Description

The present invention relates to a fall-preventing metal fitting using a wire or the like for preventing various types of equipment such as a building ceiling material, lighting equipment, speakers, and air vents from falling in an emergency such as an earthquake.

Conventionally, building ceiling materials, lighting fixtures, speakers, and the like have been considered to suspend the main body with suspension bolts and to prevent steadying, but are not so much considered for drops during earthquakes. Moreover, when the steady rest is used for preventing the fall, it can be used for preventing the fall only in one direction, and cannot be used for preventing a plurality of drops. In addition, there is a work of attaching bolts, nuts, etc., which increases the unit price.

Conventionally, bolts with wires 23 are screwed into inserts 22 and post-fixed anchors etc. from ceiling slabs, and lighting fixtures 16 and speakers are used for preventing fall as shown in FIG. There was not (patent document 1).

Although it is sometimes used as a support bracket for exclusive use of all conventional screw bolts, it is good to install it as one way to prevent falling because the bolt and nut are passed through the hole of the main body and the wire is wound around the bolt. When the prevention wire is attached, the support bracket dedicated to all screw bolts does not rotate, so the wire may be damaged, and a special bracket is required for engagement.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 07-240109

The conventional construction method that uses bolts with wires requires one metal fitting for each fallen object, which is good for light items with a small quantity, but with heavy items such as ceiling materials and lighting fixtures. In many cases, if the positions of the inserts and post-fixed anchors are not accurate, the lengths of the wires are different and the weight distribution is not even, the construction becomes difficult, and the reliability for preventing the fall is low.

Therefore, the present invention has been created to solve the above-mentioned problems, and in any construction using a suspension bolt, the wire rope can be connected as a fall prevention wire, and a special connection fitting can be used as a wire rope. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the present invention described in the claims. In addition, all of the configurations described below are not necessarily essential requirements of the present invention.

1 to 8 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and the drop-preventing metal fitting for a suspension bolt according to this embodiment has a connecting member 13 as a ceiling fixture such as a lighting fixture 16, a speaker 17, and an air vent. It is a metal fitting for connecting the connecting member 13 to the suspension bolt 19 when used as a fall prevention or the like.

The basic structure of the drop-preventing metal fitting is that the steel plate is bent into a substantially C shape, and the narrow portion 18, the A support piece 1, and the B support piece 3 are integrally formed. (See Figure 1)
In addition, a plurality of round holes 10 are opened on the side surface along the longitudinal direction of the suspension bolt 19 in the narrow portion 18. The round hole 10 can facilitate the bending work of the narrow portion 18 when the narrow portion 18 is bent into a substantially C shape and attached to the side surface of the suspension bolt 19.

The connecting member 13 includes an annular portion 14 at one end of a connecting member main body 13A made of a wire rope, and a retaining member 15 or an annular portion 13B at the other end of the connecting member main body 13A.

The retaining member 15 is a disk-shaped fitting having a diameter larger than at least the connecting member main body 13A.

For example, when a steel plate with a thickness of about 1.6 mm is used as a drop-preventing bracket for a suspension bolt, a pair of left and right round holes 10 are opened as shown in FIG. The narrow portion 18 can be easily bent, and the strength can be maintained.

By crimping the narrow portion 18 to the suspension bolt 19, the suspension bolt 19 and the narrow portion 18 are tightened to reduce backlash.

In the drop-preventing metal fitting for the suspension bolt, the A support piece 1 provided with the protrusion 2 as the convex portion on one side and the B support piece 3 provided with the hooking hole 4 as the hole portion on the other side It consists of a strip-like member extended from both ends. By sandwiching both support pieces 1 and 3, the bent protrusion 2 is fitted into the hook hole 4, and the bent protrusion 2 is hooked into the hook hole 4. Thus, when the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3 are tightened together, the suspension bolt 19 is tightened in the narrow portion 18, and the suspension bolt 19 is fitted with a drop-proof fitting for the suspension bolt.

Here, the protrusion 2 is provided so as to be bent in a substantially L shape inside the tip side of the A support piece 1.

The hook hole 4 is formed in a substantially L-shaped kerf shape that allows the protrusion 2 to be inserted and locked to the tip side of the B support piece 3.

When the protrusion 2 is inserted into the hook hole 4, the tip end portion 2 </ b> A formed by tilting the protrusion 2 is locked to the edge portion of the hook hole 4.

