Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a programmable display, a drawing editor device, and a display / control system comprising these devices.
Conventionally, in a control system (for example, a programmable controller (PLC)), a user (operator, etc.) inputs an arbitrary instruction (for example, switch ON / OFF, etc.), and various statuses of controlled devices for monitoring by the operator Programmable displays that display data and the like are used.
On the display of the programmable display, an operation / display screen for performing the instruction input and displaying the state is displayed. Various items (various parts such as switches and buttons) are usually displayed on the operation / display screen. Also, the input method by the user is often a touch panel installed on the display. The user gives an instruction by pressing the display position of an arbitrary item.
A conventional programmable display is a user interface mainly operated by a switch. Regarding the switch operation, the operability is widened by changing the operation timing such as once pressing, twice pressing, and long pressing in the same switch region.
FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining the related art relating to the operation / display screen of the programmable display.
Conventionally, first, the user creates arbitrary operation / display screen data (hereinafter may be simply referred to as screen data) in the
The created screen data is downloaded from the
固有No.
This is to display each item constituting the screen data at a predetermined position on the display. That is, each item includes, for example, image data indicating the shape of any switch in the case of the above-mentioned “switch”. Attached information such as location information is also included. These are all generated when the screen data is created on the
Although not shown, a PLC (programmable controller) main body (not shown) is connected to the
Moreover, the prior art described in Patent Document 1 is known.
In the invention of Patent Document 1, with respect to the information display operation device, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1, 11, 14, etc., rearrangement keys RK corresponding to each key K are displayed on the left and right sides of the screen. .
In some cases, after the screen data is downloaded to the
Conventionally, when it is desired to change the contents of the screen data (particularly the arrangement of items) as described above, it is necessary to recreate the screen data on the
On the other hand, in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, each key can be rearranged with respect to the information display operation device, but this is displayed in a predetermined area (left and right of the screen) and can be placed at any position. It cannot be freely rearranged. Furthermore, even if it is called rearrangement, the key does not move, and the original key remains as it is. For this reason, if all the keys are rearranged, the number of keys is doubled (all the keys are two each). For this reason, the screen is filled with keys, which is rather difficult to use.
The problem of the present invention is that the arrangement of the item image on the screen can be changed on the programmable display side, the display screen can be customized without taking time, and the change is temporary and complete change. It is providing the programmable display etc. which can select.
The programmable display of the present invention includes a first storage means for storing screen data having position information of each of one or more items, a mode specifying means for performing at least one of normal mode and edit mode designation, In the edit mode, the item can be moved by a predetermined operation determined in advance, and when an arbitrary item is moved to an arbitrary position by the predetermined operation, the position is set as the rearrangement position. Item rearrangement means for storing information in the second storage means, and means for displaying the screen for the programmable display by displaying each item, the position information being stored in the second storage means Items are arranged and displayed based on the position information stored in the second storage means, and the position information is displayed in the second storage means. Respect 憶 that are not items and a display control means for arranging and displaying based on the position information stored in said first storage means.
According to the programmable display and the like of the present invention, the arrangement of the item image on the screen can be changed on the programmable display side, the display screen can be customized without taking time, and further temporary You can choose between changes and complete changes.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, the schematic block diagram of the display / control system (PLC system containing a programmable display etc.) of this example is shown.
In FIG. 1, a display / control system includes a programmable display 1, a programmable logic controller (hereinafter referred to as "PLC") main body, a connection device 4 that is a control target device (motor, temperature controller, etc.), and a drawing editor device. 5
The programmable display device 1 has a plurality of communication interfaces 2, and each communication line 3 is connected to each communication interface 2. The programmable display device 1 can communicate with the connection device 4 and the drawing editor device 5 via each communication line 3. For example, the programmable display device 1 is connected to the various connection devices 4 via the communication interface 2 and the communication line 3, thereby notifying instructions via the communication line 3 etc. according to the protocol unique to each connection device. The control of the connection device 4 and the state of the connection device 4 can be displayed.
As already described in the prior art, an operation / display screen for causing the user to perform such operations (switch operation, etc.) for controlling the connected device 4 and for displaying the status is displayed on the display of the programmable display 1. Is done. Various items (switches, lamps, graphs, numerical values, etc.) are displayed on the operation / display screen. The user touches the display position of a desired item and executes a function assigned in advance to the item, thereby controlling the connected device 4 and the like.
