Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technique for managing an endoscope in a medical facility.
In a medical facility, an endoscope is managed by status information indicating its state. The user sets the status of “in repair” in the endoscope sent for repair, and sets the status of “discarded” in the discarded endoscope. In this way, in a medical facility, an endoscope that is currently in a non-usable state (non-operating state) is distinguished from an endoscope that is in a usable state (operating state).
However, the status change from the operating status to the non-operating status is usually performed manually by the user, and the status may not be properly updated due to a forgotten input or the like. In the case of loss or misuse of the endoscope, the user can not recognize that the endoscope is not in operation, so there is no opportunity to input a status change, and the status is hard to be updated. Therefore, when displaying the endoscopes owned by the facility in a list together with the status information, the endoscope is displayed together with the status information indicating that the endoscope is in the operating condition even though the endoscope is not available in the facility. Can occur. Therefore, it is desired to develop a technique for examining the possibility of being in the non-operating state even if the endoscope is set with the status information of the operating state.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a technique for managing an endoscope in a facility.
In order to solve the above problems, an endoscope management apparatus according to an aspect of the present invention includes a cleaning history storage unit that stores cleaning information related to cleaning of the endoscope, cleaning information on the endoscope, and a cleaning history storage unit. The non-washing period extraction unit extracts the non-washing period of the endoscope with reference to the registration unit registered in the cleaning history storage unit, and the non-operating state of the endoscope based on the extracted non-washing period A threshold derivation unit that derives a determination threshold for determining a second nonuse period extraction unit that extracts a nonuse period from the last cleaning day of the endoscope to the reference date; and the extracted nonuse period and the determination threshold In comparison, when the non-use period is longer, a determination unit that determines that the endoscope is in the non-operating state on the reference date is provided.
It is to be noted that any combination of the above-described constituent elements, one obtained by converting the expression of the present invention between a method, an apparatus, a system, a recording medium, a computer program and the like is also effective as an aspect of the present invention.
According to the present invention, a technique for managing an endoscope in a facility can be provided.

"Discarded" indicates that the endoscope has been discarded.
Three status information of "under repair" (ST6), "during lending" (ST7), and "discarded" (ST8) indicate that the endoscope is in an unusable state in the medical facility. Hereinafter, the unusable state is called "non-operating state".

If there is no scheduled inspection use on the day for the endoscope that has been cleaned, the person in charge carries it to the storage room, brings the RFID of the endoscope close to the ID reading unit placed in the
As described above, the
The
On the other hand, in the statuses of ST6 to ST8, the user causes the display of the
FIG. 3 shows an example of the display screen of the endoscope list held by the medical facility. The
Status information is displayed in the status column. Information for identifying an endoscope (scope ID) is displayed in the scope ID column. The scope ID may be a serial number. The model number column displays model number information for specifying the type (model) of the endoscope. The scope ID and the model number information are information set by the manufacturer for each endoscope. The management name column displays a name added in order to make it easy to distinguish individual endoscopes in a medical facility. The scope ID, the model number information, and the management name are stored in the master
With regard to the display contents of the status column, since many endoscopes are operating in the medical facility, the status information of ST1 to ST5 indicating the operating status is not displayed in the status column, but ST6 to ST8 indicating the non-operating status. Only the status information of is displayed in the status column. Therefore, the user recognizes that the endoscope is in operation by the blanking of the status column (status information non-display).
The status column of the endoscope list shown in FIG. 3 is created only by the status information of each endoscope stored in the
FIG. 4 shows an example of the cleaning information stored in the cleaning
The non-cleaning
Here, the non-washing
(1) August 4 to 7, 2017 (2) September 15, 2017 (3) October 2 to 3, 2017 (4) October 8 to 12, 2017 Note (1) On the day other than (4), there is an endoscope cleaning record.
Here, the non-washing
(1) 4 days (2) 1 day (3) 2 days (4) 5 days The non-washing
The
Referring to FIG. 3, in the medical facility, three endoscopes of model number AA, four endoscopes of model number BB, and one endoscope of model number CC are registered. The endoscope list shown in FIG. 3 is assumed to be of November 15, 2017. At that time, the endoscope with model number BB of management name “BB-2” has been discarded.
(4+1+2+5+2+1+1+3+2+2+6+2)/12=2.58
The
Here, the non-washing period of “AA-2” is 2 days, 1 day, 1 day,
The non-washing period of “AA-3” is 3 days, 2 days, 2 days, 6 days and 2 days.
Therefore, the
(4 + 1 + 2 + 5 + 2 + 1 + + 3 + 2 + 2 + 6 + 2) / 12 = 2.58
The
The
The non-use
Here the non-use period is
Calculated as (non-use period) = reference date-final cleaning date.
As a result, it is assumed that the non-use period of the endoscope of the three endoscopes of model number AA is calculated as follows.
AA-1:
The
The
FIG. 5 shows an example of the display screen of the endoscope list held by the medical facility. The
It should be noted that “non-operation” displayed for “AA-3” is determined to be non-operation only because it has been determined to be non-operation because the non-use period is longer than the determination threshold. It is not something that Therefore, when the user confirms the status display of "inactive" in the endoscope list, the user checks the actual status of the endoscope and corrects the status display of the endoscope list correctly.
FIG. 6 shows a candidate window for status display. When the user places the mouse pointer on the "inactive" display and clicks the right button, a
The present invention has been described above based on a plurality of embodiments. It is understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are exemplifications, and that various modifications can be made to the combination of each component and each processing process, and such modifications are also within the scope of the present invention. is there.
In the embodiment, the
In addition, although the threshold
In the embodiment, the non-washing
