Description

The present invention relates to a power system monitoring control device that performs monitoring control of a power system facility based on a power system facility database (facility DB) and state data of the power system facility obtained via a remote monitoring control device (TC device). About.

Generally, a power system monitoring and control apparatus includes a monitoring control server that has a power system facility DB and performs monitoring control of the power system, and a maintenance server that performs maintenance of the facility DB included in the monitoring control server. A plurality of equipment database storage areas are prepared for the monitoring control server, and the maintenance server is updated to a storage area different from the equipment database storage area currently in use when the power system equipment is changed. The facility database is distributed. Then, the monitoring control server is temporarily stopped, and the monitoring control server is started after switching the storage area so that the updated equipment database can be referred to. Thereby, the monitoring control server reads the updated equipment database and restarts the monitoring control function.

For this reason, the monitoring control function for the entire system is temporarily impaired in spite of the update of the facility DB related to some power system facilities. Furthermore, in order to once terminate the monitoring control server, after restarting the monitoring control server, it is necessary to perform processing such as matching the state of the power system equipment whose state has changed while the monitoring control function is stopped, and stopping operation control of the power system equipment. In spite of the update of the facility DB relating to some power system facilities, the monitoring control function for the entire system is temporarily impaired in the monitoring control server, and the TC device is also temporarily interrupted for each master station.

FIG. 6 is a configuration diagram of a conventional power system monitoring and control device, and shows functions related to the update of the equipment database accompanying a change in power system equipment. The power system monitoring and control apparatus is configured by connecting a maintenance server 11, a plurality of monitoring control servers 12a to 12n, and a plurality of system areas 13a to 13n to a wide area information transmission network 14. In the maintenance server 11, the facility DB 15 is updated by the facility DB update means 16. After the equipment DB 15 is updated by the equipment DB update means 16, the equipment DB distribution means 17 transmits the equipment DB data to the TC device master station 19 in the system areas 13a to 13n as equipment DB data 18 in the monitoring control servers 12a to 12n. Distribution is performed as 20. The facility DB update notification means 21 notifies the monitoring control servers 12a to 12n that the facility DB 15 has been updated.

In the monitoring control servers 12a to 12n, after receiving the distribution of the facility DB data 18, the area switching unit 22 receives a request for switching to the updated facility DB data 18 from the facility DB update notification unit 21. When the area switching unit 22 receives a request for switching to the updated equipment DB data 18, the area switching unit 22 notifies each execution program in the monitoring control units 23a to 23m of the interruption of the program, and all the target execution programs are temporarily terminated. Then, on the condition that the transition to the interrupted state is made, the reference destination area is switched from the current equipment DB storage area 24 to the future equipment DB storage area 25 in which the updated equipment DB data 18 is stored, A request to resume execution is made to each execution program in the above-described suspended state.

At this time, among the execution programs of the monitoring control means 23a to 23m, the device selection, operation or control for the power system facility is temporarily terminated in response to the program interruption request. Do. The supervisory control information storage unit 26 stores the power system state 27 received from the TC device master station 19 as supervisory control information. Furthermore, the supervisory control means 23a-23m which received the restart request | requirement after that performs the state adjustment request | requirement 28 with respect to the TC apparatus master station 19 in order to perform state adjustment with the electric power system installation in which the state changed during the program stop.

When the TC device master station 19 receives the transmission facility DB data 20 from the facility DB distribution means 17 of the maintenance server 11, it stores the transmission facility DB data 20 in the future facility DB 29. Then, the TC means 30 is restarted to switch from the current equipment DB 31 to the future equipment DB 29 and operate with reference to the updated transmission equipment DB data 20 distributed to the TC device master station 19. When receiving the status matching request 28 from the monitoring control means 23 of the monitoring control server 12, the TC device master station 19 receives the TC device slave station 32 a that is handled by the TC device slave stations 32 a to 32 k connected to the TC device master station 19. The power system state 27 indicating the device state related to the power system facilities 33 a to 33 k that is managed by .about.32 k is transmitted to the monitoring control server 23. This is because the monitoring control server 23 matches the updated equipment DB 15 and the monitoring control information storage unit 26.

