Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box used for packaging drug storage containers such as ampoules and vials.

Conventionally, a dedicated packaging box has been used to wrap drug containers such as ampoules and vials.
For example, Patent Document 1 proposes an ampule storage box that stores two ampules. The ampoule storage box of this document 1 consists of an inner box and an outer box. The inner box is connected to the bottom plate and both the front and rear ends of the bottom plate, and is connected to the left and right sides of the bottom plate to form a partition having a base insertion portion of the ampoule or a neck mounting hole. And the upper and lower plates are folded inward toward the bottom plate, the end portions of the respective plates are overlapped with the bottom plate, and a square cylindrical partition is formed on the front and rear of the bottom plate. Is folded inward and inserted into each partition from the side and assembled. The outer box is a rectangular box with both upper and lower ends opened, and the inner box is inserted into this box. Since the entire box has a double structure in this way, two ampoules can be safely stored.
For example, Patent Document 2 proposes a partitioned packaging box that stores one ampule and one vial. The packaging box of this document 2 consists of an inner box and an outer box. The inner box is connected to the bottom plate, the front and rear side plates around the bottom plate, and a pair of side plates facing each other, and forms a holder that supports the ampoule and the vial in a cantilevered manner. And a pair of side plates that are connected to each other and a lid plate that forms a lid of the inner box. Each holder formation plate is bent inward toward the bottom plate, and the tip of the plate is fixed. A piece is fixed to the bottom plate to form a holder, and each cover plate is folded inward and inserted into each holder for assembly. The outer box is a rectangular box having openings with lids at the upper and lower ends, and the inner box is inserted into the box. In this way, the entire box has a double structure, so that one ampule and one vial can be safely stored.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-14022

However, in the conventional ampoule storage box and the packaging box with partitions, since the entire box has a double structure, in the case of an ampoule storage box, the inner box is assembled and one ampule is supported in each partition. This inner box must be inserted into the outer box. In the case of a packaging box with a partition, the inner box is assembled, and each ampoule and vial is supported by each holder, and then the inner box is inserted into the outer box. Both of them have a problem that the number of man-hours for the packaging work is large and the cost is increased.

The present invention solves such a conventional problem. In this type of packaging box, one-touch assembly is performed to reduce costs by reducing the number of man-hours for packaging work. In addition, ampoules and vials are provided. It is intended to reliably protect the box from an impact outside the box, and to further increase the strength of the bottom of the box and prevent the bottom from falling out.

The paper base P is folded and assembled, and a part thereof is bonded and fixed with an adhesive. It is formed by doing. As shown in FIG. 2, the paper base P is formed with a laterally long rectangular rear wall portion 11P having a predetermined size on one side, and one short side of the rear wall portion 11P. In addition, a horizontally-long rectangular right side wall part 12P having a predetermined size forming the right side wall 12 of the box 1, a front wall part 13P having the same size and shape as the rear wall part 11P forming the front wall 13, a left side wall The left side wall part 14P having the same size and shape as the right side wall part 12P forming the part 14, and the small piece-like adhesive piece part 15P forming the adhesive piece 15 on one side edge are sequentially connected to the broken lines 31, 32, 33, 34. Further, a rectangular top wall portion 181P that forms a top lid 18 and extends on one long side of the rear wall portion 11P through a broken line 35, and a broken line 36 on the extension thereof. A group of boxes 1 formed continuously through A horizontally long strip-shaped insertion part 182P that is inserted inside the front wall part 13P when standing, and a substantially rectangular shape that extends through the broken line 37 to the other long side of the rear wall part 11P and forms the first bottom wall 19R Alternatively, the first bottom wall portion 19RP obtained by deforming the substantially trapezoidal basic shape and the trapezoidal upper flap that extends through one of the long sides of the right side wall portion 12P via the broken line 38 and forms the upper flap 16R. A portion 161P and the other long side of the right side wall portion 12P are extended via a fold line 39, and a trapezoidal lower flap portion 171P forming a lower flap 17R, and an extension thereof continuously via a fold line 40 One buffer portion forming shape portion 201P having a composite shape for forming the neck side support portion 20R of the buffer portion 2 and extending to the other long side of the front wall portion 13P via a broken line 41. The second bottom wall portion 19FP having the same size and shape as the first bottom wall portion 19RP forming the second bottom wall 19F, and one long side of the left side wall portion 14P via a broken line 42 An upper flap portion 162P that is extended and has approximately the same size and shape as the upper flap portion 161P that forms the upper flap 16L (but a symmetrical shape with respect to the front wall portion 13P), and a left side wall portion 14P The other lower flap portion 172P and the buffer portion forming shape that extend to the other long side through the folding lines 43 and 44 and have substantially the same size and shape as the one lower flap portion 171P and the buffer portion forming shape portion 201P. Part 202P.

