カードブランドや決済金額などの決済情報に基づいて形成され広告情報を選択するための区分である広告セグメント情報と広告取得先アドレスとを関連付けて保存する広告情報データベースを有し、広告セグメント情報の受信により、前記広告情報データベースを参照して当該広告セグメント情報に対応する広告取得先アドレスを抽出し、当該抽出した広告取得先アドレスを送信する広告選択サーバと、
前記加盟店サーバから送られてくる決済情報をもとに前記決済サーバとの間で決済処理を実行する決済代行処理実行手段と、
前記加盟店サーバから送られてくる決済情報に広告のサイズを示す寸法コード等の広告表示条件が含まれている場合は、該決済情報をもとに広告セグメント情報を生成して前記広告選択サーバへ送信し、その後、前記広告選択サーバから送信されてくる広告取得先アドレスを受信する広告連携処理手段と、
