Claims (7)
前記第1の動きベクトルを少なくとも1つ含む動きベクトル群を導出することと、
前記動きベクトル群に基づき、符号化前の第2の画素領域を分割した第3の画素領域の各々に対応する第2の動きベクトルを導出することと、
前記第2の動きベクトルを用いて、前記第3の画素領域の各々の第1のインター予測画像を生成することと、
前記第1のインター予測画像を統合して、前記符号化前の第2の画素領域に対応する第2のインター予測画像を生成することと、
前記第2のインター予測画像と原画像との間の予測誤差を符号化することと