As described above, the characteristic configuration of the drop-preventing metal fitting for the suspension bolt according to the present embodiment includes a narrow portion 18 narrowly attached to the side surface of the suspension bolt 19 and one side extended from the narrow portion 18 is a convex portion. The A support piece 1 is provided with the B support piece 3 provided with the hole on the other side.

Further, the wire hooking portion 5, the detachment preventing projection portion 6 and the wire insertion portion 8 are provided.

Further, the wire engagement hole 9 and the wire engagement groove 24 are provided at the same hole positions of the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3.

Further, the wire-protecting bent portion 7 is provided.

In order to solve the problem, a plurality of round holes 10 are opened on the side surface of the narrow portion 18 along the longitudinal direction of the suspension bolt 19 in order to promote the bending operation of the narrow portion 18 and maintain the strength. This means.

An example of the ceiling structure of the present embodiment is as follows. Concrete 21 as an upper floor slab, and an insertion nut (not shown) embedded in the concrete 21 are screwed and suspended from the concrete 21. A hanger 11 attached to the suspension bolt 19 by being tightly attached to a plurality of nuts 30, 31, and a field edge receiving member 12 as a ceiling base material made of a substantially C-shaped section steel attached to the hanger 11; The field edge members 33 and 34 as ceiling base materials made of section steel having a substantially C-shaped cross section are attached to the lower part of the field edge receiving member 12 via the mounting bracket 32, and are attached to the lower parts of the field edge members 33 and 34. And a ceiling member 20 made of a ceiling panel such as a plasterboard or a control panel.

The hanger 11 is formed by bending a steel plate into a substantially S shape. The hanger 11 includes a bolt mounting portion 35 that is horizontally formed and includes a through portion (not shown) through which a suspension bolt 19 can be inserted, and a bolt mounting portion 35. After extending one of them vertically downward, it is provided with a field edge receiving holding portion 36 that is formed in a hook shape and can hold the field edge receiving member 12.

The field edge members 33 and 34 include two types of field edge members having different widths H1 and H2 in the short side direction (Y direction in the figure) which is a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction (X direction in the figure) and the horizontal direction. There is a wide first field member 33 with a large width, and a narrow second field member 34 with a small width. Here, the width H1 of the first field member 33 is set to be approximately twice the width H2 of the second field member 34.

The field edge mounting bracket 37 has a cross section of the first field edge side groove 39 of the first field edge member 33 at the lower part of a metal body 38 made of a thin metal plate such as stainless steel or aluminum formed in a square shape. The cross section of the first field edge mounting portion 41 that can be engaged with the first field edge side edge portion 40 formed by being folded back into a substantially J-shape, and the second field edge side groove portion 42 of the second field edge member 34 is substantially omitted. A second field edge mounting portion 44 that can be engaged with a second field edge side edge 43 formed by folding back into a J shape, and a female screw portion 45 made of a nut provided at the central portion of the metal fitting body 38 are provided. ing. Here, the female screw portion 45 may be formed by screwing a screw groove into a through portion 38 </ b> A formed in the metal fitting body 38 in addition to the nut.

The first field edge mounting portion 41 is raised downward substantially parallel to a pair of opposite end portions 46, 46 of the metal fitting body 38, and is inserted into the first field edge side groove portion 39 of the first field edge member 33. A pair of possible first raised portions and the tips of the first raised portions are bent outward so as to be separated from each other to form a substantially J-shaped cross section, and the inner surface of the first field edge 40 The first locking portion is provided so as to be engageable along the longitudinal direction (X direction in the drawing) and holds the first field edge member 33 slidably along the first field edge side groove 39. Is provided.

The second field edge mounting portion 44 is raised between the first rising portions 47 and 47 of the metal fitting body 38 in a downward direction substantially parallel to the first rising portion 47, and the first rising portion. A pair of second rising portions 49, 49 that can be inserted into the second field-side groove 42, and each second rising portion 49, The front end of 49 is bent outward so that the distance from each other is increased, and the second field edge is provided on the inner surface of the second field edge side edge portion 43 so as to be engageable along the longitudinal direction (X direction in the figure). A second locking portion 50 that holds the member 34 slidably along the second field-side groove portion 42 is provided.

