Description

The present invention relates to, for example, a hinge cap that is attached to the mouth of a container and can be easily detached from the container.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a technique related to a hinge cap that can be easily detached from a container has been proposed.

For example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 include a spout (cap body) that is plugged into a container mouth portion, and a lid (upper lid) provided on the hinge through the spout, and the spout has a hinge. Two weakening lines extending downward from the upper end of the spout at a position sandwiched from the left and right, and two weakening openings extending upward from the lower end of the spout at a position sandwiching these two weakening lines from the left and right outer sides A hinge cap formed with a line is disclosed.

In such a hinge cap, when the hinge is pulled down together with the lid body with respect to the spout, the two weakening lines are separated from the upper end side to the lower end. Thereafter, when the hinge is pulled up with respect to the spout, and the two weakened opening lines are cut from the lower end side to the upper end, the spout is easily detached from the container mouth.

特開2002−154567号公報JP 2002-154567 A 特開2003−72807号公報JP 2003-72807 A

However, in the hinge cap, the two weakening lines do not reach the lower end of the spout, and the lower end of each weakening line is separated from the lower end of each weakening opening line. Therefore, when the hinge is pulled up after each weakening line is cut off, the force for pulling up is the lower end of each weakening opening line (the part that becomes the starting point of the opening of the weakening opening line accompanying the pulling up of the hinge) ) Is not efficiently converted into a force for breaking, and a large force is required to separate the weakened opening line.

Even so, if the lower end of each weakening line is extended to the lower end of the spout, the hinge will be separated from the spout when the two weakening lines are completely cut off. The hinge can no longer be used to cut off the weakened opening line. Therefore, the lower end of each weakening line must be located somewhat above the lower end of the spout.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned matters, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hinge cap capable of facilitating and ensuring separation from the container mouth.

In order to achieve the above object, a hinge cap according to the present invention comprises:
A cap body having an outer fitting wall that is fitted to the container mouth;
An upper lid connected to the outer fitting wall via a hinge portion;
A dividing groove extending downward from the upper surface side of the outer fitting wall so as to divide the outer fitting wall into an outer wall portion and an inner wall portion, and not reaching the lower surface of the outer fitting wall;
Two vertical holes extending upward from the lower surface of the outer fitting wall so as to pass through the inside of the outer fitting wall and connected to the dividing groove are provided,
The outer weakened portion formed from the vertical hole to the outer surface of the outer fitting wall extends upward from the lower end of the outer surface, and the inner weakened portion formed from the vertical hole to the inner surface of the outer fitting wall is the inner surface. Extending upward from the lower end of the
The hinge portion is connected to the outer wall portion located between the two vertical holes (Claim 1).

In the hinge cap, a portion in which an upper weakening portion that is linked to the inner weakening portion and extends away from the hinge portion is connected inward from an upper portion of the outer fitting wall in the cap body or the outer fitting wall It may be provided in the upper part (claim 2).

In the hinge cap, an engagement protrusion that engages with the container mouth portion is provided on the inner surface side of the outer fitting wall, and the engagement protrusion is not provided at a position corresponding to the inside of the vertical hole. (Claim 3).

In the hinge cap, the vertical hole may be a through-hole penetrating the outer fitting wall up and down (Claim 4).

In the hinge cap, a drain hole extending upward from a lower end of the outer fitting wall and communicating with the dividing groove may be provided separately from the vertical hole (Claim 5). It is preferable that the bottom of the dividing groove is inclined so as to become lower toward the vertical hole or the drain hole (Claim 6).

In the invention which concerns on Claims 1-6, the hinge cap which can aim at the easy and reliable removal from a container opening part is obtained.

That is, in the inventions according to claims 1 to 6, since the outer weakened portion and the inner weakened portion each reach the lower end of the outer fitting wall, after pulling the upper lid downward to break the outer weakened portion, the upper lid is moved upward. When the inner weakened portion is ruptured by pulling on, the force for pulling the upper lid upward is efficiently converted into the force for rupturing the lower end of the inner weakened portion (the site that is the break starting point of the inner weakened portion). Therefore, the force required for the work of breaking the inner weakened part (the work that becomes a neck in the hinge caps described in Patent Documents 1 and 2) is reduced, and as a result, the work of removing the hinge cap from the container mouth part from the beginning to the end. It can be done easily with a small force. In the inventions according to claims 1 to 6, even when water intrudes into the vertical hole or the dividing groove by water washing or shower cooling of the hinge cap, the water is extracted from the vertical hole opened at the lower end of the external fitting wall and dried. Can also be made sufficient.

