Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle control system and a vehicle control method.
In recent vehicle control, for example, as disclosed in
Here, even in a vehicle control system that performs torque demand control, for example, a value corresponding to acceleration that can be generated by the engine and the transmission when the idling is on, for example, the driving force is the current vehicle speed v, the gear ratio γ, with lock-up. When a torque converter is provided, it is limited by a lock-up engagement state, a fuel cut state, or the like. Therefore, there is a difference between the driving force determined by the torque demand control when the idling is on and the driving force that can actually be generated, and when the driver performs an accelerator operation and the idling is switched from on to off, There is a possibility that the drivability may deteriorate due to a step in the generated driving force, or a dead zone in which no driving force is generated even when the driver steps on the accelerator.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above, and by determining an optimum required value for the accelerator operation amount of the driver, it is possible to sufficiently realize acceleration in accordance with the driver's sensitivity. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle control system and a vehicle control method capable of suppressing deterioration of drivability.
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the present invention is based on an acceleration generating device that generates acceleration in a vehicle, an accelerator operation amount according to an accelerator operation by a driver, and a vehicle speed of the vehicle. A vehicle control system that controls the acceleration generating device, wherein the vehicle control device is a request determined based on a relationship between the accelerator operation amount and a request value corresponding to the acceleration. The acceleration generator is controlled based on a value, and the relationship between the accelerator operation amount and the required value maintains a predetermined characteristic based on the generated acceleration that is the acceleration that can be generated by the acceleration generator. However, it is characterized by being changed.
In the vehicle control system, it is preferable that the generated acceleration is a minimum generated acceleration that is the acceleration that can be generated by the acceleration generating device when an idle is switched from on to off.
In the vehicle control system, the relationship between the accelerator operation amount and the required value is conditional on a minimum acceleration, which is an acceleration when the idle is switched from on to off, and the idle when the idle is on. The minimum acceleration is a value determined according to the vehicle speed, and the minimum acceleration when the idle is switched from on to off is preferably the minimum generated acceleration.
In the vehicle control system, it is preferable that the minimum acceleration when the idle is on is the minimum generated acceleration.
In the vehicle control system, the predetermined characteristic includes a value corresponding to an acceleration at a constant accelerator time determined by a relationship between the vehicle speed and the acceleration at a constant accelerator operation amount when the accelerator operation amount is constant. It is preferable that the required value is included.
In the vehicle control system, a value corresponding to the maximum generated acceleration, which is the acceleration that can be generated by the acceleration generating device when the accelerator operation amount is maximum, is the required value at the maximum accelerator operation amount. Is preferably included.
Further, in the present invention, in the vehicle control method for controlling an acceleration generating device that generates acceleration in the vehicle based on the accelerator operation amount according to the accelerator operation by the driver and the vehicle speed of the vehicle, the accelerator operation amount and The acceleration generating device is controlled based on a required value determined based on a relationship with a required value corresponding to the acceleration, and the relationship between the accelerator operation amount and the required value is determined by the acceleration generating device. It is changed while maintaining a predetermined characteristic based on the generated acceleration that can be generated.
In the vehicle control system and the vehicle control method according to the present invention, the relationship between the accelerator operation amount and the required value is changed while maintaining a predetermined characteristic based on the generated acceleration that is an acceleration that can be generated by the acceleration generator. By deciding the optimal required value for the amount of accelerator operation by the driver, it is possible to sufficiently realize the acceleration according to the driver's sensitivity and suppress the difference between the acceleration based on the required value and the generated acceleration This makes it possible to suppress the deterioration of drivability.
In the vehicle control system according to the present invention, since the minimum acceleration when the idling is switched from on to off is set as the minimum generated acceleration, the driving force can be generated in the vehicle immediately after the accelerator is turned on. Therefore, it is possible to compensate for the connection of the driving force from when the accelerator is off to when it is on, and the acceleration generated in the vehicle continuously changes, so that the vehicle can be started and re-accelerated smoothly.
In the vehicle control system according to the present invention, when the relationship between the accelerator operation amount and the required value is a region where the accelerator operation amount of the driver is at least larger than the accelerator operation amount at a certain time, the maximum generated acceleration is further used as a condition. Therefore, it is possible to suppress an increase in the difference between the acceleration generated in the vehicle at the same accelerator operation amount and the acceleration that can be generated by the acceleration generating device in a region where the accelerator operation amount is large. Therefore, by considering the maximum generated acceleration, there is an effect that it is possible to sufficiently realize acceleration in accordance with the driver's sensitivity.