As described in the prior art, the data relating to each item includes, for example, image data indicating switches, lamps, etc. In addition, position information and the like are included (and an image based on image data is displayed at the position indicated by the position information), and a program for realizing the above functions is also included.
In addition, the connection device 4 which is a PLC main body or a device to be controlled (motor, temperature controller, etc.) includes a general-purpose work memory, a memory for identifying each control information, etc. by a device name and an address, and a function for controlling them. It is common to be realized by.
In addition, control object apparatuses (a motor, a temperature controller, etc.) are not necessarily connected to the programmable display 1 among the connection apparatuses 4, These may be connected to the said PLC main body. In this case, a command or the like corresponding to the user operation is transmitted to the PLC main body, and the PLC main body controls the control target device according to the command or the like.
Further, the drawing editor device 5 has drawing software that realizes a processing function for arbitrarily creating a screen (operation / display screen) for the programmable display (including its screen parts (items)) by the upper user.
Note that the schematic configuration itself described above may be the same as that of the prior art. In this example, regarding the function of the programmable display device 1, there is a part different from the conventional one. The drawing editor device 5 of this example is different from the conventional one in that it has a function of updating the screen data stored by the screen data on the programmable display 1 side, but the rest is almost the same as the conventional one. It may be regarded as substantially the same.
FIG. 2 is a hardware configuration diagram of the programmable display 1. Note that the hardware configuration itself may be the same as the conventional one. The drawing editor device 5 may be a general general-purpose personal computer in terms of hardware, and is not illustrated or described here. What is different from the prior art is the functions of the programmable display 1 and the drawing editor device 5, particularly the functions of the programmable display 1. Details will be described later, and here, the configuration of FIG. 2 will be briefly described.
In FIG. 2, the programmable display device 1 includes a control unit 10, the communication interface 2, a touch panel 18 and a
The control unit 10 includes a
The
In the following description, it is assumed that the
Various programs and screen data are stored in the
Arbitrary various data are memorize | stored in RAM13. Conventionally, for example, device status data collected from each connected device 4 is stored, but in this example, a “
Here, conventionally, the
Basically, the “
Subsequently, by referring to the
The communication controller 14 is connected to the communication interface 2 and realizes communication with the connection device 4 and the drawing editor device 5 via the communication interface 2 and the communication line 3 described above. The
The
The
As for the drawing editor device 5, the general-purpose personal computer includes, for example, a CPU, a hard disk, a memory, a user operation unit (keyboard, a mouse, etc.), a display, a communication interface, and the like as is well known. The hard disk or the like stores a drawing editor 31 (program) to be described later. The CPU realizes various functions to be described later by reading and executing this program.
FIG. 3 is a software configuration diagram of the display / control system.
In the illustrated example, first, the programmable display device 1 includes a main body program 21,
The
In the “normal operation” mode, each item is displayed according to the
In the “normal operation” mode, screen display (display of each item) is only performed, and the arrangement (display position) of the item cannot be changed.
When the user wants to change the display position of the item, the user switches to the “screen editing” mode. As will be described later in detail, in the “screen editing” mode, the user can move the display position of any item on the screen to a desired position. For example, the user can move (rearrange) an arbitrary item by performing a drag-and-drop operation.
Here, providing a function that enables arbitrary movement of an arbitrary item by a drag-and-drop operation in a programmable display device has already been proposed in, for example, a prior application (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2011-90650). . Therefore, although such a function itself is not specifically described here, the point different from the prior application is that the position where the drop operation is performed is recognized as a movement destination (rearrangement) position, and the movement destination position (XY coordinates, etc.) ) Is registered in the “
Here, as described above, the “
On the other hand, there is a case where it is desired to change the
The
The main body program 21 and the
The drawing editor device 5 includes a drawing
Further, a
An arbitrary screen data file 32 created using the drawing
The download process and the update of the
The display function of the programmable display 1 and the control function of the connected device 4 are communication corresponding to the above-mentioned main body program 21 and the main body program 21, which are programs related to basic functions such as display control, and a unique protocol for each of the various connection models 4. The
Hereinafter, the operation of the programmable display 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, FIG. 4 shows an example of data stored in the
The
In this method, the function of each item itself cannot be changed on the programmable display side (what can be changed is only the arrangement of each item on the screen). Therefore, even in the case of an item displayed according to the
The image data is displayed at the position indicated by the position information. For example, it is displayed like an operation /
Here, in this method, not only the item image but also a predetermined button set in advance is displayed on the operation /
Here, the programmable display 1 of this example is in a “normal operation” mode at the time of startup, for example. In this “normal operation” mode, display control is basically performed in the same manner as in the past (thus, in the “normal operation” mode, the position of the item cannot be moved, of course), but as described above The display control is performed with priority on the
Regardless of the current mode, the “edit screen”
The user of the programmable display 1 operates (presses) the “screen edit”
Here, as an operation method (predetermined operation) for moving an item on the screen, a “drag and drop” operation is used in this example, but the present invention is not limited to this example.