Further, in the inventions according to claims 1 to 6, the cap body can be detached from the container mouth if the breakage of each inner weakened part proceeds to some extent after the breakage of each outer weakened part. In such an invention, after the break of the inner weakened part is advanced to its upper end, when the upper lid is pulled in the direction opposite to the hinge part, the two upper weakened parts extending in the direction away from the hinge part are broken, so far When the breakage is advanced, the cap body can be detached from the container mouth with a very small force. That is, in the invention according to claim 2, it is easier to remove the hinge cap from the container mouth.

In the invention according to claim 3, since the inner weakened portion is not interrupted by the engaging protrusion, the operation of detaching the hinge cap from the container mouth portion by the breakage of the inner weakened portion can be reliably performed.

In the invention according to claim 4, the outer weakened portion can be extended from the upper end to the lower end of the outer surface of the outer fitting wall, and the force required for the breaking operation of the outer weakened portion performed before the inner weakened portion breaking operation is reduced, and consequently The entire operation of removing the hinge cap from the container mouth can be easily performed with a small force.

In the inventions according to claims 5 and 6, even when water intrudes into the vertical holes and the dividing grooves by washing the hinge cap with water or shower cooling, the water drain holes are provided separately from the vertical holes as well as the vertical holes. In particular, in the invention according to claim 6, the water that has entered the vertical hole and the dividing groove can be guided to the vertical hole and the drain hole by the inclination provided at the bottom of the dividing groove and discharged. Therefore, it becomes more advantageous in terms of drainage.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The hinge cap according to the present embodiment is attached (plugged) to the mouth of a container which is a synthetic resin container such as a glass bottle or a plastic bottle, for example, as shown in FIGS. A main body 1 and an upper lid 3 connected (connected) to the cap main body 1 via a hinge portion 2 are provided. Moreover, the hinge cap of this form is provided with the symmetrical structure forward and backward as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.3.

The cap body 1 is attached and fixed to a substantially cylindrical container mouth portion, and has a substantially cylindrical outer fitting wall 4 that is externally fitted to the container mouth portion for the attachment and fixing. An engagement protrusion 6 is provided on the peripheral wall (inner surface side) to be engaged with the engaged portion 5 (see FIG. 9B) on the outer peripheral wall of the container mouth (see FIGS. 2 and 3).

The cap body 1 also has a substantially cylindrical inner fitting wall 7 fitted into the container mouth portion and a lower portion of the inner fitting wall 7 so as to close the container mouth portion while being attached and fixed to the container mouth portion. It has a closed wall 8 that is connected and closes the container mouth (see FIG. 2). That is, in the cap main body 1, the container mouth portion is fitted in a substantially annular space formed between the outer fitting wall 4 and the inner fitting wall 7, and the engagement protrusion 6 engages with the fitted container mouth portion. The cap body 1 is securely fixed to the container mouth.

In the closing wall 8 of the cap body 1, an endless continuous score 9 (see FIGS. 2 and 3) and an extraction opening 8 a (see FIG. 7A) can be easily formed. A score-breaking tab ring 10 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) connected to a portion surrounded by the score 9 is provided. When the tab ring 10 is pulled and the score 9 is broken, a pouring opening 8a is formed in the closing wall 8. The container is kept sealed until the pouring opening 8a is formed. The contents of the container poured out from the formed dispensing opening 8a are substantially semi-cylindrical dispensing guide 11 provided on the upper part of the inner fitting wall 7 (see FIGS. 1 and 2). )

With respect to such a cap main body 1, the upper lid 3 rotates around the hinge portion 2 as an axis, contacts the cap main body 1 from above and covers the blocking wall 8, and separates from the cap main body 1 to the blocking wall 8. It will be in the open state which does not prevent the extraction of the content from the formed extraction opening 8a. Here, a concave groove 12 (see FIG. 2) provided on the inner peripheral surface side of the outer peripheral wall of the upper lid 3 and an outer fitting wall in the cap body 1 so that the closed state of the upper lid 3 is held with an appropriate force. 4 and a projection 14 having a substantially arcuate shape in a plan view provided on the outer peripheral surface side of a cylindrical portion 13 extending upward from a bridge portion B (see FIGS. 2 and 3) connecting the inner fitting wall 4 and the inner fitting wall 7. 2) is engaged when the upper lid 3 is in a closed state. Moreover, the open state of the upper cover 3 is hold | maintained by the two band parts 2a provided in the both sides of the hinge part 2 (refer FIGS. 1-3).