Further, in the vehicle control system according to the present invention, the required value when the accelerator operation amount is maximum is determined to be a value corresponding to the maximum generated acceleration when the accelerator operation amount is maximum, so that the maximum generated acceleration is generated in the vehicle. The maximum output of the acceleration generating device can be ensured, and the acceleration according to the driver's sensitivity can be sufficiently realized.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, this invention is not limited by the following embodiment. In addition, constituent elements in the following embodiments include those that can be easily assumed by those skilled in the art or those that are substantially the same. The acceleration in the following embodiment includes not only the acceleration in the direction of accelerating the vehicle but also the acceleration in the direction of decelerating the vehicle.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a schematic configuration example of a vehicle control system according to the embodiment. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the relationship between the required acceleration and the accelerator opening when the vehicle speed is constant.
As shown in FIG. 1, at least a
The accelerator sensor 2 detects the amount of accelerator operation according to the operation of the accelerator by the driver. In the embodiment, the accelerator sensor 2 detects an accelerator opening degree Pa [%] corresponding to an operation of an accelerator pedal (not shown) operated by the driver. The accelerator sensor 2 is connected to the
The vehicle speed sensor 3 detects the vehicle speed v of the vehicle CA. The vehicle speed sensor 3 is connected to the
The engine 4 constitutes an acceleration generator that generates an acceleration G in the vehicle CA. The engine 4 is a power source, is a heat engine that converts the energy of the fuel into mechanical work by burning the fuel, and is a piston reciprocating engine. The engine 4 includes a fuel injection device (not shown), a throttle valve provided in an intake system (not shown) of the engine 4, a spark plug provided in a combustion chamber (not shown) of the engine 4, various sensors, and the like. Controlled by An output shaft (not shown) of the engine 4 is connected to an input shaft of the T / M 5, and mechanical power output from the engine 4 is transmitted to drive wheels (not shown) via the T / M 5, and acceleration G is transmitted to the vehicle CA. Will occur. The engine torque T generated by the engine 4 is controlled based on the target engine torque To determined based on the required acceleration Gx determined by the
T / M5 constitutes an acceleration generator that generates an acceleration G in the vehicle CA. The T / M 5 is provided between the engine 4 and the drive wheels, and transmits an automatic transmission (not shown) that transmits the mechanical power generated by the engine 4 to the drive wheels and converts the engine torque T. It is a power transmission mechanism provided. The T / M 5 includes a torque converter, an automatic transmission, various sensors, and the like (not shown), and these devices are controlled by the
The
In the embodiment, the
The static required
Here, the Pa-Gx relationship is based on the condition that the acceleration is constant acceleration Gx1 and the minimum acceleration Gx0 that is the acceleration G when the idle is switched from on to off. Here, “idle on” means that the accelerator opening degree Pa is 0%, that is, the state of the fully closed accelerator opening degree Pa0 (accelerator is off), and “idle off” means a state other than the fully closed accelerator opening degree Pa0 (accelerator). Is on). The WF exponent function is defined such that the minimum acceleration Gx0 is calculated as the required acceleration Gx when the idling is on, that is, when the fully closed accelerator opening degree Pa0. In the embodiment, the minimum generated acceleration Gxmin that is the acceleration G that can be generated by the engine 4 and the T / M 5 that are the acceleration generating devices when the idling is switched from on to off, or a value that is determined according to the vehicle speed v, that is, the set minimum One of the accelerations Gx0 ′ is determined as the minimum acceleration Gx0. The minimum generated acceleration Gxmin is the current vehicle speed v, the gear ratio γ, and the lockup engagement state when the lockup is provided, the fuel flow learning value, the feedback correction amount for the fuel flow rate, and the correction amount for starting the fuel flow rate , Fuel cut state, engine water temperature, air compressor load, alternator load (electric load), catalyst warm-up correction amount provided in exhaust system for fuel flow rate, engine stop avoidance correction amount for fuel flow rate, correction amount for purge for fuel flow rate, It is calculated based on factors such as a deceleration transient correction amount with respect to the fuel flow rate. The set minimum acceleration Gx0 ′ is set in advance in relation to the vehicle speed v. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the set minimum acceleration Gx0 ′ is set to decrease as the vehicle speed v increases.
