Description

The present invention relates to a health monitoring method using a mobile phone terminal (telephone) and the mobile phone terminal.

There is Patent Literature 1 as a conventional example of health monitoring of a user (the terminal owner) using a mobile phone terminal.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-161641

Patent Document 1 relates to a fully automatic disease state report rescue system that includes a user, a GPS built-in mobile phone terminal, and an information center. In this document 1, a user has a mobile phone terminal with a built-in GPS. The GPS built-in mobile phone terminal is equipped with an external unit (software) that is set to be blog-programmable instead of hardware.
The extracorporeal unit receives a biological symbol from the user and determines whether or not the user's health condition is abnormal. The user has a biological symbol detection means, for example, an implant unit capable of detecting an electrocardiogram waveform and body temperature in the chest, and a pulse wave sensor unit for detecting a pulse group is attached to the arm.
The electrocardiogram signal, the body temperature signal of the implant unit, and the pulse wave signal of the pulse wave sensor unit are sent to the GPS built-in mobile phone terminal by short-range wireless communication, and whether or not the user's health condition is abnormal by the extracorporeal unit. And monitor the condition.
The information center is connected to a GPS built-in mobile phone terminal via a communication network. Furthermore, this information center leads to medical institutions, emergency lifesaving centers, and the like.
Whether or not it is abnormal is determined by the extracorporeal unit based on an electrocardiogram signal, a body temperature signal, and a pulse wave signal received by short-range wireless communication. Then, the GPS built-in mobile phone terminal sends necessary emergency information to the information center by automatic call. This necessary emergency information is a user's mode including position information by GPS, personal information by the user's ID, a detection signal indicating abnormality, and a determination result for it. The information center provides reports and instructions according to the user's mode to medical institutions, emergency lifesaving centers, etc., and contacts the user himself / herself through the GPS built-in mobile phone terminal to make a call for confirming the pathological condition by necessary conversation.
Various options can be added to the implant unit. For example, there are a venous access option used as an infusion route such as parenteral nutrition and a thymus access option used as a medicine input route. There is also a drug delivery option as a route for drug delivery to locations far from the thymus.

In Patent Document 1, the contact partner at the time of automatic call of the GPS built-in mobile phone terminal is limited to the information center. Depending on the user, there are various types of contact information such as family members, doctors, and care supporters. In addition, there is a problem of contact information not only in Japan but also abroad. There are cases such as medical institutions and emergency centers overseas. Outside the country, what is important together with the contact information is the communication language format for communication. When the user is Japanese, the communication in Japanese may not be understood by the other party, leading to a failure in transmitting the user's aspect.

It is an object of the present invention to freely recognize a person to be contacted in the event of an abnormality according to the user, and to communicate automatically in the event of an abnormality so that a foreign language other than Japanese can be selected as the communication language. Another object of the present invention is to provide a health monitoring method using a GPS built-in mobile phone terminal, a health monitoring method using the GPS built-in mobile phone terminal, and the GPS built-in mobile phone terminal.

According to the present invention, the transmission partner and call information can be arbitrarily set according to the user's request, and the automatic communication language for communication can be set to an international communication such as English other than Japanese even when staying abroad due to overseas travel or the like. The language can be set to enable appropriate user error treatment in overseas locations.

It is an Example figure of this invention. It is a functional diagram of a mobile phone terminal.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a health monitoring system of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a functional diagram of the mobile phone terminal. This system includes a mobile phone terminal with GPS function 3 and emergency contacts 7 and 8 which are communication partners via a communication network 5. 9 is an ambulance. The user 1 has a mobile phone terminal 3 with a GPS function in his / her back 2, pocket or the like. The user 1 has the detection sensor unit 4 attached to a part of his body, such as a hand. The detection sensor unit 4 has a pulse wave and body temperature detection function, an abnormality determination function, and a setting function. The setting function makes it possible to set a reference pulse rate and a reference body temperature value. This setting makes it possible to set for the user because the pulse rate and body temperature of whether or not the abnormality is different depending on the user. The determination function compares the pulse wave signal and body temperature signal detected by the detection function with the set pulse rate and set body temperature set by the setting function, and determines whether there is an abnormality based on the magnitude relationship. For example, if the pulse rate is greater than or equal to a predetermined width than the reference pulse rate, it is determined as abnormal, and if it is within the predetermined width, it is determined as normal. However, since the predetermined width itself also varies depending on the user, this is also an arbitrary set value depending on the user. In addition, there are users who have to monitor with the upper limit pulse rate, and therefore, the set value is a value depending on each user.

The same applies to body temperature. In addition, although the pulse rate and the body temperature detection example were shown by the same unit, there is also an example of a separate unit. There are also detection examples other than pulse rate and body temperature. For example, there are detection examples of an electrocardiogram waveform, blood pressure, blood glucose level, and the like. These include an example of an implant type unit in addition to an example of external mounting.

The mobile phone terminal 3 with the GPS function has a short-range wireless communication function with the user's sensor unit 4 in addition to the original call function. When the sensor unit 4 obtains the abnormality determination result by the determination function, the sensor unit 4 generates a signal related to the abnormality and sends the signal to the mobile phone terminal 3 by this short-range wireless communication.

The mobile phone terminal 3 has an emergency call contact 7 and 8 setting function 30, an emergency information automatic voice communication function 31, its language format setting function 32, a call switching function 33, an automatic calling function 34, a GPS function 35, and the like. Have.