An annular wall 15 (see FIG. 1 and FIG. 2) that is in close contact with the inner surface of the inner fitting wall 7 of the cap body 1 when the upper lid 3 is in a closed state is connected to the top wall of the upper lid 3. Even after the pouring opening 8a is formed in the closing wall 8 of the main body 1, the sealing performance of the container is ensured when the upper lid 3 is in the closed state.

In addition, in order to facilitate the operation of opening the upper lid 3 in the closed state, the upper lid 3 is provided with a collar portion 16 on the opposite side of the upper lid 3 from the portion where the hinge portion 2 is connected (see FIGS. 1 to 3). Further, a missing portion 17 for making it easy to put a finger on the collar portion 16 is provided on the opposite side of the outer fitting wall 4 of the cap body 1 from the portion where the hinge portion 2 is continuously provided (FIG. 1). FIG. 2).

And the hinge cap of this form can be easily detached (removed) from the container mouth by the procedure shown in FIGS. The structure for the separation and the contents of the separation work will be described next. In FIGS. 7 to 9, the tab ring 10 is shown assuming that, after the contents of the container are completely consumed, for example, the hinge cap is removed from the container mouth portion for separation and disposal. Although the removal opening 8a is formed in the closed wall 8 after being removed, the hinge cap removal operation itself should be performed even when the score 9 is not broken and the dispensing opening 8a is not formed. Can do.

The outer fitting wall 4 of the cap body 1 extends downward from the upper surface side of the outer fitting wall 4 so as to divide the outer fitting wall 4 into an outer wall portion 4a and an inner wall portion 4b. A split groove 18 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) that does not reach, and two vertical holes 19 (continuous to the split groove 18 and extending upward from the lower surface of the outer fitting wall 4 so as to pass through the inside of the outer fitting wall 4 1 and 3).

As shown in FIG. 1, the dividing groove 18 includes a center dividing groove 18 </ b> A sandwiched between the two vertical holes 19, and the left and right sides of the center dividing groove 18 </ b> A via the two vertical holes 19 in a direction away from the hinge portion 2. It consists of two side dividing grooves 18B extending.

As shown in FIG. 5, each vertical hole 19 forms an outer weakened portion (thin wall portion) 20 from the vertical hole 19 to the outer surface of the outer fitting wall 4, and the inner side from the vertical hole 19 to the inner surface of the outer fitting wall 4. It is comprised so that the weakening part (thin wall part) 21 may be formed, and the vertical hole 19 of this form is carrying out the cross-sectional view substantially rectangular shape. The vertical hole 19 is formed as a through-hole penetrating the outer fitting wall 4 up and down, and the outer weakened portion 20 and the inner weakened portion 21 extend upward from the lower ends of the outer surface and the inner surface of the outer fitted wall 4 respectively. The weakened portion 20 reaches the upper end of the outer surface of the outer fitting wall 4.

As described above, the engagement protrusion 6 is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the outer fitting wall 4 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). The engagement protrusion 6 is located at a position corresponding to the inside of each vertical hole 19. Is not provided. Therefore, the inner weakened portion 21 continues from the lower end to the upper end of the inner surface of the outer fitting wall 4 and is not interrupted by the engaging protrusion 6.

The hinge portion 2 is connected to the outer wall portion 4a that is located between the two vertical holes 19 (outside the center dividing groove 18A). Accordingly, after the upper lid 3 is opened as shown in FIGS. 6 (A) and 6 (B), when the upper lid 3 is pulled downward, as shown in FIGS. 7 (A) and (B), A substantially entire outer wall portion 4a located between the two vertical holes 19 is rotated about a connecting portion of the outer wall portion 4a and an inner wall portion 4b located inside the outer wall portion 4a. In accordance with this movement, the two outer weakened portions 20 are broken downward from the upper end, and finally the outer weakened portion 20 is broken to its lower end.

Since the outer weakened portions 20 extend from the upper end to the lower end of the outer surface of the outer fitting wall 4, the outer weakened portions 20 can be easily broken with a small force.