In the embodiment, the static required
Further, when the accelerator opening degree Pa is at least a region larger than the constant accelerator opening degree Pa1, in the embodiment, the boundary accelerator opening degree Pa2 (>) where the accelerator opening degree Pa is larger than the constant accelerator opening degree Pa1. If it exceeds Pa1), the maximum generated acceleration Gxmax, which is the acceleration G that can be generated by the engine 4 and T / M5 when the accelerator opening Pa is 100% of the maximum (accelerator operation amount maximum), that is, at the maximum accelerator opening Pamax, Condition. The static required

Next, when the

When
Gx1=A×eB・v …(1)
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Gx1 = A × e B · v (1)
C(v)=(Gx1−Gx0)/Pa1k …(2)
Next, the
C (v) = (Gx1-Gx0) / Pa1 k (2)

Gx=C(v)Pak+Gx0 …(3)
Next, when the
Gx = C (v) Pa k + Gx0 (3)
Gx2=C(v)Pa2k+Gx0 …(4)
When
Gx2 = C (v) Pa2 k + Gx0 ... (4)
Gx=(Gxmax−Gx2)/(Pamax−Pa2)Pa+Gx2 …(5)
Next, the
Gx = (Gxmax−Gx2) / (Pamax−Pa2) Pa + Gx2 (5)
As described above, in the
For example, in the relationship between the accelerator opening degree Pa and the acceleration G (hereinafter simply referred to as “Pa-G relation”) in the case of the entire WF region, at the constant accelerator opening degree Pa1, a solid line of 0 [km / h] and the acceleration change ΔG1 between the acceleration G at 50 [km / h] and the acceleration G at 50 [km / h] and the two-dot chain line 100 [km] shown in FIG. / H], the acceleration change ΔG2 is significantly larger than the acceleration change ΔG2. Therefore, even if the accelerator opening degree Pa1 is constant, the acceleration G greatly changes depending on the vehicle speed v. Thus, in the Pa-G relationship in the case of the entire WF region, it is difficult to design the acceleration G in the vehicle speed direction at the constant accelerator opening degree Pa1. However, in the Pa-Gx relationship (Pa-G relationship) with the vG relationship at the constant accelerator opening degree Pa1, the acceleration G at 0 [km / h] of the solid line shown in FIG. The acceleration change ΔG3 with the acceleration G at 50 [km / h] shown by the dashed line and the acceleration G at 50 [km / h] and the acceleration G at 100 [km / h] shown by the two-dot chain line shown in FIG. The difference between G and acceleration change ΔG4 is smaller than the difference between acceleration change ΔG1 and acceleration change ΔG2. Therefore, even if the accelerator opening degree Pa1 is constant, it is possible to suppress the acceleration G from greatly changing depending on the vehicle speed v. As described above, in the Pa-Gx relationship where the vG relationship at the constant accelerator opening degree Pa1 is a condition, the acceleration G in the vehicle speed direction at the constant accelerator opening degree Pa1 can be designed. From the above, by determining the optimum required acceleration Gx with respect to the accelerator opening degree Pa of the driver, it is possible to sufficiently realize acceleration in accordance with the driver's sensitivity. Moreover, if the accelerator opening degree Pa is the same, it is possible to give an acceleration feeling that approximates the driver regardless of the vehicle speed v.
Further, in the Pa-Gx relationship that only requires the minimum acceleration Gx0 and the v-G relationship at the constant accelerator opening degree Pa1, even if the accelerator opening degree Pa becomes the maximum accelerator opening degree Pamax, the required acceleration Gx is generated at the maximum. It becomes smaller than the acceleration Gxmax. Therefore, as the accelerator opening degree Pa approaches the maximum accelerator opening degree Pamax, there is a possibility that the difference between the acceleration G and the acceleration G that can be generated by the engine 4 and the T / M 5 as the acceleration generating device may be widened. Therefore, the Pa-Gx relationship in the
In the second Pa-Gx relationship, since the required acceleration Gx becomes the maximum generated acceleration Gxmax at the maximum accelerator opening Pamax, the maximum generated acceleration Gxmax is generated in the vehicle CA at the maximum accelerator opening Pamax. Therefore, the maximum output of the engine 4 can be guaranteed, and acceleration in accordance with the driver's sensitivity can be sufficiently realized.
Therefore, the Pa-Gx relationship in the
The Pa-Gx relationship in the
In the above embodiment, the maximum generated acceleration Gxmax is used as a condition in the Pa-Gx relationship, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the maximum generated acceleration Gxmax may not be used as a condition. That is, the required acceleration Gx may be calculated based on the WF exponent function over the entire accelerator opening Pa. In this case, it is preferable to design the v-G relationship when the accelerator operation amount is constant, which is a condition in the Pa-Gx relationship, so that the required acceleration Gx approaches the maximum generated acceleration Gxmax at the maximum accelerator opening Pamax.
In calculating the required driving force Fo, the running resistance is considered, but the running resistance may not be taken into consideration. In the above-described embodiment, the acceleration generator is the engine 4 and T / M5. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a power transmission that can convert a motor as a power source and a motor torque that is an output of the motor. You may be comprised by the mechanism. Further, when the T / M 5 has a lock-up clutch, the lock-up clutch also constitutes an acceleration generator. This is because the engine torque T generated by the engine 4 transmitted to the downstream side of the lockup clutch changes depending on the clutch state of the lockup clutch, and the acceleration G generated in the vehicle CA changes.
As described above, the vehicle control system and the vehicle control method are vehicle controls that determine a required value corresponding to the acceleration acting on the vehicle based on the accelerator operation amount according to the accelerator operation by the driver and the vehicle speed of the vehicle. The present invention is useful for a system and a vehicle control method, and is particularly suitable for sufficiently realizing acceleration in accordance with a driver's sensitivity by determining an optimum target acceleration with respect to a driver's accelerator operation amount.