Here, in order to shorten the operation stop time of the distributed computer system when modifying and modifying the database, the database that is currently in operation of the distributed computer system and the work database for database management are imported from the workstation and distributed. There is one that performs database maintenance and confirmation tests of a type computer system, and outputs processing results of database maintenance and confirmation tests processed by a DB test processing unit to an output device (for example, see Patent Document 1). .

However, in the conventional power system monitoring and control device, even after updating the facility DB related to some power system facilities, the monitoring control function of the power system facility is once ended and switching is performed so that the updated facility DB can be referred to. Since the updated facility DB is read and the monitoring control function is resumed, there is a problem that the monitoring control function for the power system facilities of the entire system is temporarily impaired when the facility DB is updated. Further, the maintenance of the consistency between the facility DB and the system state storage data is performed for all the system facilities along with the update of the facility DB, and there is a problem that it takes time to process the facility DB.

The object of the present invention is to limit the influence of facility DB maintenance on power system facilities other than the jurisdiction by limiting the suspension and state adjustment of the monitoring control function for the update of the facility DB to the jurisdiction to which the power system facility belongs. If there is a target facility as a result of the determination, the TC device slave station related to the update target facility is specified in its own jurisdiction (S15), and whether or not the control for the specified TC device slave stations 32a to 32k is being executed. Determine (S16). When it is being executed, the control is stopped (S17), and a state adjustment request for the power system facilities 33a to 33k handled by the TC device slave stations 32a to 32k is made (S18). On the other hand, when the determination in step S16 is not in progress, the process proceeds to step S18.

FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram showing an example of association information data between individual power system facilities and TC device slave stations among information held in the facility DB. An electric station to which each facility belongs is associated with a TC device slave station.

As described above, according to the power system monitoring and control apparatus according to the first embodiment, when a part of the power system equipment is changed with respect to performing monitoring control related to the power system equipment over a wide area, In order to achieve consistency with the updated equipment DB by sharing power system equipment to be monitored and controlled by a plurality of supervisory control servers 12 and specifying the equipment to be updated in the equipment DB update. Since the interruption of the control and the state adjustment of the power system equipment are limited to each TC device slave station, the supervisory control means having jurisdiction over the power system equipment unrelated to the update can continue the business.

(Second Embodiment) (Corresponding to Claim 2)
FIG. 5 is a configuration diagram of a power system monitoring and control apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The power system monitoring and control device according to the second embodiment is one in which one change and one function are newly added to the power system monitoring and control device according to the first embodiment.

In other words, the current equipment DB 31 and the future equipment DB 29 that previously stored the definition information of all the transmission devices in the system area in the TC device master station 19 are newly divided into TC device slave stations. A function capable of performing DB switching for each of the facility DBs 29a to 29j and the facility DBs 31a to 31j is newly added to the TC means.

Next, the operation will be described. As in the first embodiment, maintenance personnel of the power system monitoring and control apparatus update the transmission data definition. Here, it is assumed that the transmission data definition of the TC device slave stations 32a to 32j is updated. When the update of the facility DB 15 is completed, the facility DB distribution means 17 stores the transmission facility DB data 20 obtained by extracting information related to the transmission facility from the updated facility DB 15, and stores the transmission data definition information of the TC device slave stations 32a to 32j. Deliver to DB29a-29j. When the distribution of the facility DB data 20 is completed, the facility DB distribution unit 17 notifies the TC unit 30 that the update of the transmission facility DBs 29a to 29j is completed. The TC means 30 that has received the update completion notification of the facility DBs 29a to 29j switches the reference destination area from the currently operating transmission facility DBs 31a to 31j to the updated facility DBs 29a to 29j. Next, the TC means 30 notifies the TC device slave stations 32a to 32j of the status matching request 28 associated with the reference DB switching. Send equipment status information.

As described above, in the power system monitoring and control apparatus according to the second embodiment, the transmission facility DB that has been centrally managed in the past is divided into transmission facility DBs 29a to 29j in units of TC device slave stations, and the TC means 30 By adding the transmission facility DB switching function in units of TC device slave stations, it is possible to limit the state matching process associated with the update of the transmission data definition to units of TC device slave stations that are update target facilities.