Here, the first rising portions 47, 47 are formed so as to be inclined from each other so as to approach each other from the proximal end on the metal fitting body 38 side to the distal end on the first locking portion 48 side. Similarly, the two raised portions 49 and 49 are also formed to be inclined so that the distance from each other approaches from the proximal end on the metal fitting body 38 side to the distal end on the second locking portion 50 or 50 side.

A field connection member 51 that connects the drop prevention metal fitting for the suspension bolt, the field edge receiving member 12 and the like and the field edge attachment metal 37 is connected to a connection member main body 52 composed of a wire rope and one end of the connection member main body 52. A male screw portion 53 made of a bolt that can be screwed to the female screw portion 45 and an annular portion 54 provided at the other end of the connecting member main body 52 are provided.

With the above configuration, the drop-prevention fitting for the suspension bolt can be tightened by being sandwiched between the suspension bolts 19 on the ceiling, and the plurality of connection members 13 and the field connection member 51 connected to the drop-prevention fitting for the suspension bolt are used. This makes it possible to prevent multiple instruments from falling.

Moreover, in the fall prevention metal fitting for suspension bolts attached to the suspension bolt 19, each wire insertion part 8 and 8 formed by bending the substantially center part of the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3 into a substantially semicircular arc shape, When the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3 are tightened, an arcuate part 8A through which the connecting member 13 can be inserted is formed with the concave arcuate surfaces facing each other. The connecting member 13 is inserted into the arc portion 8A, and the upper portions of the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3 are cut into a concave shape and taken to the wire hooking portion 5 formed. There is a detachment prevention protrusion 6 that protrudes from the upper part of the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3 substantially in parallel with an interval equal to or greater than the thickness of the flat part 5A of the wire hooking part 5 and the retaining member 15. The retaining member 15 is sandwiched from above and below by the wire hooking portion 5 and the detachment preventing projection 6 so that the connecting member 13 is difficult to come off from the wire hooking portion 5. Further, a plurality of connecting members 13 can be attached to the wire hooking portion 5 by forming the wire hooking portion 5 longer than the diameter of the retaining member 15 by at least twice.

By having the wire engaging hole 9 penetrating at the tip of each support piece 1, 3, the connecting member 13 and the field connecting member 51 can be engaged. Here, each of the support pieces 1 and 3 is provided with a groove-like wire engaging groove 24 formed by continuously cutting from the upper part on the distal end side to the wire engaging hole 9. The portion 14 and the annular portion 54 of the field edge connection member 51 are engaged with the wire engagement hole 9 from the wire engagement groove 24.

By providing a bent portion 7 for wire protection in which the lower portions of the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3 are bent outwardly in a substantially arc shape so as to be separated from each other, a convex arc of the wire protection bent portion 7 is provided. The connecting member 13 is hardly damaged by the surface.

A plurality of round holes 10 are opened on the side surface along the longitudinal direction of the suspension bolt 19 in the narrow portion 18. This round hole 10 can facilitate the bending operation of the narrow portion 18 when the narrow portion 18 is bent and attached to the side surface of the suspension bolt 19. For example, when a steel plate having a thickness of about 1.6 mm is used as a metal fitting, as shown in the figure, by opening a pair of left and right round holes 10, it is possible to bend easily with fingers, The strength can be maintained.

On the ceiling, the suspension bolt 19 is inserted into a through portion (not shown) of the bolt attachment portion 35, and the bolt attachment portion 35 is narrowed by the first nut 30 and the second nut 31 screwed to the suspension bolt 19. The hanger 11 is attached to the suspension bolt 19, and the field receiving member 12 is held by the field receiving holder 36 of the hanger 11. Further, the first field edge member 33 or the second field edge member 34 and the field edge receiving member 12 are assembled to each other through a known mounting bracket 32 so as to be orthogonal to each other. The ceiling member 20 is attached to the lower surface portion of the field edge member 33 or the second field edge member 34.

When attaching the field edge mounting bracket 37 to the first field edge member 33, the first rising portion 47 is inserted into the first field edge side groove portion 39 of the first field edge member 33, and the first engagement portion 37 is inserted. The stop portion 48 is engaged with the inner surface of the first field edge side edge portion 40 along the longitudinal direction (X direction in the drawing) of the first field edge member 33, so that the first field edge member 33 is engaged with the first field edge member 33. It is slidably held along the edge-side groove 39.