The setting function 30 is a setting function for one or a plurality of emergency call contacts set by the user. The emergency contacts 7 and 8 are information that is uniquely determined by the user. For example, there are various kinds of information such as family doctors, hospitals, names of care facilities and caregivers, emergency centers, and families. Necessary contact information is arbitrarily set by the user.

The emergency information automatic voice communication function 31 is an automatic communication function to the contacts 7 and 8 set by the setting function 30 at the time of emergency notification. The emergency information to be communicated is the user position obtained by the GPS function 35, the user personal information, and information indicating abnormality (including the user mode), and the communication information can be arbitrarily set.

The language format setting function 32 is a function for setting the language format of the emergency information. The language format is a function that determines whether to report in Japanese as a native language for Japanese or a local language (for example, English as a universal language) as a foreign language.

This language format setting function 32 can be set by separately assigning multiple contacts 7 and 8 when the partner has different language formats, such as Japanese for A and English for B. . This has the advantage of ensuring emergency contact.

As for the report format, emergency information is sent as audio, but there is also a way to send it in data format. This is a case where the mobile phone terminal 3 has a data transfer function.

The call switching function 33 and the automatic call function 34 are functions related to each other. The emergency contact is realized by automatically calling the contact set in the emergency call contact setting function 30 when the automatic call function 34 is activated when information on the abnormality is received from the sensor unit 4. If there is a response to the automatic call, emergency information is sent to the other party. At this time, the emergency information is a voice that is automatically voiced in a language format determined by the functions 32 and 31.

On the other hand, the switching function 33 is a function for switching so that, for example, when a voice response is received from the emergency contact 7 or 8, the user can respond with his / her own voice. Since it is a response to an automatic call, the original user can make a voice response. There are an example in which the switching is automatically performed in advance so that the switching can be performed in advance, and an example in which the user himself / herself is notified of the voice response from the contact and the user himself / herself switches the switching manually.

The signal regarding the abnormality obtained by the sensor unit 4 and the emergency information sent from the mobile phone terminal 3 will be described.
Depending on the function of the sensor unit 4, signals relating to abnormality vary.
(1) A case in which the sensor unit 4 has a function of determining a set value as a reference and a detection signal and obtaining a determination result as to whether there is an abnormality. In this case, the detection signal and the determination result signal indicating abnormality are signals indicating abnormality.
(2) A case where the sensor unit 4 has a function of setting personal information as data in addition to the determination. In this case, the personal information, the detection signal, and the signal indicating the determination result indicating abnormality are signals indicating abnormality. The personal information includes name, age, address, blood type, medical history, family contact information, work place, and the like.
(3) An example in which the sensor unit 4 has a data processing function. As the processing function, this unit itself has a function of creating emergency information to be transmitted. In this example, the mobile phone terminal 3 may receive it by short-range wireless communication, convert it into a predetermined language format, and transfer it.
(4) In the cases of (1) and (2), the mobile phone terminal 3 has a data processing function in place of the sensor unit 4, receives a signal relating to abnormality by short-range wireless communication, and then receives emergency information. Generate. This is urgently transferred. In this case, in the case of (1), the mobile terminal 3 reads the personal information stored in its own storage means, and in the cases of (1) and (2), creates user mode determination data from signals related to abnormality. This may be combined with emergency information.
(5) The personal information in the emergency information includes name, age, address, blood type, medical history, family contact information, work place, etc., and may include various information belonging to the user.

Next, the operation will be described. The sensor unit 4 is an example of the above (1).
The sensor unit 4 and the mobile phone terminal 3 are set in advance.
If an abnormality occurs in the user 1 in this state, the sensor unit 4 determines that. If it is determined that there is an abnormality, a signal regarding the abnormality is sent to the mobile phone terminal 3 possessed by the user by short-range wireless communication. The received cellular phone terminal 3 sends the emergency information generated therefrom to the emergency contact address that has been set in advance and automatically converted into voice. The language type depends on the set language format.

The emergency contacts 7 and 8 identify an individual from the emergency information and confirm what kind of abnormality is present. And it can also respond to a user with an audio | voice. When the user is in a call-enabled state, a voice call can be made with the mobile phone terminal 3 switched to the voice call. If voice communication is impossible, the emergency contact user arranges an emergency system. For example, an ambulance 9 is arranged. Further, the emergency contact 7 or 8 instructs the user by voice the necessary response measures according to the abnormality response capability.

Various modifications will be described.
(1) The sensor unit 4 has been described with examples of pulse wave and body temperature, but other detection may be necessary for health management. Health management necessary for the user can be realized by monitoring blood pressure, electrocardiogram waveform, blood glucose level and the like. In this case, the user is provided with a plurality of sensor units for detecting them.
(2) The sensor unit 4 may be an implantable type, that is, an implant. It is used for detection of electrocardiogram waveform, body temperature.
(3) Depending on the user, there is an example in which an infusion device for a medicine or nutrient is attached. When an abnormality is determined, a treatment may be performed by operating the injection device. In this case, the sensor unit may be provided with the control function, or the control function may be exhibited by short-range wireless communication from the mobile phone terminal.
(4) The mobile phone terminal 3 is supposed to make a voice response from the contact, but if an abnormality occurs in the room, etc., an automatic switching function from the mobile phone terminal to a fixed phone etc. A response can be made by a fixed telephone or the like.
