呼出すべき特定の被呼出無線端末または被呼出無線端末グループの呼出ID(IDentification)を登録する呼出ID登録手段と、前記呼出IDを指定して被呼出無線端末を呼出すキー操作が為された場合に、当該キー操作と予め対応付けて登録されている呼出IDを含む呼出に係る無線信号を送信する特定呼出手段と、被呼出無線端末を特定しない呼出しに係るキー操作が為された場合に、呼出IDを含まないまたは被呼出無線端末を特定しない呼出に係る無線信号を送信する不特定呼出手段と、前記被呼出無線端末からの応答に係る無線信号を受信する応答受信手段と、を有し、