Here, even after the two outer weakened portions 20 are completely broken, the outer wall portion 4a and the inner wall portion 4b located between the two vertical holes 19 are firmly connected to each other at their lower portions. As shown, the depth of the center dividing groove 18A is adjusted. That is, if the center dividing groove 18A extends too close to the lower surface of the outer fitting wall 4, the outer wall portion 4a may be separated from the inner wall portion 4b when each outer weakened portion 20 is completely broken. is there. On the other hand, if the center dividing groove 18A is too shallow, for example, only the upper part of the outer wall part 4a only rotates around the center part of the outer wall part 4a, and the outer weakened part 20 does not break well to its lower end. In this embodiment, the center separating groove 18A extends to a lower side than the top of the engaging protrusion 6 in the present embodiment.

If each outer weakening part 20 fractures | ruptures to a lower end as mentioned above, this time, as shown to FIG. 8 (A) and (B), the upper cover 3 is pulled upwards. As a result, substantially the entire inner wall portion 4b located between the two vertical holes 19 is centered on the upper portion of the inner wall portion 4b (or inside the inner wall portion 4b and the inner wall portion 4b). The two inner weakened portions 21 are broken upward from the lower end along with the movement. The inner wall portion 4b located between the two vertical holes 19 is connected to the inner fitting wall 7 on the inner side by a bridge portion B (see FIG. 2). Even if the portion 21 is completely broken to its upper end, it is not separated from the bridge portion B.

In this embodiment, since the outer weakened portion 20 and the inner weakened portion 21 reach the lower end of the outer fitting wall 4, respectively, as shown in FIGS. 7 (A) and 7 (B), the upper lid 3 is pulled downward to form the outer weakened portion. When the upper lid 3 is pulled upward and the inner weakened portion 21 is broken as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the force pulling the upper lid 3 upward is applied to the lower end of the inner weakened portion 21. It is efficiently converted into a force that breaks (the site that becomes the breaking start point of the inner weakened portion 21). Therefore, a large force is not required to break the inner weakened portion 21.

And if the break of each inner weakened part 21 advances to some extent, the cap main body 1 can be detached from the container mouth part. However, in this embodiment, after the breakage of the inner weakened part 21 is advanced to its upper end, FIG. As shown in B), when the upper lid 3 is pulled in the direction opposite to the hinge portion 2, the upper weakened portion 22 that links to the inner weakened portion 21 (links) and extends away from the hinge portion 2 is broken. If the breakage is advanced so far, the cap body 1 can be detached from the container mouth portion with a very small force.

Here, each upper weakening portion 22 is formed from the upper portion of the inner peripheral portion of the outer fitting wall 4 as apparent from a comparison between FIG. 5 and the portion corresponding to FIG. 5 in FIG. This is a thin portion (or slit) formed on the upper side (or outside) of the notch portion (missing portion) 23 provided over the bridge portion B connecting the upper portion and the inner fitting wall 7. That is, each upper weakened portion 22 is formed by cutting out the upper inner peripheral portion of the outer fitting wall 4 and the outer peripheral portion of the bridge portion B, and the bridge portion B (in the cap body 1) It is provided at either the portion that is connected inward from the upper portion of the outer fitting wall 4 or the upper portion of the outer fitting wall 4 (including the boundary portion between the outer fitting wall 4 and the bridge portion B). And the two notch parts 23 provided in order to form each upper weakening part 22 are the inner peripheral surfaces of the outer fitting wall 4 from the position corresponding to the inner side of each vertical hole 19, as shown by the oblique line in FIG. Are extended away from the hinge portion 2 and are interrupted near the positions closest to the front and rear of the cap body 1 respectively.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9B, when the upper lid 3 is pulled in the direction opposite to the hinge portion 2 and the two upper weakened portions 22 are broken, the cap body 1 is in the state shown in FIG. 9A. In FIG. 9A, in order to show the cap body 1 in a state where each upper weakened portion 22 is broken, the upper lid 3 is somewhat returned from the position shown in FIG. 9B to the hinge portion 2 side. It is as a state.

In this embodiment, when the container is filled with the content liquid (content), the content liquid is set to a high temperature (85 ° C. to 92 ° C.) for sterilization, and after capping, shower cooling is performed using a large amount of water. At this time, when water reaches the upper surface of the blocking wall 8 where the dispensing opening 8a is to be formed, the cylindrical portion 13 of the cap body 1 and the concave groove 12 that engages with the cylindrical portion 13 are used. This is prevented by the peripheral wall of the upper lid 3 having water, but water enters the dividing groove 18 outside the cylindrical portion 13. However, in this embodiment, the bottom (lower end) of each side dividing groove 18B is inclined to be lowered toward each vertical hole 19 (see FIG. 2), so that the water entering the side dividing groove 18B is externally fitted. It can be extracted from a vertical hole 19 that opens in the lower surface of the wall 4. It should be noted that the same effect can be obtained if the bottom of the center dividing groove 18A is inclined downward toward the vertical hole 19.