In this case, the heights of the front and rear, left and right side wall portions 11P, 13P, 12P and 14P are all the same, the width of the rear wall portion 11P and the width of the front wall portion 13P are the same, the width of the left side wall portion 12P and the right side wall. The width of the portion 14P is the same, and the width of the front and rear surface wall portions 11P, 13P is slightly larger than the width of the left and right side wall portions 12P, 14P. The top wall portion 181P has a size capable of closing the entire upper opening surface of the box 1. Each of the first and second bottom wall portions 19RP and 19FP has the same size so that the lower opening surface of the box 1 can be closed substantially in half. Each of the first and second bottom wall portions 19RP and 19FP has a basic shape of a substantially rectangular shape or a substantially trapezoidal shape, and one side portion of the adjacent one of the lower flap portions 171P and 172P is more than the other side portion. Are formed to be slightly projecting forward and are formed into fixed portions 191P and 191P that are bonded and fixed to the adjacent lower flap portions 171P and 172P, and the center of the tip of each bottom wall portion 19RP and 19FP. A substantially cutting edge shape (for example, a shape similar to the tip of a sword such as a Japanese sword) protrudes from a position close to the sword, and is associated with the inner side surfaces of the other bottom wall portions 19FP and 19RP when the bottom wall portion 19 is assembled. The curved portions of the substantially cutting edge shape that can be stopped are the locking claw portions 192P and 192P that can contact and engage on one diagonal line of the bottom wall 19 portion. Here, the first and second bottom wall portions 19RP and 19FP are inclined slightly inward from the long side portions of the side wall portions 11P and 13P (rear wall portion 11P and front wall portion 13P), respectively. (For convenience of explanation, one oblique part is defined as 19N, 19N.) It is slightly narrower than the side wall parts 11P, 13P and extends in a direction perpendicular to the long side part. Each of the leading ends of the lock claw portions 192P, 192P is one side, in this case, the fixed portion 191P, 191P side extends forward from the other side and is slightly longer, forming a stepped shape, and the fixed portion 191P, The edge of the lock claw portions 192P, 192P is formed obliquely on the side wall portions 11P, 13P side at the tip of the 191P, and a groove shape is formed between the lock claw portions 192P, 192P. That. Further, these bottom wall portions 19RP and 19FP are respectively provided with diagonal portions N and N on the side edge portions on the side of the fixed portions 191P and 191P of the bottom wall portions 19RP and 19FP between the fixed portion 191P and the lock claw portion 192P. The bottom wall portions 19RP and 19FP are folded along a diagonal line along one diagonal line of the bottom wall portion 19 so that the bottom wall portions 19RP and 19FP are foldable so as to be foldable, and a perforated cut 194 is formed in a part thereof. 194 is inserted to form fold lines 193, 193. Each of the upper flap portions 161P and 162P has the same size so that the upper opening surface of the box 1 can be closed almost half by side. Further, in the case of these flap portions 161P and 162P, the upper flap portion 161P on the right side wall portion 12P side has its side on the top wall portion 181P side extended at right angles to the upper edge of the right side wall portion 12P, and left side The upper flap portion 162P on the side of the face wall portion 14P is inclined and extended so that the side on the top wall portion 181P side is slightly away from the top edge of the left side wall portion 14P. The other side of each of the upper flap portions 161P and 162P is in relation to the fold lines 32 and 33 between the side wall portions 12P and 14P and the front wall portion 13P (on the side wall portions 12P and 14P side). It extends in a substantially straight shape from a slightly lowered position, and is inclined and extended in a direction away from the front wall portion 13P through this substantially straight portion. Each of the lower flap portions 171P and 172P can be closed to a predetermined range that does not substantially reach the half of the lower opening surface of the box 1 (in this case, a predetermined interval is formed between the lower flaps 17R and 17L). It has a size.