Further, when attaching the field edge mounting bracket 37 to the second field edge member 34, the second rising portion 49 is inserted into the second field edge side groove part 42 of the second field edge member 34, and the second Is engaged with the inner surface of the second field edge side edge 43 along the longitudinal direction (X direction in the drawing) of the second field edge member 34, so that the second field edge member 34 is engaged. The second rim side groove 42 is slidably held.

An annular portion 54 is formed in the female engagement portion 45 of the field edge mounting bracket 37 attached to the first field edge member 33 or the second field edge member 34, and the wire engagement hole 9, the field edge receiving member 12, or the like. The male screw portion 53 of the field edge connecting member 51 that is fastened and locked is screwed, and the field edge members 33 and 34 are connected to the field edge members 33 and 34 via the field edge mounting bracket 37. The edge receiving member 12 etc. are connected. Accordingly, even if the hanger 11 or the mounting bracket 32 is damaged due to a shake such as an earthquake, the ceiling material 20 together with the lattice body 55 is detached from the ceiling, or the field edge members 33 and 34 are separated from the field edge receiving member 12. The fall of the ceiling material 20 can be prevented.

Thus, according to the present invention, in any construction using the suspension bolt 19, the wire rope can be connected as an oblique material for preventing the fall, and without providing a special connection fitting to the wire rope, This has a beneficial effect such that a general wire rope can be connected by a normal operation.

As described above, this embodiment corresponds to claim 1 and includes a narrow portion 18 that can be tightly attached to a male screw member 19 such as a suspension bolt, and one of the narrow portions 18 that extends. Further, in a state where the suspension bolt 19 is tightened in the narrow portion 18, a nut (not shown) is screwed to the bolt 121 inserted through each through portion 122 of the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3. Thus, the tightly attached state of the narrowed portion 18 to the suspension bolt 19 is maintained, and the suspension bolt 19 is reliably attached to the drop-preventing metal fitting for the suspension bolt. Moreover, if the annular portion 13B of the connecting member 13 is locked to the bolt 121, the connecting member 13 can be connected to a drop-preventing metal fitting for the suspension bolt.

Further, by locking the locking portion 123 of the A support piece 1 to the locking receiving portion 124 of the B support piece 3, the tightly attached state of the narrowed portion 18 to the suspension bolt 19 is maintained. The mounting to the drop-proof bracket for the suspension bolt is further ensured.

As described above, this embodiment corresponds to claim 5, and the screw groove portion 120 is provided on the inner surface of the narrow portion 18 as a screw groove that can be screwed to the suspension bolt 19. Since the inner surface is screwed into the male screw member, the narrow portion narrowly attached to the male screw member is prevented from sliding along the longitudinal direction of the male screw member, and the installation of the fall prevention metal fitting is stabilized.

Further, this embodiment corresponds to claim 6, and the bolt 121 is used as a holding means for connecting the A support piece 1 and the B support piece 3 and holding the protruding portion 2 in a state of being locked in the hooking hole 4. The third connecting member 13 is attached to the bolt 121, and various devices 16 and 17 are connected to the other of the third connecting member 13.

In this case, since the locking state between the protrusion 2 and the hook hole 4 is maintained by the bolt 121, the tightening of the narrow portion 18 to the suspension bolt 19 is stabilized, and the installation of the fall prevention metal fitting is further stabilized. By attaching the third connecting member 13 to the bolt 121, the first connecting member 13 and the second connecting member 13 together with the plurality of various devices 16, 17 and the field members 33, 34 as the ceiling base material are dropped. Can be prevented.

FIG. 29 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In this figure, the same parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 28 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description of the common parts is omitted. In this embodiment, the structure is such that the drop-preventing metal fitting for the suspension bolt is attached not to the suspension bolt 19 but to the bolt 131 screwed to the insert fitting 130 embedded in an arbitrary position of the concrete 21.

As described above, when the insert fitting 130 is installed at an arbitrary position of the concrete 21 and the bolt 131 is screwed to the insert fitting 130, the drop-proof fitting for the suspension bolt is made into the concrete via the insert fitting 130 and the bolt 131. It becomes possible to install in 21 arbitrary positions.

As described above, this embodiment corresponds to the third aspect, and the male screw member is the bolt 131 screwed to the insert hardware 130 embedded in the concrete 21 serving as the ceiling slab, whereby the concrete 21 The fall prevention metal fitting can be installed at any position.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