In this embodiment, a stopper wall 24 that contacts the tip of the cylindrical portion 13 of the cap body 1 when the upper lid 3 is in a closed state is provided on the inner peripheral side of the peripheral wall of the upper lid 3 on the hinge portion 2 side. (See FIGS. 1 and 2). Therefore, even when an external force from above is applied to the upper lid 3 when the upper lid 3 is in the closed state, the annular wall 15 of the upper lid 3 is pushed by the external force to break the score 9 or is weakened outside. The deformation of the upper lid 3 such that the portion 20 and the inner weakened portion 21 are broken is effectively prevented.

A large force is not required from the beginning to the end for the operation of removing the hinge cap of this embodiment from the container mouth. On the other hand, in the hinge caps described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, as described above, a particularly large force is required when the hinge is pulled upward and each weakened opening line is broken from the lower end side. Therefore, in order to confirm this, a conventional hinge cap in which two weakening lines and two weakening opening lines that the hinge caps described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have in common are formed. A test was conducted comparing the hinge cap.

Specifically, for a conventional hinge cap, a hinge cap in which two weakening lines are completely broken is prepared, and the upper lid (lid body) in this state is pulled upward, The force required to break the weakened opening line and remove the hinge cap from the container mouth was measured with a strograph. Further, for the hinge cap of this embodiment, a hinge cap in which the two outer weakened portions 20 are completely broken is prepared, and the upper lid 3 of the hinge cap in this state is pulled upward, so that the two inner weakened portions are The force required for breaking the hinge 21 and removing the hinge cap from the container mouth was measured with a strograph. The conventional hinge cap and the hinge cap of this embodiment are both made of linear low density (LLD) polyethylene.

From the above test, the force required for the conventional hinge cap is 37.1N, whereas the force required for the hinge cap of this embodiment is 28.6N. It has been found that the force required to remove the hinge cap from the container mouth can be very small.

The hinge cap of this embodiment can be manufactured by appropriately selecting a material capable of having the above-described configuration and each required function. For example, polyethylene (low density, medium density, high density, linear low Density) and various synthetic resins such as polypropylene can be used. Moreover, the hinge cap of this form can be manufactured so that the dividing groove 18 and the vertical hole 19 are provided by integral molding, for example.

In addition, this invention is not limited to said embodiment at all, Of course, it can change and implement variously in the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention. For example, the following modifications can be given.

In order to improve water drainage, in addition to the two vertical holes 19, a water drain hole 25 extending upward from the lower end of the outer fitting wall 4 and communicating with the dividing groove 18 (see FIGS. 10 and 11). May be provided in an appropriate position at an appropriate number (for example, 2 to 6). 10 and 11 show an example in which two drain holes 25 are provided in each side dividing groove 18B. However, the drain holes 25 may be provided in the center dividing groove 18A. Moreover, when providing the drain hole 25, if the inclination which becomes low toward the vertical hole 19 or the drain hole 25 is given to the bottom (lower end) of the parting groove | channel 18 (18A, 18B), in terms of the improvement of drainage property. Needless to say, it is more advantageous. Of course, when the drain hole 25 is not provided, the same effect can be obtained if the bottom (lower end) of the dividing groove 18 (18A, 18B) is inclined toward the vertical hole 19.

Each side dividing groove 18B may be shorter or longer than the example shown in FIG. 1. For example, two side dividing grooves 18B may be connected to form one side dividing groove. However, as shown in FIG. 12, both the side dividing grooves 18B may be eliminated, or only one of the two side dividing grooves 18B may be provided.

The upper ends of the dividing grooves 18 and the vertical holes 19 may be closed by thin portions that can be easily broken. In this case, it is possible to prevent water from entering the dividing grooves 18 and the vertical holes 19 from above.

The notch 23 for forming each upper weakened part 22 may be longer or shorter than the example shown in FIG. 4, and the notch 23 may not be provided.

Needless to say, the configurations according to the above modifications may be combined as appropriate.