In the “screen editing” mode, the programmable display device 1 moves the user to an arbitrary item image on the screen (the above “drag and drop” operation or the like; for example, when the user drags an arbitrary item, When the “drag state” described in the application is entered, and the process described in the previous application is performed during the “drag state” and the item is moved)), the identification information of the item to be moved (Unique No., etc.) is recognized, and position information (X coordinate, Y coordinate) of the movement destination is detected. And the unique number of the rearranged item. And the position information of the rearrangement destination are added / registered in the
However, this does not change the contents of the
In this method, regardless of what the current mode is, the
Thus, in the “screen editing” mode, for example, when only the item “switch” is moved and rearranged as shown in FIG. 4, the “normal operation” mode is subsequently set even during the “screen editing” mode. Also when the item is returned, the item “switch” is displayed at the movement destination (relocation position), while the item “numerical value” is displayed at the default position.
Thereafter, when the power of the programmable display 1 is turned off, all the information stored in the
In this way, for example, when an item is temporarily rearranged so that a certain user can easily operate it, it is possible to return to the default arrangement screen simply by turning off the power and restarting.
On the other hand, when it is desired not to change the arrangement temporarily as described above but to change the arrangement completely (to change or update the contents of the
Thereby, the programmable display 1 reflects the rearrangement position information of all items in the
Further, the updated
Conventionally, when changing the position of an item (numerical value display, switch, etc.) on a programmable display, it was necessary to edit the screen image with drawing software and transfer it to the display each time. Convenience is improved by enabling rearrangement (adjustment) on the container side.
In addition, screen management similar to the conventional screen can be performed by drawing the final adjustment screen from the screen design software.
Hereinafter, the processing operation of the programmable display device 1 will be described in more detail with reference to flowcharts and the like. In the following description, it is assumed that the button is pressed twice to return to the “normal operation” mode. In other words, for example, when the “screen edit”

FIGS. 8A and 8B are process flowcharts relating to item rearrangement.
FIG. 9 is a processing flowchart for editing and saving.
Hereinafter, a more detailed description will be given with reference to FIGS. 7, 8, and 9.
First, FIGS. 7A to 7D show two item displays of “numerical value” and “switch”, “screen edit”
The various buttons are obtained by adding “screen edit” and “edit save” to the function of the switch of the V-SFT software which is the drawing software by the present applicant, for example.
For example, on the screen editing screen on the drawing editor device 5 side, a “screen editing” switch (a switch in which “screen editing” is set in the switch function) is arranged on the screen, and an “edit save” switch (switch In this case, the screen data is transferred to the programmable display 1 after arranging a switch whose function is set to “edit save”. However, the present invention is not limited to this example.
In this description, the “screen edit”
On the programmable display 1, the “screen editing”
This will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
With respect to screen editing, the programmable display device 1 starts or ends processing, for example, by operating a “screen editing”
When the mode is switched to the “screen edit” mode, an arbitrary item selection operation wait state is subsequently entered, and when it is detected that an arbitrary item has been selected (step S15, YES), an item selection frame (guide frame) ) Is displayed (step S16).
For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, it is determined that the item is selected when the user touches (presses the display position) an arbitrary item (here, “switch”) with a finger, for example. Then, the illustrated guide frame (for example, a blue frame) is displayed for the selected item. In the illustrated example, each item has an item name such as “switch” displayed in a rectangle, and the guide frame has a frame substantially similar to the rectangle in a predetermined color (for example, blue). Although displayed, it is not limited to this example.
In any case, the guide frame indicates the user operation destination, and when the user performs a drag operation on the selected item from the state shown in FIG. 7A, the guide frame is, for example, FIG. 7B or FIG. As shown in FIG. 7 (c), the movement follows the drag operation.
At that time, a guide frame may be displayed at a position where the item can be rearranged. All items on the screen individually have position information (X coordinate, Y coordinate) and item size (X size, Y size). Thereby, the area occupied by each item on the screen can be determined. The same applies to the guide frame. As a result, it is possible to determine whether the area occupied by the current guide frame overlaps with the area occupied by other items, so it is possible to determine the position where relocation is possible and display the guide frame according to the determination result. I do. This displays, for example, a guide frame centered on the current drag position coordinate and overlaps the display area of all other items (except for the selected item (= moving item)). The guide frame is displayed only when it is not necessary.
