when the release material layer 40 is large on the outside of the ends 13 and 14, it is preferable because the release material layer 40 can be easily peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 and the release material layer 40 does not interfere with the application. ..
As shown in FIG. 6, the release material layer 40 has a slit 46 at the center of the recess 11d of the upper end portion 11, that is, at a position on the central axis Ax perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the adhesive plaster 1, and the release material layer 40 has a slit. It may consist of two portions 47, 48 separated by 46. Even in this configuration, the release material layer 40 can be separated from the portion 47 or from the portion 48 at the position of the slit 46, so that the affected portion 52 can be operated regardless of whether it is present on the left or right side of the nail 51. Can be done.
-The release material layer 40 may be provided with slits similar to the slits 41, 42, 46, or the slits 41, 42, 46 may be omitted.
-The three release material layer portions 43, 44, 45 or the two release material layer portions 47, 48 may be laminated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 so that the ends overlap each other.
-The slit of the release material layer 40 does not have to be completely divided. For example, it may be a dotted line or a form in which one or a plurality of places are left.
The configuration of the rounded corner portion 16 of the adhesive plaster 1 of the second embodiment, the corner portion formed by the straight portion 11a and the curved portion 11c, and the corner portion formed by the straight portion 11b and the curved portion c is the first embodiment. Alternatively, it may be applied to the adhesive plaster 1 of the third embodiment, or may be applied to any adhesive plaster included in the scope of the present invention. Also, all six corners may not be rounded, all four corners 16 may not be rounded, and one, two, or three corners 16 may be rounded. May be good.
An additional layer may be provided on the base material 20 between the base material 20 and the adhesive layer 30, and between the adhesive layer 30 and the release material layer 40.
-Although the above 1st to 3rd embodiments have been described with respect to the treatment or care of paronychia, they can be used for the purpose of preventing and / or treating inflammation around the nail, and particularly for inflammation around the nail. It can be used as an adhesive plaster for prevention of aggravation and / or pain relief. In addition to paronychia, for the purpose of prevention / treatment of symptoms around the nail 51 such as incurvated nail treatment, or for other taping treatments where strong tension is required near the end sticking part. May be used.
-The adhesive plaster of the present invention including the adhesive plaster 1 of the first to third embodiments and the adhesive plaster of the modified example may be used not only for treating inflammation but also for the purpose of keeping the skin away from the nail. For example, it may be used when applying a drug to the vicinity of the nail groove.
-Although the thumb is shown in FIGS. 3 (A) and 3 (B), the adhesive plaster of the present invention may be applied to the index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and / or little finger of the hand, or to at least one of the five toes of the foot. May be applied.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

After performing daily movements with the adhesive plaster attached to the toes, it was evaluated whether the tension of the tape and the adhesion to the fingers were maintained 12 hours after the attachment.
5: Tension and adhesive state are maintained almost the same as when it was first installed 4: Tension and adhesive state are maintained although it drops a little from the initial installation 3: It drops from the initial installation but the tension and adhesive state is greatly reduced No 2: There is a clear decrease in tension and adhesion 1: Tension and adhesion are significantly reduced

The results are shown in Table 1. The adhesive plaster of Example 1 was highly evaluated in all four evaluations. The adhesive plaster of Example 2 was also highly evaluated, but it was found that the degree of freedom of the toes was slightly impaired due to the large W, and the walking sensation was slightly lower than that of Example 1. Since the adhesive plaster of Example 3 was thin and easy to stretch, it was difficult to apply tension, and the ease of application and the duration of the effect were somewhat reduced, but the tension on the skin was maintained even after 12 hours, and the effect of alleviating the bite of the nail was improved. Since the adhesive plaster of Example 4 has a shallow recess, it is difficult for the bandage to stretch and the ease of application is slightly reduced, and the degree of freedom of the finger sensation is slightly impaired and the walking sensation is reduced. The mitigation effect was good. The adhesive plaster of Example 5 had a deep recess, was thin and easily stretched, and the force was released to prevent tension from being applied, but the walking sensation was excellent. Since the recessed depth of the adhesive plaster of Comparative Example 1 was not sufficient, it was difficult to apply tension when wrapped around the thumb. In addition, when the adhesive plaster of Comparative Example 1 is applied to the joints, it is difficult to move and walking is hindered (data not shown). Since the adhesive plaster of Comparative Example 2 was too thin in the recess, it stretched and was difficult to apply, and even after the application, the force escaped and tension was not applied to the affected area, and the effect of tension on the skin was not maintained and the effect of alleviating the bite of the nail was not exhibited.

2. Test Example 2
(1) Production of Adhesive Bandage Using the same material as the adhesive bandage production of Test Example 1, the base material, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the release agent layer, the dimensions shown in Table 2 of Examples 6 to 8 and Comparative Examples 3 and 4. Manufactured adhesive plasters.

(2) Performance evaluation of adhesive plaster The same four items as in Test Example 1 were also evaluated for the adhesive plasters of Examples 6 to 8 and Comparative Examples 3 and 4. The results are shown in Table 2.

The adhesive plaster of Example 6 was highly evaluated in all four evaluations. Since the adhesive plaster of Example 7 has a shallow recess, it is difficult for the bandage to stretch and the ease of application is slightly reduced, and the degree of freedom of the finger sensation is slightly impaired and the walking sensation is reduced. The bite mitigation effect was good. Since the length L is smaller than that of the adhesive plaster of Example 4, there was an impression that it was difficult to apply tension. The adhesive plaster of Example 8 had a deep recess, was thin and easily stretched, and the force was released to prevent tension from being applied, but the walking sensation was excellent. However, since the recess is thin, the sticking state is easily disturbed by walking. Since the recessed depth of the adhesive plaster of Comparative Example 3 was not sufficient, it was difficult to apply tension when wrapped around the thumb. Since the adhesive plaster of Comparative Example 3 was too thin in the recess, it stretched and was difficult to apply, and even after the application, the force escaped and tension was not applied to the affected area, and the effect of tension on the skin was not maintained and the effect of alleviating the bite of the nail was not exhibited. Since the adhesive plaster of Comparative Example 4 was too thin in the recess, it stretched and was difficult to apply, and even after the application, the force escaped and tension was not applied to the affected area, and the effect of tension on the skin was not maintained and the effect of alleviating the bite of the nail was not exhibited.

3. 3. Test Example 3
(1) Production of Adhesive Bandage Using the same material as the adhesive bandage production of Test Example 1, the base material, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the release agent layer, the dimensions shown in Table 2 of Examples 9 and 10 and Comparative Examples 5 and 6. Manufactured adhesive plasters.

(2) Performance evaluation of adhesive plasters Three items excluding the "walking sensation" of Test Example 1 were also evaluated for the adhesive plasters of Examples 9 and 10 and Comparative Examples 5 and 6. The results are shown in Table 3.

Since the adhesive plaster of Example 9 was of a pediatric size, the length L was short and difficult for an adult panelist, but the effect of tension on the skin was maintained and the effect of alleviating the bite of the nail was good. Example 10 has a length L longer than that of Example 9, and the effect of tension is maintained and the effect of alleviating the bite of the nail is improved by the amount of strong fixation. Since the length L of the adhesive plaster of Comparative Example 5 was very short, it was not possible to obtain a sufficient length for the linear portions 11a and 11b on both sides of the recess, and the adhesive plaster was not a realistic size. The adhesive plaster of Comparative Example 6 had a length L that was too long to be wrapped around the fingers and protruded to the sole side of the foot, which adversely affected the sustainability.