The two buffer portion forming shape portion portions 201P and 202P extend to the tips of the lower flap portions 171P and 172P, respectively, and form rectangular support wall portions 211P and 212P that form the support walls 21R and 21L of the buffer portion 2, respectively. The rectangular inner wall portions 221P and 222P forming the inner walls 22R and 22L, and the rectangular fixed wall portions 231P and 232P forming the fixing walls 23R and 23L are sequentially passed through the broken lines 40, 44, 461, 462, 471, and 472, respectively. The two notches 221 and 221 are formed in the inner wall portions 221P and 222P so that the neck side or the trunk side of the two ampules can be inserted, and the support wall portion 211P and 212P is connected to the notches 221 and 221 of the inner walls 221P and 222P, and the middle part of the neck or trunk of the two ampoules is fitted. Two grooves 222 and 223 are formed on the ability. In this case, the support wall portions 211P and 212P are formed in a horizontally long shape having the same length in the horizontal direction as the lengths of the tips of the lower flap portions 171P and 172P and having a length in the vertical direction shorter than the length in the horizontal direction. Also, the end of the two ampules on the barrel side can be inserted into the inner wall portion 222P of the buffer portion forming shape portion 2L on the lower flap portion 172P side, so that it can be inserted between the inner wall portion 222P and the support wall portion 212P. Between the fold line 462 and the fold line 472 between the inner wall portion 222P and the fixed wall portion 232P, two elongated rectangular cutout portions 221 are cut out in parallel so that the end portion of the ampoule body side can be inserted. The inner wall portion is formed in the plane of the support wall portion 212P from the broken line 462 between the support wall portion 212P and the inner wall portion 222P so that the middle portion of the two ampoule barrels can be fitted to the support wall portion 212P. A taper-shaped groove-shaped portion 226 that is gradually narrowed toward the lower flap portion 172P continuously to each notch portion 221 of 222P, and an intermediate portion of the trunk portion of the ampoule continuously to the end of the groove-shaped portion 226. Groove 223 consisting of a circular groove-shaped portion 227 having a flux can diameters are two parallel formation.