The above process will be described with reference to FIG.
Here, when the process of step S16 is executed, the process shifts to an “item selecting” state, and the process of FIG. 8B is executed as needed during the “item selecting” state. In FIG. 8B, during the drag operation (step S21, YES), the area occupied by the guide frame corresponding to the drag position (position pressed by the finger) is compared with the area occupied by each other item. If it is determined that the guide frame does not overlap with any of the other items, it is determined that this position is a repositionable position (step S22, YES), and the guide frame is displayed at this drag position.
On the other hand, if the guide frame overlaps any one or more other items, it is determined that this position is not a repositionable position (step S22, NO), and is displayed at, for example, a default position (step S24). ).
From the state shown in FIG. 7B or FIG. 7C, when the user releases his / her finger (drops / releases) from the touch panel at an arbitrary position, the display position of the guide frame at that time is changed. It is determined as the movement destination position (relocation position). Therefore, for example, if the guide frame is dropped (released) at a position that is not a repositionable position, the guide frame is displayed at the default position by the process at step S24, and therefore the determination at step S25 described later is NO. become.
If the drop / release operation is detected, the determination in step S21 is NO, and the process proceeds to step S25 and subsequent steps. That is, first, the rearrangement position coordinates and the position coordinates before movement (default position coordinates) are compared to determine whether or not they are the same / substantially the same (step S25). When both are the same / substantially the same, it is determined that there is no position change (step S25, NO), the guide frame is deleted without performing the rearrangement (step S27), and this process is terminated. .
On the other hand, if both are not the same / substantially the same, it is determined that there is a position change (step S25, YES), and a rearrangement process is executed (step S26).
As described above, this rearrangement process is performed by the unique number of the item to be moved. And the coordinates (X coordinate, Y coordinate) of the rearrangement position are registered in the
When the rearrangement process in step S26 is completed, the guide frame is deleted in step S27, and this process is terminated. Since the item display control in this method is performed with priority on the
As already described, since the display is performed with priority on the
The individual item display is displayed according to the position information in the list if the position information is in the
As described above, the display operation by the
During the “normal operation” mode, not only the display but also the item corresponding to the user's operation (pressing) position is determined with priority given to the
Next, the processing operation related to the “edit / save” switch will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
In FIG. 9, when the programmable display 1 detects that the user has performed an operation of pressing the “edit / save” switch 42 (step S <b> 31, YES), the programmable ROM 1 uses the position information in the
However, before that, it is determined whether or not the
After the
Thereafter, the
The “edit / save”
If necessary, the drawing editor device 5 may read the screen data from the programmable display device 1 and manage it with V-SFT software.
Each term can be defined, for example, as follows, but is not limited to this definition example.
Unique number; number uniquely determined to identify each item; position information; coordinates (X coordinate, Y coordinate) indicating the position of the item on the operation / display screen, for example, an item The coordinates of the center of the item and the coordinates of the upper left corner of the item.
Item size: Item horizontal size (X size), Vertical size (Y size), etc. Item information: Unique number, position information, other display attributes (item size, color, display character, etc.)
-Position change list 24: A list of information in which the unique number and destination position information are collected for the item whose arrangement has been changed. As described above, according to this method, an arbitrary item is selected on the programmable display. By performing a predetermined operation (for example, by dragging and dropping), it is possible to easily rearrange items. Thereby, fine adjustment of a screen, a temporary change, etc. can be performed easily. Of course, even when the screen is completely changed (not temporarily), the trouble of downloading and the like can be saved. As described above, according to the programmable display of this example, the arrangement of the item images on the screen can be changed on the programmable display side, and the display screen can be customized without taking time and effort. In addition, temporary changes and complete changes can be selected.
Also, the screen data after adjustment / change can be managed by the same method as before by sucking the screen data from the programmable display to the drawing software of the drawing editor device. For example, conventionally, the screen data of the programmable display device is held on the drawing editor device side, and if the screen data on the programmable display device side is erased / damaged for some reason, the screen data is again displayed on the drawing editor device side. Downloaded to a programmable display. Even when the screen data of the programmable display is updated by this method, it is necessary to upload the updated version of the screen data to the drawing editor device in order to realize the conventional management.
