Abstract
Description
本願は、2008年2月25日に出願にされた米国特許仮出願第61/031,266号(発明の名称:Infundibular Reducer and Related Devices)の優先権主張出願であり、この米国特許仮出願を参照により引用し、その記載内容全体を本明細書の一部とする。
本発明の幾つかの実施形態の利点は、カテーテルを通ってこのような器具を所望の解剖学的部位に運搬することができ、このような器具は、これらの拡張のためのバルーンを必要としないで拡張可能であるということにある。バルーンを用いないで器具を運搬することは、運搬システムの嵩張りを最小限に抑え、それにより、器具の容易な挿入及び取り出しが可能になる。
Claims (29)
- 人工弁組立体であって、
拡張して生まれつきの体内管腔の壁に当接するよう構成された半径方向拡張型ステントと、
直径を備えた移植型人工弁と、を備え、
前記人工弁は、前記ステントの内側に設けられ、
前記ステントの直径は、前記人工弁の直径よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする人工弁組立体。 - 前記ステントは、複数本のワイヤから成る、
請求項1記載の人工弁組立体。 - 前記複数本のワイヤは、形状記憶性を備えた材料から成る、
請求項2記載の人工弁組立体。 - 前記複数本のワイヤは、複数種類の互いに異なる材料から成る、
請求項2記載の人工弁組立体。 - 前記複数本のワイヤは、形状が円形であり、前記複数本のワイヤは、複数個の正弦波形曲がり部を有する、
請求項2記載の人工弁組立体。 - 前記ワイヤの前記正弦波形曲がり部は、種々のサイズのものである、