In the paper base P having such a configuration, first, the respective portions 211P to 231P and 212P to 232P of the respective buffer portion forming shape portions 201P and 202P are bent as follows, and the buffer portion 2 (the neck side support portion). 20R, the trunk side support portion 20L) is assembled. This will be described with reference to FIGS.
(1) First, the support wall portions 211P and 212P are bent at substantially right angles with the inner side faces inside via the fold lines 40 and 44 with respect to the lower flap portions 171P and 172P, and the lower flap portions 171P and 172P, Support walls 21R and 21L are formed at right angles to the tip of 172P. Subsequently, the inner wall portions 221P and 222P are bent at substantially right angles with the inner side surfaces thereof inward through the folding lines 461 and 462 with respect to the support walls 21R and 21L, thereby forming the inner walls 22R and 22L. The inner walls 22R and 22L are disposed along the inner surfaces of the lower flap portions 171P and 172P via the buffer spaces S and S. Subsequently, the fixed wall portions 231P and 232P are bent with respect to the inner walls 22R and 22L through the folding lines 471 and 472 at substantially right angles with the inner surfaces thereof inward to form the fixed walls 23R and 23L. The fixed walls 23R and 23L are disposed between the inner walls 22R and 22L and the lower flap portions 171P and 172P. In this way, the lower flap portions 171P and 172P are bent at substantially right angles with the inner side faces inside via the folding lines 39 and 43 with respect to the side wall portions 12P and 14P, and the lower flaps 17R and 17L are formed. The fixed walls 23R and 23L are abutted against the inner side surfaces of the side wall portions 12P and 14P, and the fixed walls 23R and 23L are bonded and fixed to the inner side surfaces of the side wall portions 12P and 14P via an adhesive. Is done. In this way, the buffer portion 2 is assembled.
(2) Next, each portion 11P to 19RP, 19FP of the box 1 is bent, and the box 1 is assembled. First, the right side wall portion 12P is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the rear side wall portion 11P via the fold line 31 with the inner side surface inside, so that the rear side wall 11 and the right side wall 12 are formed. Subsequently, the front wall portion 13 </ b> P is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the right side wall 12 via the fold line 32 with the respective inner side faces inside to form the front wall 13. Subsequently, the left side wall portion 14 </ b> P is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the front wall 13 via the fold line 33 with the respective inner side faces inside to form the left side wall 14. Subsequently, the adhesive piece portion 15P is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the left side wall 14 via the fold line 34 with the inner side surface inside, so that the adhesive piece 15 is formed. The other side edge is bonded and fixed via an adhesive. By the adhesive fixing of the adhesive piece 15, the assembled buffer portion 2 is incorporated into the box 1. Subsequently, the first and second bottom wall portions 19RP and 19FP are bent at substantially right angles with the inner side faces inside via the fold lines 37 and 41 with respect to the rear side wall 11 and the front side wall 13, First and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are formed, and the lower opening of the box 1 is closed. In this case, the lock claws 192 and 192 of the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are locked to each other on the inner plane of the other bottom walls 19F and 19R, and the substantially cutting edge shape of the lock claws 192 and 192 is formed. The curved portions of these are brought into contact with and engaged with each other, whereby the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are locked. Each lock claw 192, 192 is disposed between the neck side support portion 20R and the body side support portion 20L of the buffer portion 2 inside the box 1, and the curved portions of the substantially blade edge shape are engaged with each other. Then, the fixing portion 191 of the first bottom wall 19R is bonded and fixed to the adjacent lower flap 17R via an adhesive, and the fixing portion 191 of the second bottom wall 19F is bonded to the adjacent lower flap 17L. It is bonded and fixed through the agent. At the stage where the assembly so far has been completed, the assembly of the box 1 is temporarily interrupted, and the subsequent assembly and the bonding and fixing of necessary portions are continued after the ampoule is stored inside the box 1.
In the case of this packaging box B, folding lines 193 and 193 are formed on the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F, and the folding lines 193 and 193 can be folded as valleys. The buffer portion 2 is divided into the side walls 12 and 14 side, the fold lines 39 and 43 between the side walls 12 and 14 and the lower flaps 17R and 17L, the lower flaps 17R and 17L, and the buffer portion forming shape portions 2R and 2L. Can be folded on the inner side surface of each side wall 12, 14 via the respective folding lines 461, 462, 471, 472 of the buffer forming shape portions 2R, 2L. Can be folded into a flat shape, and a large number of packaging boxes 1 can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner.
(3) When the packaging box B is used, that is, when two ampoules are stored inside the packaging box B, the box 1 is returned to the box shape from the folded state, and the upper surface is Opened. That is, the box 1 can be assembled with a single touch by simply returning it to the box shape. At the same time as the box 1 is returned to the box shape, the shock absorber 2 folded in two inside the box 1 is in its original state or The first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F, which are returned to a shape close to that and are fixed to the lower flaps 17R and 17L below the buffer portion 2, are arranged substantially horizontally in the bottom surface of the box 1. At the same time, the lock claws 192 and 192 of the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are locked to each other on the inner plane of the other bottom walls 19F and 19R. The curved portions engage with each other, the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are locked, and the bottom wall 19 is configured. In this case, the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are not returned at right angles to the rear wall 11 and the front wall 13, and the bottom wall 19 including the buffer portion 2 inside the box 1 has a substantially inverted cross-section V. It may have a glyph shape, which is corrected with the ampoule storage.
(4) In this way, two ampoules are inserted into the box 1 from the upper opening and stored in the buffer portion 2. In this case, the neck portion of each ampoule is fitted into the neck portion side support portion 20 </ b> R inside the box 1, and the trunk portion is fitted into the trunk portion side support portion 20 </ b> L to be supported by the buffer portion 2. If the bottom wall 19 including the buffer portion 2 is deformed into a substantially inverted V-shaped cross section inside the box 1, when two ampoules are stored in the box 1, the buffer portion 2 is lowered from above by the ampule. The inner walls 22R, 22L are pushed back to the side walls 12, 14, the rear wall 11, and the front wall 13 together with the lower flaps 17R, 17L and the bottom walls 19R, 19F at a substantially right angle. At this time, the lock claws 192 and 192 of the bottom walls 19R and 19F are inserted into the inner side surfaces of the other bottom walls 19F and 19R, and the buffer portion 2 together with the respective portions of the bottom wall 19 and the side walls 12, 14, When the lock claws 192 and 192 are completely locked onto the other bottom walls 19F and 19R when the rear wall 11 and the front wall 13 are pushed back at a substantially right angle, the curved portions having a substantially cutting edge shape are formed. Engaged and fixed It made. Further, the support portions 20R and 20L are supported by the support walls 21R and 21L before and after the bottom wall 19 of the box 1, and two ampoules are supported on the buffer portion 2 composed of the support portions 20R and 20L. , Kept stable.
(5) When the two ampoules are housed in the box 1 in this way, the upper flap portions 161P and 162P are attached to the inner side surfaces of the right side wall 12 and the left side wall 14 via the folding lines 38 and 42, respectively. The upper flaps 16R and 16L are formed by being bent at a substantially right angle on the inner side, and the upper opening of the box 1 is closed. Then, the top wall portion 181P is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the rear surface wall 11P portion via the folding line 35 with the inner side surface being inward to form the upper lid 18. At this time, the insertion portion 182P of the upper lid 18 is bent inward at a substantially right angle to form the insertion portion 182. The insertion portion 182 is inserted into the front wall 13 and the upper opening is closed.

