Claims (13)

前記装置は、前記血管の形態に対しイメージングユニットによって追跡可能な少なくとも1つの機器から、血管内の拍動性血液運動の瞬時圧力測定信号及び瞬時フロー測定信号を受け取るように構成され、
前記プロセッサは、前記血管壁の状態を示す、前記瞬時圧力測定信号と前記瞬時フロー測定信号との間の位相差を決定するように構成される、装置。 - 生物の血管壁の状態を特徴付けるシステムであって、
請求項1に記載の装置と、
前記血管内の拍動性血液運動の前記瞬時圧力測定信号を提供する少なくとも1つの機器と、
前記血管の形態学的情報を提供するように構成されたイメージングユニットと、
を有し、前記イメージングユニット又は前記少なくとも1つの機器が、前記血管内の拍動性血液運動の前記瞬時フロー測定信号を提供するように構成される、システム。 - ディスプレイを更に有し、
前記プロセッサは、前記血管壁の状態を示す、前記瞬時圧力測定信号と前記瞬時フロー測定信号との間の位相差の表現を、前記ディスプレイ上に描画するように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記血管の形態学的表現を前記ディスプレイ上に描画するように構成される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 血管内の拍動性血液運動の瞬時圧力測定信号及びフロー測定信号を提供する、請求項1に記載の装置に接続可能な機器であって、
前記機器は、圧力センサ及びフローセンサを有し、
前記圧力センサ及び前記フローセンサは、前記機器の同じ横断面内において瞬時圧力測定及びフロー測定を提供するように位置付けられ、
前記機器の位置は、前記血管の形態に対し前記イメージングユニットによって追跡可能である、機器。 - 生物の血管壁の状態を特徴付ける方法であって、
血管の形態に対してイメージングユニットによって追跡可能な少なくとも1つの機器から前記血管内の拍動性血液運動の瞬時圧力測定信号及びフロー測定信号を受け取るステップと、
前記血管壁の状態を示す、前記瞬時圧力測定信号と前記瞬時フロー測定信号との間の位相差を決定するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記血管壁の状態を示す、前記瞬時圧力測定信号と前記瞬時フロー測定信号との間の前記位相差の表現をディスプレイ上に描画するステップを更に有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記血管の形態学的表現を、前記ディスプレイ上に描画するステップを更に有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記血管の形態に対して前記する少なくとも1つの機器の位置を追跡するステップと、
前記血管の前記形態学的表現上に前記少なくとも1つの機器の位置を表示するステップと、
を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記血管の形態に対して前記少なくとも1つの機器の位置を追跡することに基づいて、前記血管内の血液運動の方向に関して動脈瘤より遠位に前記少なくとも1つの機器の位置付けるステップを更に有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記血管の形態に対し前記少なくとも1つの機器の位置を追跡することに基づいて、動脈瘤に流れ込む血液を少なくとも部分的に妨げるフローダイバーティングステントの遠位に前記少なくとも1つの機器を位置付けるステップを更に有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、前記動脈瘤内にコイルを有する前記血管について使用される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記瞬時圧力測定信号及び前記フロー測定信号は、前記血管の形態に対し前記少なくとも1つの機器の位置を追跡することに基づいて、前記動脈瘤の頸部から同じ距離のところで発せられる、請求項11に記載の方法。