In this way, the packaging box B is assembled, and two ampoules are stored horizontally in the buffer portion 2 assembled on the bottom inside the box 1, and each ampule is protected by the buffer portion 2. In the case of the buffer portion 2, the bottom portion of the box 1 includes a neck side support portion 20R for supporting the neck side of the ampoule and a body side support portion 20L for supporting the ampoule side of the ampoule. The neck portion is supported by each groove portion 222 through each notch portion 221 of the neck portion side support portion 20R, and the body portion side is supported by each groove portion 223 through each notch portion 221 of the body portion side support portion 20L. The buffer portion 2 has a structure in which it is supported by the support walls 21R and 21L interposed between the inner walls 22R and 22L and the inner surfaces of the lower flaps 17R and 17L so as not to be bent, and the support walls 21R. , 21L has a spring action, the entire buffer portion 2 has sufficient elasticity (cushion action), the impact outside the box 1 is sufficiently mitigated, and each ampoule is reliably protected. In the case of the buffer portion 2, the lock claws 192 and 192 of the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are mutually locked on the inner plane of the other bottom walls 19F and 19R, and the lock claws 192 are locked. , 192, the curved portions of the substantially cutting edge shape are engaged with each other and the first and second bottom walls 19R, 19F are locked, so that two ampoules are placed on the buffer portion 2. Even if a force is applied to the box 1 in the direction in which the ampoule presses the bottom wall 19 of the box 1, the lock claws 192 and 192 interact with each other on the bottom wall 19 so that the initial shape after assembly is maintained. Thus, the ampoule is not pushed open toward the outside of the box 1 and the ampoule does not bottom out.

The packaging box B has perforated cuts 194 and 194 in the folding lines 193 and 193 of the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F. By separating each bottom wall 19R, 19F into two, the bottom wall 19 can be easily folded along one diagonal line, and the box 1 after use of the ampoule is folded flat and without being bulky, Can be discarded.

As described above, in this packaging box B, the buffer portion forming shape portions 2R, 2L are assembled in a substantially inverted U shape inside the lower flaps 17R, 17L, and the fixed walls 23R, 23L are The lower flaps 17R and 17L are adhesively fixed to the side walls 12 and 14 where the lower flaps 17R and 17L are formed, and the fixing portions 191 and 191 of the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are respectively adjacent to the lower flaps 17R and 17L. Since the whole is assembled into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box 1, it can be assembled with one touch, reducing the number of man-hours for packaging work and reducing costs. Moreover, since two ampules are supported by the buffer portion 2 inside the box 1, each ampule can be reliably protected from an impact outside the box 1. Further, in the case of this box 1, the fixing portions 191 and 191 of the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F are bonded and fixed to the adjacent lower flaps 17R and 17L, respectively, and when the bottom wall 19 is assembled, Since the substantially claw-shaped lock claws 192 and 192 at the tips of the bottom walls 19R and 19F are mutually engaged with the inner surfaces of the other bottom walls 19F and 19R, and the curved portions having a substantially chamfer shape are engaged with each other. The strength of the bottom of the box 1 can be increased and the bottom drop can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, in the case of the box 1, since the perforated cuts 194 are formed in part of the folding lines 193 and 193 of the first and second bottom walls 19R and 19F, the bottom walls 19R and 19F are formed. Can be separated along the folding lines 193 and 193, and by this separation, the box 1 after use of the ampoule can be easily folded, and the used box 1 can be folded flat and discarded without being bulky. .

In this embodiment, a packaging box dedicated to ampoules with two bottles was illustrated, but a packaging box dedicated to vials with two bottles, a packaging box dedicated to ampoules with one bottle and vials, It can be formed by the structure substantially the same as the above, and there can exist an effect similar to the above. In addition, two sets of notches and grooves are provided in each support part of the buffer part, and two ampoules are supported. However, by changing the size of the entire box, the notch part and the groove part are provided in the buffer part. One set may be provided for one, or three or more sets may be provided to accommodate three or more.

In this embodiment, an upper lid is formed at the upper end of one wall (rear wall) of the four wall surfaces, and the insertion piece at the tip is inserted into the inner surface of the one wall (front wall) facing this. However, an inner lid may be provided on the upper end of one of the four side walls facing each other, and an upper lid may be provided on the other, and the upper lid may be bonded and fixed on the inner lid.
